1 Instructions for Logging in 1.1 Link to the EYCC Funds Management System To access the EYCC Funds Management System, click on the following link: https://otps.peelregion.ca/rop/wage-enhancement/ext/ Note: You will need to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you have any technical issues such as accessing the system or forgotten passwords, please contact us at (905) 791-1585 or email us at EYCCtechnologysupport@peelregion.ca. 1.2 Logging In On the Early Years and Funds Management Login page, click the checkbox to accept the Privacy and Terms of Use once you have reviewed the Terms and Conditions set out in the application rules. 2 Transformation Application Confirming Eligibility Prior to initiating your Transformation Application, you must confirm your eligibility. To complete this task, answer the questions listed below and select the Check Eligibility button, located in the lower-right corner of the webpage. If you are found ineligible, a red shaded window will appear at the top of the webpage. The window contains instructions for the next step in this process. If you inadvertently selected an incorrect response, simply toggle the opposing response for that question, or select the Reset button to clear all of your responses. To navigate back to the homepage, select the Back button, located in the upper-left corner of the webpage. If you answer Yes to all of the eligibility questions and select the Check Eligibility button, a green shaded window will appear at the top of the webpage, confirming your eligibility. Transformation Application, select the Continue button, located in the lower-right corner of the webpage. 2.1 Project Details Under the Project Details header, you are provided space to detail the proposed Transformation. - Select the green + icon to add one or more rows to the Project Details table - If needed, use the red icon to remove individual rows from the Project Details table Region of Peel Page 5 of 13 User Guide
Once you select the green + icon, a Transformation Type must be selected from the dropdown. After selecting a Transformation Type, enter the requested funding amount. The Additional Details field is available for you to provide any further details concerning the Transformation Application. NOTE: There is a character limit of 300 characters. If another Transformation Type is needed, select the green + icon to add a row to the Project Details Table. If a row needs to be removed, check the box beside the corresponding row and select the red icon. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm this action. Selecting Cancel will not delete the row and return you to the application. Region of Peel Page 6 of 13 User Guide
Selecting Delete will delete the row and return you to the application, with a confirmation (shown below) that the row has been deleted. 2.2 Supporting Documentation The Supporting Documentation section allows you to upload documents pertaining to your application. This section utilizes either drag/drop functionality to upload or you may click inside the dashed-outlined box to open your PC s files and select the desired document. Once a document has been uploaded, you will see the file name and a field available for you to input a description about the document. Selecting the Download button will download your uploaded document. This functionality is available in case you want to review the document before the application is submitted. Selecting the Delete button will delete your uploaded attachment. You may upload as many documents as necessary, with a maximum individual file size of 10 MB. 2.3 Certification The Certification section is mandatory for the Transformation Application. You will not be able to electronically submit the application without first checking the box located beside the certification statement. Region of Peel Page 7 of 13 User Guide
3 Repairs & Maintenance Application 3.1 Confirming Eligibility Prior to initiating your Transformation Application, you must confirm your eligibility. 3.2 Project Details Under the Project Details header, you are provided space to detail the proposed Repair and Maintenance. - Select the green + icon to add one or more rows to the Project Details table - If needed, use the red icon to remove individual rows from the Project Details table Once you select the green + icon, a Description of Work must be entered. NOTE: There is a character limit of 300 characters. After entering a Description of Work, enter the requested funding amount. After entering the Requested Funding amount, you must select the Project Status from the Project Status dropdown. If another Repair and Maintenance row is needed, select the green + icon to add a row to the Project Details Table. If a row needs to be removed, check the box beside the corresponding row and select the red icon. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm this action. 3.3 Supporting Documentation The Supporting Documentation section allows you to upload documents pertaining to your application. For the Repairs & Maintenance Application, you are required to upload an email from the Ministry of Education (MEDU) Licensing and Compliance Branch or related agency (i.e., City re: building permits), stating they are in agreement with the requested repair/improvement. 3.4 Certification The Certification section is mandatory for the Repairs and Maintenance Application.
