Added a new set of RESTful calls to control the power and the boot device for multiple nodes with a single POST to /rest/v1/systemssummary. Added check at cartridge insertion for no memory DIMMs present. If no DIMM is present, the message Error: Memory error detected by population rules (00) will be added to the IML log. The "00" indicates no DIMMs present. Any other number indicates a DIMM is present but in the wrong connector. Hewlett Packard Enterprise has also to included the following enhancements to the HPE Moonshot ilo Chassis Management in v1.52: The firmware now discovers and shows NVMe drives on ilo-based cartridges in the both web interface and CLI (feature requires ilo Moonshot v2.50 or later.) Shortened the rendering time of the Show Links page in the GUI and added a table of all current links to the page. Enhanced IML log entries to identify the node number in wear level log messages. The cartridge number was identified, but node number was not previously identified. Enhanced the Edit Links page in the GUI. Hovering over the link icon on a cartridge shows a table of all current and all possible links for the cartridge. Selecting a cartridge shows a table with all current links for the cartridge. Modified chassis fan table to meet NEBS compliance. Updated the CLI version reported in the CLI to 2.5. resolved the following: Boot settings and some security settings being lost on ilo CM 1.50 or 1.51 upgrades. The SET CARTRIDGE ASSET command possibly corrupting FRU data on a cartridge if it was used to configure many cartridges with the same tag with one command. 4 Fixes
Intermittent invalid reporting of a memory error in the IML log for "Memory error detected by population rules" for m700p cartridges. The CLI command SHOW CARTRIDGE POWER reporting wrong node power states. It was reporting the node power state for the next higher node. Handling of empty SNMP trap targets to avoid long delays. Physical pressing of the UID button on a cartridge cannot result in ilo CM showing the wrong state of the UID light. Updated security to Openssl 1.0.1u. Improvements in the REST call for ColdReset (force power off, followed by queueing of a power on) of a node by allowing longer for the power down transition. Made sure unset Cartridge Asset Tags are never displayed. UUIDs of nodes 2-4 sometimes showing the node 1 UUID. Modified SSH handling so that command output from a CLI RUN command can be obtained in full, keeping the session from sending an EOF after the first command in the script completes. This is applicable when running CLI commands over SSH via automated scripts. Potential problem with SSH connection handling with multiple active users. HPE Moonshot 180GXc switch sometimes showing a temp of 255 degrees for sensor "05-Net Ctrlr 2".
