4 Go to http://my.devry.edu or you can click on the link on the home page, now enter your D number and your password The default password is your four, digit year and two digit month of birth.

5 This is your Main menu: Select the area you want to go into. Let s click on the My Financial Aid link. You will be able to access all your Financial Aid information from this link. Remember you need to check this on a regular basic to see if you need to file any additional papers.

6 This is the Welcome screen into your Financial Aid.

7 On this screen, are your Awards for Financial Aid.

8 This screen is very important it shows what forms have been received or that are missing or pending. You can also download forms from here.

9 This screen shows any messages that you have concerning Financial Aid.

10 This page shows your Loan History.

11 This page shows various forms that you may need to complete.

12 Ok now let s take at look next at the View My Grades section. Click on the View My Grades Link

13 Your Grades will be listed by Semester you will need to click on the Semester you desire to look at. You will see the classes and the grades for the semester you select.

14 If you select the current Term you it will show in Progress.

15 Let s now click on the Degree Navigator Link to access your degree plan

16 You have a drop down menu to choose from A course List View

18 Let s now click on the View My schedule Link to access your Schedule Click on the Term that you want to see.

19 Your schedule a copy which you can print.

20 Ok let s now click on the Update My Contact Info link: Now we need to click on the DVU OSS Student Self Service Link

21 Now you need to click on the My Profile Tab: Ok now you need to click on the Contact Information Link

22 You can now update any of the information as needed. Remember after you make changes for those changes to take affect you must click on the Save Button.

23 Now let s go back to the Home page so we can look at the link to Order the Software that you are eligible to receive. Click on the Student Software Available to order your software

24 Click on the Button Go to the Fulfillment Center

25 Type your D# and Last Name as your Password then click on the Log Me In Button.

26 Click on the Software Link at the top of the page.

27 Click on the product that you would like to add to the shopping cart.

28 It now shows you information about the product. Now click on the ADD TO CART. Office 2007 will cost you $14.40 plus a shipping charge. A GREAT DEAL WOW!

29 On the next screen you will see Microsoft Campus Agreement that you need to read and agree to.

30 On the next screen you will need to type your D# and your name as shown.

31 On the next screen you can either click on the Continue Shopping Button or the Check Out Button.

32 Let s goes back to the starting Screen and this time let s click on the MSDN Academic Alliance Download Site Button at the bottom of the screen.

33 On this screen click on the Dropdown arrow to see a list of software that you can download and burn onto a CD or DVD and then install.

34 Ok, now let s go back to the Home page so we can look at the link for e-college where you will be spending a lot of you time. Let s click on the Log in to e-college link

35 You now need to login to e-college using your D# and the default password. The default password is your four digit year of birth and two digit month. If you have a problem logging in you can check with your Instructor or use the links on the page.

36 Once you are logged in you will see all your classes listed by Term. You will also see new Messages and links to some special classes for you. You can click on the plus sign next to the term to open it to see the classes for that term.

37 After you have clicked on the plus sign next to a term. You have a tab My Profile that you can use to change your e-college log on password.

38 Now click on a class listed under any term to open it. Use the grade book Link in e-college to see your grade at any time.

39 The next Tab is Document sharing.

40 The Next Tab is the Drop box this is where you turn in your assignments. You have to attach you documents. Click on the link to submit Assignment (Step 1)

41 Click on the link Add Attachments (Step 2) Click on the Browse Button (Step 3)

42 Now go to the location on your computer where you have the file saved at and double click on it. (Step 4) Now click on the Attach File Button (Step 5)

43 Now click on the OK Button (Step 6) You will see the file attached listed. (Step 7)

44 Next Tab is the Webliography

45 This page left blank for you to take notes.
