GoPro Display Tracker Tutorial

Scenario: Store Out of Business User arrives to POP recorded location but the store no longer exists. A. Launch Screen B. Login Screen C. Select Store D. Store Screen E. No Display F. Confirm - No Store I. No Display Success 3. 4. 3. 3. 4. 4. 5. Launch Screen Present for a brief moment as the app loads. Blinking Light Blinking light similar to the light on GoPro cameras blinks to let users know the app is loading. Username / Password User logs in with username and password. Login Clicking login will validate the users information and navigate the user to the Homescreen. 3. Forgot Password Functionality TBD. Offline Mode When a user does not have a wireless connection they may still use the app in Offline mode. Progress Bar Notifies user how far along they are in the process. 3. Refresh User taps to refresh the store list. Change Navigates user back to the Select Store Screen. Display Found Navigates the user to the Scan Help Screen. 3. No Display Found Navigates the user to the No Display Screen. No Display No display animates to the center. User is prompted to give more details. Confirm Clicking Confirm submits the data and navigates the user back to the No Display Success Screen. Submit Successful User is notified that the submission was successful and is prompted to return to the Select Store Screen. 4. Offline Mode See page 10 for details. 4. Store List User selects current store from a list. List is determined by geolocation. 4. Map Map will display users current location (pulsating marker) and the store location (pin). 4. Store Not Listed If the user does not see the store on the list, they have the option to add it.

Scenario: Not a Retail Location User arrives to POP recorded location but it is a distribution or shipment center, not the retail location. A. Launch Screen B. Login Screen C. Select Store D. Store Screen E. No Display G. Confirm - Not Retail I. No Display Success Confirm Clicking Confirm submits the data and navigates the user back to the No Display Success Screen.

Scenario: No POP in Store User arrives to POP recorded location but the POP does not exist. A. Launch Screen B. Login Screen C. Select Store D. Store Screen E. No Display H. Confirm - No Display I. No Display Success Confirm Clicking Confirm submits the data and navigates the user back to the No Display Success Screen.

Scenario: POP in Store -- First Time Scan User arrived to POP recorded location and does the Initial Asset Tag Scan for POP that has not previously been scanned / tagged. A. Launch Screen B. Login Screen C. Select Store D. Store Screen K. Scan L. Pop Type Screen M. Confirm Screen Confirm User can click change to change either the location or the POP type. User will click Confirm to update details. POP Type User will swipe left/right to find POP type. This screen will display all POP types.

Scenario: POP in Store -- First Time Scan Cont. N. Survey - Multiple Choice O. Survey - True / False P. Survey - Text Field Q. Survey - Photo: Step 1 Photo: Step 2 Photo: Step 3 R. Survey Success Progress User can see how many questions are in the survey and which question they are currently answering. Multiple Choice Once a user makes a selection they will navigate to the next question. *Note: Admin will have a character limit for the answers True / False Once a user makes a selection they will navigate to the next question. Strings User will enter in text and must click continue to proceed to the next question. Photo User may take a new photo or select from their photo album. Scan Overlay Scan screen will have an overlay with instructions. Thumbnail A thumbnail of the selected photo will displayed. Submit Survey Clicking submit survey sends the data and returns the user to the Survey Success Screen. Submit Successful User is notified that the submission was successful and is prompted to return to the Select Store Screen.

Scenario: POP in Store -- Scanned Previously User arrived to POP recorded location and updates information for POP that has previously been scanned / tagged. A. Launch Screen B. Login Screen C. Select Store D. Store Screen K. Scan M. Confirm Screen User continues to Survey Screens -->

Scenario: POP in Store -- Scan not Found A. Launch Screen B. Login Screen C. Select Store D. Store Screen K. Scan T. Scan Not Found M. Confirm Screen User continues to Survey Screens --> Pop Types Only displays POPs that were previously recorded at the store. Display Not Listed System query database for all POPs within 1000 meters and will get the Assets Tag Number. System will only display types with Null Asset Tag Numbers.

Scenario: No Asset Tag Display does not have an asset tag and the user does not have any new asset tags. A. Launch Screen C. Select B. Login Store Screen D. Store Screen K. Scan V. POP Type - No Tag W. Confirm Screen - No Tag User continues to Survey Screens -->

Scenario: Multiple POPs at Store Assume user has successfully updated data for a POP. System determines there are additional displays at this location. U. Multiple POPs at Store Scan Next Display Navigates the user to the Scan Screen. All Displays are Scanned Navigates the user to the Select Store Screen. *Note: System will always display the total number of POPs at this location. Page 10 Modification Date: March 18, 2014

Scenario: Store Not Listed User is at a location, but the location is not listed. A. Launch Screen B. Login Screen C. Select Store X. Store Not Listed D. Store Screen User continues to Survey Screens -->

Scenario: Offline User arrived to POP recorded location and does not have service.

Scenario: Offline Cont. Once the form is complete, the system will create a CSV file and will email it out once the user has service again. System will utilize the users default mail app.
