Release Notes 5. Converting to a New CloudBond 365 License 5 Converting to a New CloudBond 365 License As of Version 7.2, the CloudBond 365 license mechanism has changed from a single license per CloudBond 365 server (based on MAC address) to an Enterprise License. In the Enterprise License, there is a single CloudBond 365 license for one or more CloudBond 365 servers that are installed on the same company domain and share the same Active Directory (AD). The Enterprise License will store the total number of users of all CloudBond 365 servers. Enterprise License is based on a unique System ID (e.g., Fingerprint) which is based on an AD contact field. The CloudBond 365 upgrade procedure will automatically create a new Enterprise License based on the existing old license. Note: The self-created Enterprise License is good only for the continuance of the system operation. If you need future system capacity upgrades (e.g., purchasing additional user licenses) you will need to get an official Enterprise License from your AudioCodes representative and upload it to the system. It is recommended that after you successfully upgrade all your CloudBond 365 systems to the new version, you ask for the official Enterprise License from your AudioCodes representative and replace it with the self-created license. When requesting the new license, please provide the following: Original AudioCodes Sales Order number of all installed CloudBond 365 systems. Original CloudBond 365 license files or MAC Address that the license was created for. The new installed System ID (e.g., Fingerprint) taken from the CloudBond 365 License Information page. Release Notes 8. Known Issues 8 Known Issues The following are known issues with the new version: 1. In the wizard, different internal IP addresses can be chosen for the individual machines; however they are all placed in the same subnet, using the DC default gateway. This causes communication failures between the virtual machines during installation. Workaround: Use internal IP addresses in the same subnet during installation and make the required changes to individual machines when the installation has finished. 2. When installing as a BPA, the Edge IP address and a record are not automatically added to the Resource forest DNS environment. Workaround: Configure an Edge host (A) record manually after installation containing the correct IP address. 3. The default topology for a standalone deployment has a PSTN Gateway, defined for 192.168.0.2. This results in Mediation server events on the Front-End server, declaring a dead gateway detection. Workaround: Change the topology through Topology Builder after installation to set a right PSTN gateway. (IN-19) (QA-6) (QA-12) 4. Frequent warning messages are sent to the Setup Status screen on the host machine, if it is waiting for connectivity to one of the virtual machines. See an example for the Edge below: Workaround: Ignore these warning messages and validate that the setup has completed on all virtual machines. Enter all virtual machines and check for the setup completed message on each one. 5. Group Replication causes a 'SignInDomain cannot be empty! We filled it with a default value!' error message in the log file, due to the missing Group Replication template file. Workaround: Create a new Group Replication template and then delete the original template. Group Replication > Edit template (import ) > Change the name and Apply > Back > Select the original (default) template and delete it. (QA-38) Version 7.2.5 21 All Editions

CloudBond 365 & UMP 365 Before the workaround: Figure 8-1: Before Workaround After the workaround: Figure 8-2: After Workaround 6. During BPA installation, the wizard failed to set the correct DNS address during installation, and generated the Setup ended with errors message. Workaround: Set the correct DNS address to point to the first DC manually. 7. If there is a mismatch time zone between the CloudBond 365 server and the monitoring server, you need to run a script on the SQL database as instructed by Microsoft. (QA-18) 8. Sometimes Call Forwarding settings may fail on a new user creation but the SysAdmin will report 'success'. Under investigation (QA-19) 9. Sometimes when importing a local user through group replication it creates a disabled account. Under investigation (QA-20) 10. Using the browser back-key while importing users causes an error. Workaround: Don t use the browser navigation buttons. (QA-21) 11. AcsGroupReplication fails on BPA no-dc. Workaround: Edit AcsGroupReplication.exe.config file. Search for key <add key="acsdomain" value="localhost"/> and change the localhost value to a domain controller FQDN (example:<add key="acsdomain" value="ucdc.cloudbond365.com"/>) Release Notes 22 Document #: LTRT-26644

Release Notes 8. Known Issues 12. IP Phone Manager does not display icons. Workaround: Enable the Download fonts option on the Internet Explorer option security configuration. Figure 8-3: Enabling Download Fonts 13. If CloudBond 365 Pro/Enterprise Box Editions experience performance issues, check that the HP server BIOS option is set for Maximum Performance and validate that the VM is set with the correct setting memory and VCPU. Figure 8-4: Maximum Performance Version 7.2.5 23 All Editions

CloudBond 365 & UMP 365 14. CloudBond 365 Pro/Enterprise Box Editions The default gateway on the controller may not be set. Workaround: You need to set it manually. 15. Windows update of.net 4.6.1 KB3102467 can cause problems. Don't install it on the CloudBond 365. Workaround: Don t install the.net 4.6.1 KB3102467 update. 16. Devices and Office 365 accounts not loaded and cannot be managed when registrarpool is set with a value in app.config. Workaround: Manage Office365 accounts through the Skype Control Panel. 17. Sometimes the SysAdmin response is slow and editing a user takes 15 seconds till the page is open. This will be resolved in a next update. 18. SysAdmin allows creating a user with existing line URI. Workaround: Use the check Number button before applying the changes. 19. UC-DC root certificates are stored in the personal store and in the trusted root. Workaround: Move the certificates to the correct location using the certificates management console for the local machine (QA-182) 20. Warning message on the setup console: "Warring: Checklist Arguments Count does not match Checklist Count" Workaround: Ignore this warning. 21. Error when upload a music on hold file: "Directory not found to store MOH-file" Workaround: Create the directory manually. Refer to the AudioCodes CloudBond 365 Administration Guide. 22. Installation wizard fails if network NIC name has been changed Workaround: change the network NIC names after the installation finish 23. Install button is disabled on the last page of the installation wizard Workaround: Delete c:\acs directory, reset the server and run installation again. Release Notes 24 Document #: LTRT-26644
