Agents Access Each agent will be assigned a unique Producer ID and password by the PF company. To access the Agents area type in the Producer ID and password at the Main Login Page to access the agent s area. The following screen displays. From the above screen you will have the ability to enter New Business quotes, Endorsement quotes, view previous quotes, view current policy holders, run reports, click on links, view notes and logout. Each of these features is described below. New Quote: Click the menu item New Quote and the following screen displays. From the screen above; 1. Select the lending laws (commercial or consumer). 2. Select the state the quote is for. Page 4 of 30

3. Select Next to continue or Cancel to return to the main menu. After clicking Next the screen above displays. Select the payment plan then enter: 1. The Premium amount. 2. Change the down payment amount if needed. (The software will populate this field with the minimum down payment needed for the payment plan selected) the producer can increase this value but cannot reduce this value. 3. Enter the Inception date. 4. Enter the Interest Rate if needed. This will populate automatically if the payment plan calls for a specific rate. 5. Enter the days between inception date and 1 st payment due date. 6. Click Calculate to continue with the quote. Once calculate is clicked the Quote Results screen displays. Page 5 of 30

You can print this page to give to the policyholder if desired. If you want to save the quote, click the Personal Info button and the following screen will display. From the above screen, enter the insured s information. I.e. Name, address, City, state, zip code, SSN, phone numbers and email address. All required fields are marked by a red *. When finished click the Continue button. The following screen displays. Page 6 of 30

You can review the quote information, edit personal information, change the payment plan, recalculate the loan, save the quote or submit the quote as new business to the PF company. (Note the fields displayed on this screen vary by PF company, if you have further questions contact the PF company for help). Prior to re-calculating, saving or submitting to new business you will need to complete the policy information for the quote. To do this select the Edit Policy button in the policy grid and the policy information screen opens. Page 7 of 30

Enter the following: 1. Policy number if known. If the policy number is not known at this time LEAVE IT BLANK the software will assign a missing policy number automatically to this policy. 2. MGA. 3. Company. 4. Policy Type. 5. Premium amount for this policy. 6. Lien holder (if available). 7. Policy Fees (if available). 8. Policy Tax (if available). 9. Click the Accept button when finished. You will be returned to the New Loan Policy Information screen. You can then Save the quote or submit to New business. Endorsement Quotes Click the Endorsement Quote menu item and the following screen displays. Page 8 of 30

From the above screen you can create endorsement quotes. 1. Click the Search by loan number or Search by Policy Number radio button. 2. Input Loan number or policy number depending on which selection was made in number 1 above. 3. Click the Search button. The following screen displays. Enter the following: Page 9 of 30

1. Premium Change Amt. (amount of endorsement) (use a - symbol to enter a negative endorsement). 2. Down Payment Amount will automatically populate according to the existing loans payment plan. Producer can increase this figure but cannot decrease it. 3. Change in Amount Financed automatically populates. 4. Effective date populates automatically but can be changed as needed. 5. Click Calculate to see quote results. The following screen displays. The above screen shows the quote results. You can go back to make changes by pressing the Previous button, cancel out of the quote by clicking the Cancel button or Print the quote by clicking the Print Quote button. Quote List Click the Quote List menu item and the following screen displays. Page 10 of 30

1. The Quote list displays your quotes and uploaded loans that are still in a pending status. 2. The quote grid can be sorted by double clicking the column headings. 3. Quotes are denoted by a quote ID. 4. Loans are denoted by Loan #. They also have a gray background. 5. To see more detail about a pending loan click on the customer s name. 6. To see the quote detail click on the customers name. This takes you to the New Loan Policy Information screen. From there you can make changes to the quote or submit it to the PF company as a pending loan. 7. Quotes can be disabled by clicking the disable button. This does not delete the quote rather it stores it in the Inactive Quotes area. This area can be viewed by clicking the link Inactive Quotes. The inactive quote can be enabled from the Inactive quotes area by clicking the Enable button; this moves the quote back into the quotes area. 8. The links at the bottom of the page allow the producer to look up loans by: a. First letter of the last name or DBA name if commercial. b. All c. Today s Quotes. d. Quotes from the last 5 working days. e. Inactive Quotes. 9. Individual quotes and or pending loans can be viewed by entering the quote\loan number in the text box located at the bottom of the page. Click the search button to display the quote\pending loan Policyholder List Click the Policyholder List menu item and the following screen displays. Page 11 of 30

The policyholder screen displays all your loans. Specific features are: 1. Policyholder grid can be sorted by double clicking the column heading. 2. Detail to individual loans can be viewed by clicking the Customers Name. 3. Producers can look up loans by first letter of the last name or first letter of the DBA name if commercial. 4. All loans. 5. Cancelled loans. 6. Late loans. 7. Loans approaching their 12 month anniversary. (Renewals) 8. Individual loans can be viewed by entering the loan number in the text box at the bottom of the page and clicking the Search button. Reports Click the Reports menu item and the following screen displays. Page 12 of 30

The reports that are available for you to view and or print are determined by the PF company. If you have questions about what each report does or how to run the reports please contact the PF company for help. Page 13 of 30

