Unable to Import into Audatex Estimating Overview When attempting to Import into Audatex Estimating, nothing happens, or an error message is displayed. Error Message One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed. Solution Try these solutions in the order shown. 1. Web and Installed Multiuser only: Verify Internet Explorer is being used. 2. Verify the CIECA files are shown in the third party's Export folder. 3. Reconfigure the Import paths. Import Path 1) Log in to Audatex Estimating. 2) Click the Setup link on the left side navigation. 3) Click the Profile Name that the estimate will be imported to. Note: When setting up an importing directory under a particular profile, those estimates will import to that profile only. A unique import folder must be used to import files into a different profile. 4) Click the Options link on the left side navigation. 5) Click the Import link on the left side navigation. 6) Click the Browse button next to the path. 7) Browse to the location of the CIECA files. Notes: When this folder does not currently exist, manually create it at the wanted location. When selecting a UNC path or Network Drive, make sure correct permissions are set for the path selected. 8) Select Always Import and / or Always Delete After Import check boxes, as required. Always Import: will import the CIECA files automatically when Audatex Estimating is opened. Always Delete After Import: will delete the CIECA files from the path after they have been imported into Audatex Estimating. 9) Click the Profile List link on the left side navigation. 10) Repeat Steps 3-8 for other profiles where CIECA file import features will be used. Export Path 11) Click the Setup link on the left side navigation. 12) Click the Profile Name of the main profile (shown in blue). 13) Click the Options link on the left side navigation. 14) Click the Export link on the left side navigation. 15) Click the Browse button to the right of Path 1 or Path 2. 16) Browse to the folder to export the CIECA data to. Notes: There are two available CIECA formats that can be used, 2.01 and 2.6. Contact the technical support department of the importing program to identify what format versions are supported.
Audatex Estimating can export to both at the same time (to different directories) so that multiple importing programs can be set to the appropriate format's location. When the path does not yet exist on the machine, manually create it. When selecting a UNC path or Network Drive, make sure correct permissions are set for the path selected. 17) Click the OK button. 18) Select which CIECA Format will be used. 19) Select the Always Export on Close and / or Always Export on Estimate Exit check boxes, as required. Always Export on Close: will export the CIECA data whenever the Close dialog is used. Note: When an error occurs, or the files are not exported, contact the third-party software support. 6. Re-export the claim from the third-party system. 7.
