The Eloqua Cloud Connector can be used to report KPI and return dispositions directly into your Integrate dashboard in order to: Measure ROI from your demand generation and media campaigns Optimize media programs based on the highest converting parameters (audience, media source, creative, landing page, etc.) Improve lead quality by providing early insight into potential data issues Eliminate the need to manually upload returns, saving significant time and resources Integration Requirement: You must be receiving Integrate s LeadID in a hidden lead field of your Eloqua form prior to completing the CloudConnector integration. If you are not currently receiving the Integrate LeadID for each lead, refer to the Eloqua Topliners link below for instructions on setting up a custom hidden field: http://topliners.eloqua.com/docs/doc-3104 1 ELOQUA CLOUD CONNECTOR INTEGRATION GUIDE
Step 1. Create the Eloqua Cloud Connector Form Submit Note: In this example, we will be setting up the disposition feedback for Converted Leads using the GL (Good Lead) code. Navigate to the CloudConnector and select the Eloqua Form Submit app. Follow the below settings during configuration: o Web Form Type: Custom o Web Form URL: https://integrate.com/services/api/leads/returns/rest/returnsservice.svc/dispositionlead o Web Form Method: Post o Web Form Static Variables: returncode=gl &ApiKey=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX Click 'Edit Fields'. 2 ELOQUA CLOUD CONNECTOR INTEGRATION GUIDE

Step 2. Confirm Contact Data Confirm that the Integrate LeadID is populating within the expected field of the contact. Within the lead contact data it is important to ensure that the Integrate LeadIDs are not being stored as decimals. Check the contact data to confirm this is not the case. The REST API will not accept LeadIDs in a decimal format 4 ELOQUA CLOUD CONNECTOR INTEGRATION GUIDE

Step 3 (Continued). Test the Connection Once the test is completed, a Results modal will display (shown below). Be sure to examine all of the columns in the modal to determine if any errors were present. If errors are present, verify the following before contacting your Integrate Account Manager for assistance: o The API Key present in the API URL matches the API that is active in your Integrate account o The LeadID you attempted to update using the API does not contain a decimal o The LeadID you attempted to update using the API matches a LeadID that was generated from a campaign in your Integrate account (Use 'Search Leads' to verify) 6 ELOQUA CLOUD CONNECTOR INTEGRATION GUIDE

Select Converted (Good Lead) from the Dispositions list o Note - Leaving the Dispositions set to None Selected will download all lead dispositions for the selected campaigns and timeframes Click Download to download the lead file. Confirm that the Disposition column for the LeadID you tested reads 'Converted (Good Lead)' 8 ELOQUA CLOUD CONNECTOR INTEGRATION GUIDE

Appendix A Below is the Disposition Rest API from Integrate that you will need to enter into your Eloqua Cloud Connector during this integration. You must capture the Integrate LeadID in order to report back lead dispositions. You will need to create an API key in your Integrate account. You can find this under Settings>API Keys>Create New in your Integrate account. The ApiKey value will be a unique API key you create. You must fire the Rest API below to pass the Conversion Disposition to your Integrate account. The URL can be triggered using either a POST or GET method. https://integrate.com/services/api/leads/returns/rest/returnsservice.svc/dispositionlead?leadid=# #######&returncode=gl&customreason=sample+reason+url+encoded&apikey=xxxxxxxx- XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX NOTE: The sample URL given contains placeholder values for demonstration purposes only.
