Logging in to Campus Online Click User Login
Enter User Name and password Enter your Veracross User Name And Password and press login (this login is currently set to only the head of the household -which is currently set to the male parent/guardian. If that login does not work, please try the other parental login). Please note login format!

Campus Account Page Navigation Menu. Use these menus to browse the site modules described in this user guide. Current Campus Account Balance Edit Account Rules opens the Set Spend Limit Page to set your child's daily spend limits.

Smart Card Top Up Page 1 Smart Card Top-up provides a convenient credit card payment option. Choose from the pre set amounts and click Top-up to maneuver through the payment process.

New Meal Order Tips Meals May be ordered up to 1 month in advance Cancellations must be done before the daily cut off time. Campus Online is a pre paid system. You must have paid the Elementary Semester Plan to receive meals via the online ordering service, ask the cafeteria manager for details. You may leave items in the meal cart and browse away for top-up for example, then come back and save the orders. The meals will be retained until midnight before being cleared out of the temporary meal cart. Don t forget to SAVE the Meal Orders after adding to the temporary meal cart. Always check the Meal Order Report for confirmation your order has been saved.
New Meal Order Page 1 The New Meal Order page is for placing online meal orders. From the selection boxes, select the student you are ordering for, the meal type and the month\year. The available menu items will then be displayed.
New Meal Order Page 2 Click on the week you wish to order for. These dates will now be represented as days of the week to select from. Click on the day of the week to display those meals.
New Meal Order Page 3 Select the Quantity of items to add the items to the temporary cart. The cumulative item price will be shown in the Menu Items Total box (Meal Plans are not charged online). Click the Save to Food Cart modal once you have completed the order.
New Meal Order Page 4 Once you have selected all the items for the day, week or month click Save to Food Cart The total of all your meal orders will be shown in a pop up window. Click Continue to save the meal orders to the temporary meal cart or cancel to cancel the order.
New Meal Order Page 5 Meals are not saved and charged (if charges apply) until finalizing the order in the Food Cart Items menu.
New Meal Order - Page 6 Click the Modify option to change the order or the Delete option to remove the order from the cart. Click the Save Meal Order to finalize the order and debit the account
New Meal Order - Page 7 After Clicking the Save the Meal Order button you are presented with a pop up windows that allows you to Continue to finalize the order or Cancel to cancel the order.

Cancel Meal Order - Page 1 Daily Meal Order cancellation times The Cancel meal order page allows you to cancel a meal and receive an automated refund to your Campus Online account if applicable. To cancel a meal first select the child's name and meal type. Any saved orders will appear. Select the check box of the items to be cancelled and proceed to click the Cancel Meals(s) button

Set / Cancel Banned Items page Set/Cancel banned Items page allows a parent to restrict certain items from purchase by their child's smartcard at the cafeteria. Department Item You can set different items to restrict per child. Select the child s name from the drop menu. To restrict a complete department of items check the top level Department Name and all items in that department will be restricted. To restrict an item in a department click on the department name and then select the item from the expanded list.

Restrict Card Usage page The Restrict Card Usage page allows a parent to block the card from use on certain days of the week. In this example the child selected cannot use the card on Monday & Tuesday as those days are checked.

E-Account Report Page The E-Account report shows all account activity including top up s, spending and adjustments. Set the date range to report on, then Show Results. The Report can be printed if required.

Card Activity Report Page The Card Activity Reports details all Campus Online smartcard spending and can be generated for any date range. Select the user to report on or ALL then Show Results. The report can be printed if desired.
