This Desktop Procedure demonstrates the steps to View & Download Attachment, Upload a QRA Attachment, and then Set the Issue Status to In Process in QIM. 1. Click the Worklists tab in the Navigation Pane. Filename:QIM-DP-05-Approve Quality Reject and Set in Process Page 1 of 12
2. Select the Set In Process worklist in the Issues section. 3. Click the Issue number in the Issue ID column. 4. Click Edit. Filename:QIM-DP-05-Approve Quality Reject and Set in Process Page 2 of 12
5. Click the Issue Overview tab. 6. Review the information. Scroll down to view additional information below. 7. Click the Attachments tab. 8. Click the blue link in the ID column. 9. View the attachment image in the new window and right-click the image > Save picture as to save the image to your machine. 10. Close the picture window/tab and return to the issue. See APPENDIX 1 for instruction on how to download the Attachment using the Download File button. 11. Edit photo(s) to clearly identify the reject. 12. Click File. 15. Click Browse. 16. Double click the Edited Reject image you want to attach. 17. Enter the Name of the Attachment. 18. Click OK. Filename:QIM-DP-05-Approve Quality Reject and Set in Process Page 6 of 12
Note: Ensure the URL for newly attached file will be available after save message appears. 19. Click Save. Note: Ensure the Changes successfully saved message appears. 20. Click Issue Overview to navigate back to the Issue Overview tab 21. Click Set Issue Status. 22. Click Set In Process. Note: Ensure the Dates determined using date schema QR8 for issue message appears. Ensure the Issue Status changed to In Process message appears. 23. APPENDIX 1: Attachment Download 1. Highlight the line item and click Download File. 2. Click the black arrow. 3. Click Save as. Note: Save will store the attachment in your Downloads folder on your machine. Save As will open Windows Explorer and you can choose where the attachment is saved.
