1 / 6 How To Generate a Report on Submitted Invoices 1. Go to the OB10 Portal - Go to www.ob10.com. - Click on the Login button. - Enter your login credentials. - If you need help, refer to the How to Login Guide. 2. Select Reporting - Select the Reporting function

2 / 6 3. Select Invoices Submitted - Select the Invoices Submitted report Note: You can generate other types of reports using the same process described in the following steps. 4. Select Report Criteria - You can specify a number of different criteria that will be used to determine which Invoices are included in your report and what data fields are displayed; - Date: You can enter a specific date or range of dates. - Invoice No: You can request a report on a specific invoice. - OB10 Accounts: If you have multiple OB10 accounts, you can run a report on invoices submitted by only one account (or two accounts out of three, etc.), - Customer: If you have multiple OB10 customers, you can run a report on invoices sent to only one customer (or two customers out of three, etc.) - Fields: You can modify the display by eliminating one or more of the fields that are normally displayed on the report. - Currency: You can run a report on a single currency or a subset of the currencies. - Invoice Status: You can look at invoices with one specific status (for example, delivered), all statuses or a subset of the available statuses. - Invoice Type: You can look at only invoices, only credit note or both. - Size: You can determine the number of records that will be displayed on each page of the report.

3 / 6 4.1 Select Report Criteria - Specify Dates - You can enter a specific date or range of dates. - Click the down arrow to specify the type of date you are using to select the invoices (A). - Enter the start date or click the calendar icon to select the start date (B). - If you want to specify a range of dates, enter the end date or click the calendar icon to select the end date (C). Note: If you only want to report on invoices for one specific day, enter the same date for the start and end date. 4.2 Select Report Criteria - Specify Fields - You can change the fields that will be displayed on the report. - Click the down arrow icon next to Select Fields to specify the fields to be displayed. - The default setting is for all fields to be displayed. Click the check box next to each field that you want to de-select. Alternatively, click None to deselect all fields and then click the check box for the fields you want to be included. - When you have completed the field selection criteria, click the in the top right of the Select Fields dialogue box, to close the dialogue box.

4 / 6 4.3 Run Report - When you have completed entering your selection criteria, click Run Report. 5. View Report - Your report is generated and displayed. Steps 5.1 to 5.3 provice more detail on actions you can take and how to navigate through the report. 5.1 View Report - Raise a Ticket - You can raise a ticket related to one of the displayed invoices. - Click on the Ticket Icon associated with the invoice to raise a ticket. - See the How to Raise a Ticket guide for more detail on raising tickets.

5 / 6 5.2 View Report - Download an invoice Image - You can download the image of the invoice. - Click on the Image Icon associated with the invoice to download an image. - Step 5.2.1 provides details on the rest of the image download process. 5.2.1 View Report Download an invoice image (continued) - OB10 will retrieve information from the ImageArchive and display it immediately above the report display. - Confirm you want to download the image by clicking Download located at the right of the display. - You will be prompted to select a location to store the image. Enter the location or browse your drives to select a destination folder. - Repeat steps 10 and 11 until you have downloaded all of the image renderings you require.

6 / 6 5.3 View Report Screen Navigation and Export - Use the arrows located at the bottom right of the screen to navigate and display more fields or more rows of data (A). - If you want to export the report, you can download the report in Excel or CSV format. To do this, click the down arrow next to Export and select either Excel or CSV. Then click Export (B). Note: If your report contains multiple pages, scroll to the bottom to select a different page.
