You will also have access to a Library archive to browse Tax Alerts covering prior global tax developments, access to EY s top Tax Guides and an EY Store with additional tax tools.? Page
How to access GTNU Page
How to access GTNU? All users are able to access GTNU without an ID or password. To access GTNU and to set up your subscriptions, just go to: https://globaltaxnews.ey.com/register/register.aspx. GTNU can be accessed through a laptop and other electronic devices. You will be prompted to put in your name, email and company, and to accept our Licensing Agreement. Once accepted, an email will be sent with the link which will bring you to the tool s homepage. Page 8

How to set up email preferences () You can access and update your email preferences from My subscriptions on the left side of the homepage. Simply click on Account Information and complete the information requested in the new window that appears. Next, click on Email News and complete your personal preference information. Please make sure to click on all the tabs to make sure all preferences are selected properly.?... Page 0
How to set up email preferences () You will be able to update your preferences to select: Your preferred delivery time and time zone How often you d like to receive emails (e.g., daily or weekly) The type of tax news content Country preference Vacation mode an out of the office where you can suspend delivery while you are out of the office?... How to set up email preferences () Please note You can access all content within GTNU at any time, including Newsletters and content not included in your subscriptions, by clicking on the Tax News Update archive link on one of your emailed Alerts, or by clicking on the Newsroom tab on the GTNU homepage.?... Browsing for content Page
Browsing for content When browsing you can find content split out across different areas: All content displays all content including Alerts; newsletters; thought leadership; and calendar events published through GTNU with newest content displayed first. Newsletters focuses specifically on newsletters and displays all newsletters that are published through GTNU. As with the other sections, newest newsletters are presented first. Sector focuses on industry related content. Thought leadership displays global thought leadership articles from our Global offices. Calendar events this section displays key information including a summary of content and access details for upcoming tax events and webcasts.? Page

Refinement panel In each of the content areas you can narrow the browse results further by using the refinement panel on the left hand side. The refinement panel includes the following options:? Practice Area Includes areas such as National/Federal Taxation; Cross-Border Taxation and Cross-Border Taxation (US) Transfer Pricing; Human Capital & Workforce; Individual Taxation; Indirect Taxation; Law (Non-Tax). Sector To review content applicable to specific Industry sectors. Countries Highlights the different countries for which content is available. Content Type Distinguishes content by type to show Tax Alerts, Newsletters, Announcements, Calendar Events, Webcasts and Thought Leadership. Page

Searching for content The search bar is available in GTNU and allows you to quickly locate content based on your search terms. For example, you can locate GTNU content relevant to BEPS by using the search feature. The results will include all content tagged with your search criteria or containing your search criteria in the body of the text; i.e., Alerts, Calendar events for BEPS webcasts and newsletter entries with BEPS content will appear. You can narrow your search results further by using the refinement panel.? Page 8
