Racing Victoria together with Racing Australia (Formerly RISA) have developed a safe, fast and convenient online licence renewal portal that enables you to manage your personal details and licenses wherever you are. To renew online, visit www.rv.racing.com (click Licensing Renewals under Quick Links on the home page) by 31 st July 2016. The online process is very simple and it eliminates the requirement to submit your renewal form via post, email or fax. Are there any hardware or software requirements to access the online portal? Step 1: Enter the Racing Victoria website http://rv.racing.com/ Commence the licence renewal process by clicking on the Licensing Renewals link located under QUICK LINKS on the right hand-side of the home page; Step 2: Enter the User Registration page Once the User Registration portal is open, fill in the details below and click the [Login] button to proceed. i. [Login ID (Email)]: Enter your Racing Victoria registered email; ii. [Password]: Enter your password Note: Password provided in the Offer email is a default password; you will be required to change to a password of your choice when you login for the first time. Step 3: Default password (if logging in for the first time) Create your own Password to login into User Registration portal and click the [Submit] button to proceed. Step 5: Renew your licence From the licenses page you will find all of the licenses that are currently up for renewal and can be renewed via the user registration portal. Click [Renew] to begin the process. Example Below are different status s that your licence application will go through during the renewal process: i. [Offered] In this status, your license is available for renewal from the user registration portal. ii. [In Progress] In this status you have started the application but you have not submitted your application to RV for review. iii. [To Be Reviewed] In this status you have paid and submitted your application to RV for review. iv. [Pending] In this status RV Licence Administrator is waiting on more information from you. v. [Approved] - In this status RV Licence Administrator has reviewed and approved your application. vi. [Declined] In this status RV Licence Administrator has reviewed and declined your application. vii. [Withdrawn] - In this status RV Licence Administrator has removed your ability to renew your license online. Step 6: Update personal details Should any of your details be incorrect on this page, please ensure that you update by clicking [Edit]. Once updated, you can progress by clicking [Next]. Example [Save & Exit] button: allows you to save what you ve done, and return to your renewal at a later time. [Cancel] button: Cancels all questions and information completed within your renewal. Step 7: Read and accept that you have understood the [Acknowledgement and declarations] tab. Step 8: Processed Once successfully processed, you will receive an email confirming your licence has been successfully been submitted to the Licensing Regulation Unit.