Policyholder Access Policyholders login to see their loan information and (if allowed) make payments by typing in their Loan Number and Zip Code at the Login Page. This portion of the software is available in either English or Spanish. To see the information in Spanish the policyholder should click the Registro button when entering the site. The loan information screen details loan activity. (see screen above). Depending on the PF companies options, policyholder may be allowed to make a Check by Web and or Credit Card Payment. Check by Web: The screen above shows the information that must be entered by the policyholder in order to make a check by web payment. (check by web may not be available from the PF company, for more information about check by web contact the PF company). Once the information has been input the policyholder clicks the submit button to send the payment or the cancel button to cancel the payment. A message displays when the submit button has been clicked. This message will either be an error and will direct the policyholder to correct the issue or the message will state that the payment has been made. Check by Web payments are not automatically applied to the loan. The PF company must process the check before the payment will appear on the customers account. This processing time will vary by PF company. Page 15 of 30

Credit Card Payments: The credit card screen can vary depending on the PF company s setup. If you have questions about credit cards contact the PF company for additional help. As with most credit card payments over the web the policyholder will be required to fill in certain information. Once this information is complete the policyholder can click the Make Payment button to submit the payment. Once submitted a message will display informing the policyholder that either the payment was made or that they need to make changes because of errors. Accepted Credit Card Payments are applied to the loan at the time the payment is made. Page 16 of 30

Dealer Products With the Dealer Products option dealers have the ability to enter all the required information for specific products and submit that information to the manufacturer\distributor through the Internet. The configuration of dealer products varies by manufacturer\distributor so you may notice some differences between the following screen shots and what you see. If you have questions contact the manufacturer\distributor for assistance. Dealer Login The manufacturer\distributor will supply you with a Producer ID and a Password to access the site. Enter this information and click the Login button. There are several links available depending on how the manufacturer\distributor has setup the site. Most commonly there are New Deal link for entering new orders Policyholder List for viewing current customer accounts Reports for printing out production reports Link to another website your supplier may have a link to one of their other sites Notes which are notes from the manufacturer\distributor Help which contains the help file your reading Logout to leave the site Page 17 of 30

Entering New Products To enter the new produce select New Deal from the screen above. The following screen appears. Page 18 of 30

Select the payment plan you wish to use, the payment plans you see are what the manufacturer\distributor has selected for you. If you do not see a plan that you wish to have access to contact the manufacturer\distributor. Once you select a plan the data fields populate automatically according to the plan you selected. You need to select a Loan Inception Date if different than what is displayed (today s date). Once you ve selected a Loan Inception Date click the Calculate button to continue. The screen above is informational only, it can be used to explain to the customer the payment plan setup, amount of payments etc. You can also print this screen by clicking the Print button. When ready click the Continue button and the following screen will display. Page 20 of 30

Fill in the information above. You must enter information into each field above that has a red * next to it. These fields are required. All other information is optional but it is suggested to input as much information as possible. Once you are finished click the Continue button and the following screen will display. Page 21 of 30

From the screen above enter the vehicle and bank information. Depending on how the manufacturer\distributor has setup the site the banking information may or may not be required. NOTE if banking information is entered the Routing number must be a valid number for the software to accept it, also the VIN number must be a valid number to be accepted. Once you have entered all the information click the Save button to save the new product and the following screen will display. Page 22 of 30

The screen above tells you if you have any errors, if none were found a message displays telling you the loan number that the new order was saved under. You now can click the Close button if your finished or you can click the Print Forms button to continue and print forms for the customer. Once you have clicked the Print Forms button the following screen displays. Page 23 of 30

The screen above displays the forms the manufacturer\distributor has chosen for you to print. Click on a form name and select Next. Page 24 of 30

Now that the form is printed to screen you can print out a hard copy for the customer to sign etc. You print the hard copy by selecting the printer icon in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Once your done you can return to the forms list and print other forms or you can return to the main screen by clicking the Home button. Policyholder List The Policyholder list displays a listing of your customers (customers who have purchased a product through this site with you as their salesman). The grid that displays can be sorted by any column. In addition you can view detailed information about your customer by clicking on their name (blue link). Lookups can be performed by the first letter of the customer s last name, by entering a loan number if known in the text box at the bottom of the screen or you can list customers who are late or cancelled by clicking on the blue links for each at the bottom of the screen. Click on a customers name to see detailed information about their account. Once your finished with viewing the screen below click the Return button to go back to the Policyholder list. Page 25 of 30

Reports The report screen allows you to print reports that the manufacturer\distributor has given you access to. Your list of reports may vary from the screen below. To run a report click once on the report name and select the Next button to continue. Page 26 of 30

From the screen above you select the Edit button to change dates if needed. The following screen displays. Change the dates as needed and then click the Accept button to continue. The following screen displays. Page 28 of 30

Click Next to print the report. When finished you can return to the Reports List or to the main menu. Notes The notes screen if used by the manufacturer\distributor to display information about products, procedures, deals etc. You access the screen by clicking the Notes link in the menu bar.
