INTRODUCTION ABOUT THIS GUIDE This Guide has been developed for Administrators of ANZ Transactive Global who use the underlying ANZ Transactive AU & NZ application. ABOUT ANZ TRANSACTIVE GLOBAL ANZ Transactive Global is a digital banking solution offering you the convenience of accessing Cash, Liquidity, Trade and Markets services in one place using one set of security credentials. Each service offering is defined as an Application within ANZ Transactive Global and you are only able to assign Applications that your organisation is setup to use. ADMINISTRATOR FUNCTIONS Your organisation has assigned Administrators to setup the permissions and controls for users. Administrators have the ability to perform the following tasks: > Create new Company Managed Users > Generate Company Managed User passwords > Modify and maintain Company Managed Users > Create, modify and assign ANZ Transactive AU & NZ Function Roles, Data Roles and Mobile entitlements to all users > View Administration Reports > Assign accounts to a Sub-Group > Set up email alerts Note: Administrators must log in with a Security Device to have full functionality to administration tasks. ADMINISTRATION MODELS ANZ Transactive - Global For security purposes, some changes that an Administrator makes in ANZ Transactive Global must be approved by another Administrator, e.g. generating a password for a user, enabling a disabled user and deleting a user. Note that this is only applicable for User Groups setup with Dual or Triple Administration models. ANZ Transactive AU & NZ Within ANZ Transactive - AU & NZ, a User Group can be set up with one of three Administration Models: > Triple Administration using this model, an Administrator cannot modify or approve changes to their own profile (therefore a minimum of three Administrators are required). > Dual Administration using this model, Administrators can modify their own profile, but require a second Administrator to approve the changes. > Single Administration where only one Administrator is required to make all changes. This model is only available to Sole Traders or a Proprietary Company with a Sole Director/Secretary. Note: Changes to an ANZ Transactive AU & NZ User Group s Administration Model must be requested on an ANZ Transactive Amendment Form and are implemented by ANZ. 3

USERS Users in ANZ Transactive Global are either ANZ Managed or Company Managed. ANZ MANAGED USERS ANZ Managed Users are all users that require a security device. These users can perform any of the following functions (dependent on their assigned function roles): Administrative functions such as creating and managing Company Managed users and performing system maintenance tasks Release payments Manually obtain a foreign currency exchange for a cross-currency payment ( Get Rate function) Administrators are required to assign Function and Data Roles and Mobile entitlements for users within the ANZ Transactive AU & NZ application. Note: If you need to complete any of the following for an ANZ Managed User, please contact your ANZ representative: Modify user details (e.g. name, address, email, phone number) Assign Applications to a user Remove Applications from a user Generate a password for a user (user to call the Customer Service Centre) Disable/Enable a user Delete a user Note: A security device user can choose to logon with a User ID & Password, but will not be able to perform functions that require a security device. COMPANY MANAGED USERS Company Managed Users are created and managed solely by your organisation administrators. Administrators can: Create a user Modify user details (e.g. name, email address, phone number) Assign/Remove Applications to a user Assign/Modify/Approve Function and Data Roles and Mobile entitlements to a user Generate a password for a user Disable/Enable a user Delete a user Company Managed users can perform various tasks in ANZ Transactive Global, depending on the Function Role and Data Role that is assigned to them. As they can only login using a password, there are restrictions on what functions they can perform. 4

FUNCTION ROLES AND DATA ROLES Note: The creation, assignment and maintenance of function and data roles for users are completed in the ANZ Transactive AU & NZ application. All users must have both a function and data role prior to being able to complete any actions within the application. Function Roles define the permissions a user has to the products available. For example, the Company Directors may be assigned a Function Role that at a minimum would have the ability to approve a payment. Data Roles define which accounts and restricted templates that a user can access. Note: A security device is required for function and data roles that have the ability to Release a payment, Get Rate for an international payment, perform Administrative functions, or report on particular accounts held overseas. FUNCTION ROLES Function Roles specify the products and payment types a user will be able to access i.e.: > Domestic Payments > Single Payments, and/or > Reporting ASSIGNING FUNCTION ROLES TO USERS > It is mandatory to assign a user a Function Role > If a user is not allocated a Function Role, they will not be able to perform any functions in the application > The same Function Role may be assigned to multiple users > A Function Role must be approved before you can assign it to a user PRE-CREATED FUNCTION ROLES ANZ provides a number of pre-created Function Roles that can be assigned to users to give them access to various functionality.
