Groove Workspace You can create a new workspace with the tools to share the content with workspace members by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > New > Groove Workspace

Shared Folder You can create a folder in your file system to be shared with other computers or people by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > New > Shared Folder

Workspace from Template You can create a new workspace based on a template by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > New > Workspace from Template

Invite members You can invite people to your workspace using their SharePoint workspace contact or email address. This feature is present under the tab of Workspace and in the group of Invite.

Uninvite Members You can revoke membership to your workspace by using this feature. This feature is present under the tab of Workspace and in the group of Invite.

Cancel All Invitations You can cancel all the pending workspace invitations for the recipients who have nit responded by using this feature. This feature is present under the tab of Workspace and in the group of Invite.

Send Member Message By using this feature you can send a SharePoint Workspace message to another member of your workspace. This feature is present under the tab of Workspace and in the group of Communicate.

New Meeting You can create a new meeting by using this feature. This appears when you select Calendar from the Navigation Pane.

New Topic You can create a new topic in discussion section by using this feature. This appears when you select Discussion from the Navigation Pane.

Import Data You can import data from other sources by using this feature. This appears when you select Discussion from the Navigation Pane.

Export Data You can export data to other sources by using this feature. This appears when you select Discussion from the Navigation Pane.

Mark Unread You can mark any selected item as unread in your workspace.. This appears when you select Discussion from the Navigation Pane.

Manage Alerts You can change how SharePoint workspace alerts you to unread content in this workspace by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Info > Manage Alerts.

Manage Account Settings You can modify your account settings by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Info > Manage Account Settings.

Manage Messages and Contacts You can view and manage your message history and contacts by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Info > Manage Messages and Contacts.

Workspace Properties You can view and manage workspace properties by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Info > Workspace Properties.

Send Account to Another Computer You can save your account as a file so you can send it to another computer by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Save and Send >Send Account to Another Computer.

Invitation You can save an invitation to this workspace as a file so you can send it to others by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Save and Send > Invitation.

Shortcut You can place a shortcut to this workspace on your computers desktop by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Save and Send > Shortcut.

Save Workspace as Template You can save collection of tools as the basis for the new workspace by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Save and Send > Workspace as Template.

Save Tool as Template You can save the design of this tool so you can add it to other workspaces by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Save and Send > Tool as Template.

Save Workspace as Archive You can create and save an archive of tools and content of your workspace by using this feature. You can use this feature by selecting File > Save and Send > Workspace as Archive.

Language Settings By using this feature you can view and manage language settings. You can use this feature by selecting File > Options > Language Settings.

Reading Pane By using this feature you can show, hide or change the layout of the reading pane. This feature is present under the tab of View and in the group of Layout.

Enter Designer You can create or modify forms and for the list present in your workspace by using this feature. This feature is present under the tab of View and in the group of Designer.

New Window You can view your workspace or tool in a new window by using this feature. This feature is present under the tab of View and in the group of Windows.

Members You can show or hide the members in your workspace by using this feature. This feature is present under the tab of View and in the group of Show/Hide.

Find You can find text in your workspace by using this feature. This feature is present under the tab of Home and in the group of Find

Delete Item You can delete any item from your workspace by using this feature. This feature is present under the tab of Home and in the group of Items.
