CUSTOMER INVITATION PROGRAM 2018 EXHIBITOR GUIDE Invite your customers and prospects to the Show using your custom co-branded landing page that highlights you as a key partner of INTERPHEX. 1. FREE distribution to customers & prospects. 2. FREE exhibit hall admission. 3. FREE customized landing page with link to registration. 4. Branded for your company!

INTRODUCING... YOUR CUSTOMER INVITATION DASHBOARD: ALL OF YOUR INVITATIONS IN ONE EASY-TO-ACCESS PLACE: Can be exported or sent right through your Customer Invitation Dashboard to an imported Contact List. Share your personalized Web Banners by using the provided HTML code or by saving the image as a file to hyperlink your Referral Page URL to. Your unique co-branded landing page that gives customers some company information and informs them about the Show. Share this link with customers to provide them with Free Registration.

GETTING STARTED: UPDATE YOUR COMPANY INFORMATION First, make sure you add your logo and update your company s information on the left side of the Dashboard page.

The referral campaigns on the right side of the page are your invitations to share with customers to give them Free Registration for the Show. Your dashboard contains Evites, Web Banners, and the link to your unique company Landing Page.

EVITES - PREVIEW Your Evites are pre-made digital invitations that you can send to a targeted list of contacts to give them more information about your company and the Show. The Evite includes a button to navigate the viewer to the Registration page.

EVITES - OPTION 1: EXPORT You can Export your Evite by clicking the arrow on the Send Invites button. The downloaded Evite file can be opened in the program you use to send emails to your network.

EVITES - OPTION 2: SEND THROUGH THE DASHBOARD You can also send the Evite to your network right through your Customer Invitation Dashboard.

EVITES - OPTION 2: SEND THROUGH THE DASHBOARD To do this, import an excel file containing a list of your Contacts information. Once this is uploaded, choose the Contact List you wish to send the Evite to, fill in the From Address and a Subject Line and press Send after previewing to make sure everything looks good. You can send your Evite immediately or schedule it to be sent another day.

EVITES - IMPORTING YOUR CONTACT LIST In order to send an Evite through the Customer Invitation Dashboard, you have to Import your Contact List as an Excel file. Click Import List and follow the 4 easy steps.

EVITES - IMPORTING YOUR CONTACT LIST Make sure the Excel Spreadsheet file containing your Contact List is formatted correctly. There should be two columns containing information: One with your contacts names and another containing their email addresses. **At the top of Column A, type the word Name. At the top of Column B, type Email. This will ensure the information will be properly mapped when you choose to send your Evite. Once your Contact List file is saved and selected here, click Next to verify and import the list. For more information, please refer to the guide on Importing Contact Lists.

WEB BANNERS Your Dashboard also contains web banners in two sizes. You can add web banners to emails, email signatures, on social media and on your websites. You can use the HTML code to insert your web banner where you please.

WEB BANNERS You may also save the web banner as an image file by clicking Get Banner Image. This will open a window containing the banner image. Right click on the banner image and save. You can also drag the image to your computer desktop. Make sure to hyperlink your web banner image to your Landing Page so customers can access Free Registration.

CUSTOM CO-BRANDED LANDING PAGES To access your custom co-branded Landing Page, click Copy Link in the Referral Page section. This will copy the URL to your clipboard, which you can then use to hyperlink banner images and share in emails.
