isupplier Portal Registration & Instructions 2 Multi-Factor Authentication 2.1 Second Factor Authentication 1. You will need to obtain a One-Time Pass-Code (OTP) at each login. You will request a new code to be sent to your cell phone or email each time you login. This is an added security feature Note: The default One-Time Password Option is Email 2. If you provided a mobile number while registering for your account, you will have the choice of receiving your one-time passcode via SMS. If you did not provide a mobile number, you can receive your OTP via email. Once you have chosen how to receive the one-time pass-code, a confirmation will appear. Note: There may be a delay to receive the confirmation. Please wait a couple minutes until clicking the green button again. Note: Every time you click the green button it will generate a new one-time pass-code. If you do not receive an SMS after a few minutes, choose to receive the one-time pass-code via email. If you still do not receive an OTP please reach out to your Bechtel contact. 3. After a few minutes, you should receive an SMS/text message or email (depending on the method chosen) providing a 6-digit one-time pass-code. Please be patient as this may take a couple minutes. Enter the number in the OTP field and push the Sign In button. 5 Level 4 - Bechtel Public

2.2 Add Google Authenticator for Multi-Factor Authentication Google Authenticator is another way to get a second factor authentication. If you experience a problem getting a token code via one means (SMS or email), you should try Google Authenticator. We encourage you to setup Google Authenticator on your mobile device to avoid reliance on SMS or email delivered token codes.
