D20 Online Athletics Sports Registration for Liberty High School and Pine Creek High School 1. If D20 Central Registry has assigned your student a primary or a secondary sports enrollment at Liberty High School or Pine Creek High School, you can register for sports at these two schools online. To complete the online registration process for sports at LHS or PCHS, go to the Academy District 20 Extended Parent Portal. Go to https://www.asd20.org. Click on the Parents tab. Click on Extended Parent Portal in the drop-down menu. The direct Extended Parent Portal URL is: https://rp1.asd20.org/apxd2/f?p=ep:login 2. Login using your D20 Extended Parent Portal username and password. This is the same username and password as you use to login to the Infinite Campus parent portal.
3. After logging in, you'll be presented with a list of your household members. Click on the name of the student to be registered for a sport at LHS or PCHS.
4. If you haven't already reviewed and accepted the parent/student school handbook for LHS or PCHS, you'll be presented with a Parent/Student Handbook Agreement page. Click on the Click to Download link to review the handbook. Click on Submit to indicate that you have read and understand the handook contents. You are required to agree with and accept the document before you can access any other section of the Extended Parent Portal for the selected student. NOTE: The general parent/student school handbook is NOT THE SAME as the Athletics Handbook prepared for each school. You will also need to review and accept the LHS and/or the PCHS Athletics Handbook at a later step in the Athletics Registration process.
5. After clicking on the name of the student to register for sports (and potentially accepting the student/parent school handbook), you will land on the School Registration checklist page. To register for sports, click on the Athletics Registration link at the bottom of the page OR on the Athletics tab in the top right corner. If you are unable to see the Athletics Registration link or tab, then please contact the school of interest to verify that your student is properly enrolled. The Athletics Registration link checkbox will be checked if sports registration is complete for your student for the current sports season. It will be unchecked if sports registration is not complete.
6. From the main School Registration checklist page, you will be redirected to the Athletics Registration checklist page. Use this checklist to complete your student's sports registration by clicking on the link named for each step. A checked box next to the step name indicates the step is complete. An unchecked box next to the step name indicates the step is incomplete. If your student's registration is incomplete, you will see a red NOT COMPLETE message and a list of steps which are incomplete. If your student's sports registration is complete, a green COMPLETE message is displayed.
7. Register for Sports - School Selection: Select (check) the school(s) in which your student has been enrolled and which has been assigned to your student for their sport. Click on Save School.
8. Register for Sports - Sport Selection: Register for sports by selecting (checking) one or more sports in the current active season. If no sports can be selected, registration is closed and parents/students must contact their schools in order to register. If you have already saved sports selections for the current season, the sports you selected are checked. If you submit new selections, the previous selections will be deleted. Click on Submit Sport Selections to save. After successfully saving, you ll be redirected to the Athletics Registration Checklist. A green Successfully Saved message will appear at the top of the page:
9. Athletics Agreements: Review the Parent Student Athlete agreement (top of list). Use the Click to Download link to review the Parent and Student Athlete Handbook for the school(s) in which your student is enrolled. After reviewing the handbooks and accepting the Parent Student Athlete Agreement, click on Save Agreements to indicate that you have read and understand the documents. A green SUCCESS message at the top of the page will indicate that your agreement was saved.
10. Athletics Emergency Contacts - Guardians: Update your student's emergency contacts (guardians) by clicking on the Edit button above each guardian. Click on Save Contact Information to save changes. If you need to save any data that is not displayed (e.g., address), please bring supporting documentation to the Central Registry department at the ASD20 Education and Administration building. A green SUCCESS message at the top of the page will indicate that your changes were successfully saved.
11. Physical Exam Document Upload: To upload a physical exam form completed by your doctor: Click on the Browse button to select the file from your hard drive. The file type must be PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG or TIF/TIFF. Optionally enter a document description or related notes in the text box beneath the file browse button. Click on the Upload Document (top and bottom right). If your file is successfully uploaded, a green SUCCESS message is displayed at the top of the page see below). All successfully uploaded files are listed at the bottom of the page in the Uploaded Physicals report.
12. Physical Exam Document Upload - Viewing/Deleting Uploaded Physicals: All physicals that were successfully uploaded are displayed in the Uploaded Physicals report at the bottom of the Athletics Physicals page. Click on the View Document paper icon if you want to open/review what you've uploaded. Click on the red X if you want to delete an uploaded physical, and upload a different document. If your physical does not appear in the uploaded document list, then you did not successfully upload the document OR the document was deleted.
13. Physician: Review and update the contact information for your student's primary care physician. Click on Submit to save any changes. The Primary Care Physician page is shared with the main registration checklist. Click on the Athletics tab (top right) to return to the Athletics Registration checklist.
14. Athletics Registration Checklist: Complete? The athletic registration steps can be completed in any order and during more than one Extended Portal login session. If you have successfully completed each of the steps, the 5 boxes will be checked and the green COMPLETE message is displayed. If you have not completed each step, the red NOT COMPLETE message is displayed -- followed by a list of incomplete steps. Your student will not be able to participate in their sport(s) until fee payment is completed. Click on the Athletic Fees link to pay fees online using PayForIt. Payment can also be submitted in person at your child's school.
