1. Purpose of Document This document will guide on how to use the self Service solution portal to serve users better. 2.2 Open Self Service Solution Application & Click on Self Service Solution Tab Page displayed: User who is currently logged in, his/her company name will be displayed on top left corner 4

Search for User To Search for the required Users, 7 filters are provided i.e. Name Email Employee ID Location Manager Name User ID Created by Name The above drop down shows all the search filers that can be applied and the results would be displayed accordingly. Upon selection of Name, the search executes based on the name entered in the input box. Similarly, other filters (Email, Employee ID, Location, User ID, Created by Name) will be considered. In case the Manager Name is selected, the Merchandisers under that manager will be displayed. Select profile for user from drop down list (Merchandiser/Merchandising Manager): 5
Click On Apply Filter Button, when filters are applied. Example: How to search for user whose Name contains Aaron and Profile is merchandiser: Select the filters from drop down and hit Apply Filters button. At the Bottom of the page total number of result will be displayed: In this example there are total 55 merchandisers whose name contains Aaron, which are displayed on above screen. 4. Create New User Click on Create User Page Displayed: 6
Enter The details: Red marks Indicates Mandatory Fields Enter 8-digit Employee Number: Error: Success: Enter the name on Manager and click on Lookup Symbol: 7
New Page will be displayed: Select the Manager name. Select Profile for the user from drop down list: Select CX Market Unit from the dropdown list: 8
Select Sales Location and Number: Select Time Zone: Fill Up all the mandatory information and Click on Create User. 9
After Successful Creation: After Creation user will receive an email: Following things will be mentioned in the email: 1) Login URL 2) Username Click on Verify Account Page Displayed: Create Password Answer the security question Below Confirm New Password dialogue box: If any case account is locked, Security question will be helpful to unlock it. 10
Once the password is created and Security Question Answered, Change Password will be enabled: 11
Upon Clicking Change Password User will get Account opened in salesforce: 5. Reset Password To perform Reset Password, select the checkbox for the applicable User(s). It is possible to select all users on the Page by selecting the Select All Checkbox: 12
Upon Selection, Count of Total No. of Selected Users will be displayed on the Page at top right. Click on Reset Password button: Upon clicking Reset Password, confirmation Popup Message will be displayed: 13
Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed: 6. Activate User Profile: To activate user profile, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). Click on Activate button: 14
Upon clicking Reset Password, confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed: 7. Deactivate User Profile: To deactivate user profile, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). Click on Deactivate button: Upon clicking Deactivate, confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: 15
Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed: 8. Manager Update To update Manager, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). 16
Click on Lookup Symbol: New Window will be displayed Select manager name 17
Update User(s) will be enabled only when a value is provided in above step Update User(s) Click on Upon clicking Update User(s), confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed: 18
9. Time Zone Update To Update Time Zone, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). Select the value from the drop-down list: Update User(s) will be enabled only when a value is provided in above step Update User(s) Click on Upon clicking Update User(s), confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: 19
Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed: 10. Profile Update: To Update Profile, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). Select the value from the drop-down list Update User(s) will be enabled only when a value is provided in above step Update User(s) Click on 20
Upon clicking Update User(s), confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed: 11. Name Update To Update Name, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). 21
Enter the new name in the box shown below the name column. Update User(s) will be enabled only when a value is provided in above step Update User(s) Upon clicking Update User(s), confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed: Click on 22
12. Email Update: To Update Email, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). Enter the new email in the box shown below the email column for the selected users. NOTE: The email domain of the user to be updated should match the email domain of the user who is trying to update If the domain does not match, the error shown below will be displayed. Update will be enabled only when a value is provided in above Click User(s) step on Update User(s) Upon clicking Update User(s), confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: 23
Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed (provided the email has the correct value): This email will not be updated immediately. After changing the email, the username will be updated accordingly and an email will be sent to the user with the new username and a link. Upon clicking on the link, the email will be updated.
Update Sales Location: 13. To Update Sales Location, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). Select the values from the drop down as shown below. Update User(s) will be enabled only when a value is provided in above step Update User(s) Upon clicking Update User(s), confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: Click on
Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed (provided the email has the correct value): Employee Number Update: 14. To Update Sales Location, select the checkbox for applicable User(s). Enter the new employee number in the box below the Employee Id column. Update User(s) will be enabled only when a value is provided in above step Update User(s) Upon clicking Update User(s), confirmation Popup Messages will be displayed: Click on
Click on OK on the pop up. Following message will be displayed (provided the email has the correct value): 15. Error Condition If None of the Users are selected & if we try to perform any Action, then an error will be displayed:
16. Location Access for the Planner and Merch Business Administrator The user those who have the profile as the Planner or Merch Business administrator. They can see the Location access button. Assignment of Sales location is Region based i.e. Planner or Merch Business administrator can give access to those who belongs to same region as that of them To give access of Sales location to others, Planner or Merch Business administrator must have access to that Sales location Planner or Merch Business administrator can give location access to Merchandising Managers, Planners and Merch Business Administrators only and not to Merchandisers. Upon clicking Location Access button, new page will be displayed Enter user name in DETAILS box and click in Search symbol Planner can see the Sales location that are listed in Available Location Box Add the location to the Existing Location by clicking the Add > button
Planner can also remove the location from the existing location box by clicking the < Remove button as per required. Click on Save button, to save the changes
