MICRO BeMS Optimum payback period MICRO BeMS has been designed with ZERO running costs to accommodate the ROI requirements of smaller sites with < 5,000/annum energy spend. MICRO BeMS has the same control capabilities as MINI t-mac, without metering and monitoring. MICRO BeMS To reduce overall installed cost, MICRO BeMS has four relays built into the unit, allowing lighting, A/C and ventilation circuits to be switched without additional equipment. MICRO BeMS connects via Ethernet (GPRS optional), allowing central management of control strategies using the online BMS software. WiST Wireless Sensor Technology t-mac offers two families of wireless products, WiST EnOcean and WiST ZigBee, each of which are suited to different applications. WiST EnOcean Our WiST EnOcean sensors utilise cutting-edge technology to harvest energy from the environment, eliminating the need for external wiring or batteries, resulting in a virtually maintenance-free sensor. WiST EnOcean sensors are ideally suited to non-intrusive environmental monitoring applications. WiST ZigBee Our WiST ZigBee products utilise a wireless mesh network, enabling resilient wire-free communications across larger areas. The WiST ZigBee product family is ideal for applications requiring wireless control, continuous sensor monitoring, or wireless Modbus communication. ESTI-meter and MODBUS metering ESTI-meter is a revolutionary sub-metering device from t-mac. A self-contained unit complete with split-core CTs, the device can be installed on sub-metering points throughout a building. Connecting via GPRS or Ethernet, the ESTI-meter uploads real-time metering data to t-mac s online energy analysis software. MODBUS metering All t-macs have the ability to monitor MODBUS electricity meters. MODBUS electricity meters provide much more detailed information about the supply being monitored, and are more accurate. A single ESTI-meter device can monitor up to 24 sub-metering points and can connect to four pulse outputs from mains metering such as gas, water or electricity, or environmental sensors such as temperature. Running in parallel to your mains AMR, the ESTI-meter is a quick and cost-effective solution to identifying where in your building you are using energy and why. Tenant Billing Connecting to MiD approved meters allows t-mac to be used as a tenant billing solution.
