General information The Nexus Mutual Mobile Banking app is a streamlined service that allows you to access the best features of our Internet Banking services with a simple tap and swipe anytime and anywhere you have an internet connection. If you are registered for Internet Banking you will automatically be eligible for Mobile Banking. The Android app is available from the Google Play Store and the iphone App from the itunes App Store on your mobile device. You can also download either version of the app via https://www.nexusmutual.com.au/transact/mobile/ If you want to access more complex services, you will still need to log into your internet banking service which is also mobile friendly. Mobile data usage charges may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details. For full Terms and Conditions, please review our Account and Access Facility Terms and Conditions at https://www.nexusmutual.com.au/help/disclosure-terms-conditions/ If you have any questions about our Mobile Banking app please contact our Member Engagement Team on 1300 65 33 28. System requirements Nexus Mutual s Mobile Banking app requires an Android operating system of 4.0 or above, and an operating system of ios7 and above for Apple devices. To check which version your device is running under (may vary on some devices) go to: Android: Settings>About device>software Updates. Apple: Settings>General>Software Update. Security Don t keep your member number and internet banking password with your mobile device. Don t divulge your member number or mobile banking PIN to any person. Don t use a security PIN that would be easily guessed e.g. year of birth, home post code etc. The Apple version of the app will time out and automatically log out after 5 minutes. The Android version does not time out if the app is left in the foreground with the screen on. For the automatic time out feature to work the screen timeout will need to be set on your device. If for any reason you believe that the security of your account may have been compromised you should change your PIN immediately and contact the credit union on 1300 65 33 28 for further advice.
