Print Shop Pro Instructions Welcome to the Flour Bluff ISD Print Shop s online ordering system, Print Shop Pro. The stepby-step instructions will assist you in placing orders through the Print Shop. Part I: Registration If you are accessing the system for the first time, you must complete the registration in order to submit a print order. To Register or to Log In, click Log In at the top right-hand corner of the screen. The Registration/Log In page will look like this:
First time users will need to click the words Click Here to Register and follow the registration steps. Please complete all information on the registration page. HELPFUL TIP: The Username created MUST be the same as the first part of the user s district issued email address (ex. if email is tsmith@flourbluffschools.net--username for Print Shop Pro is tsmith). Once you complete the registration, click Return to homepage HELPFUL TIP: Once registration is complete, the Print Shop will need to approve the new user. It can take up to 24 hours for approval. The new user will receive an email once the registration has been approved. If you need approval expedited, email printshop@flourbluffschools.net for further assistance. Once the new user has been approved click Log In from the home page and log in using the registered user name and password under Registered Users Registration is complete and the user is now ready to submit a print order.
Part II: Submitting A Copy/Print Order To submit a Copy/Print order, click the Copy/Print button on the Print Shop homepage. (https://flourbluffschools.webdeskprint.com/psp/app/psp_start.asp) Step 1: Select Category Step 1: Select Category of the Copy/Print order will look like this:
Select the category of the print or copy order. (The how to steps below are for Black & White Copies) Click Black & White Copies Step 2: Select Finished Size for Black & White Copies Click the finished size of the copy/print order Step 3: Print Order Information Complete the details of the print order including the name of the job, number of copies, format, paper type and color. Also indicate if a front or back cover is needed. Once all information is complete, click Continue.
Step 4: Finishing Finalize the details of the print order by selecting the finishing options. Finishing options include a staple or paper clips, hole punches and collating. Indicate any special instructions for the copy/print order. Once all information is complete, click Continue. Step 5: Attach Files Click Yes to attach the file for the copy/print order. (If No Skip Attaching a File is clicked and a file is not uploaded, email the Print Shop a printshop@flourbluffschools.net to provide further direction.)
To attach a file, click Browse and select the file located on the computer. Type the number of originals and indicate any special instructions. Once all information is complete, click Attach File. HELPFUL TIP: Print Shop Pro will automatically generate a PDF of the attached file(s). Review the file to ensure the document is correct. Once the Attached File has been reviewed and approved, the user can upload another file. Once all information is complete, click Continue.
Step 6: Billing and Delivery Review that all information for the copy/print order is correct, including the number of copies and delivery site. Input the Purchase Order or select the correct Purchase Order number from the drop-down list. HELPFUL TIP: A Purchase Order number must be inputted in the Purchase Order box at the time of order. A Purchase Order can be obtained by submitting a Requisition through Skyward or obtaining the number from the campus or department secretary. No orders are processed until a Purchase Order is inputted. Once all information is inputted and complete, click Finish. All print orders have a 10 working day lead time. Rush orders are available on some orders. Step 7: Order Process Complete After the order is submitted, the user will have the option to view the Order Summary, print the Job Ticket, add Another Print Order to the project or Log Out.
The user will receive three email updates on the order: Order has been successfully submitted Print job is in progress Print order is ready
Part III: Submitting a Business Card Order To submit a Business Card order, click the Business Cards button on the Print Shop homepage. (https://flourbluffschools.webdeskprint.com/psp/app/psp_start.asp) Step 1: Select Your Item Click on the Flour Bluff ISD business card image.
Step 2: Build Your Item Input the information of the individual. Information that must be included is: Name Credential (optional) Title Campus/Department Cell Phone (optional) Phone Number (campus or department phone number) Fax Number (optional) Email Click Continue HELPFUL TIP: A proof of the business card will pop up. Review the proof to be sure all information is correct.
Step 3: Proofread Your Order Once the information on the business card has been previewed and approved click the Text approved? box and the Digital proof accepted? box and click Continue. Step 4: Contact and Order Information Input the Purchase Order or select the correct Purchase Order number from the drop-down list. Select the business card quantity order. Verify all shipping information is correct. Once complete click Continue.
Step 5: Order Summary Review the Order Summary. Click the Preview PDF button to preview the business card. Click Finish to submit the order. Step 6: Order Process Complete After the order is submitted, the user will have the option to view the Order Summary, print the Job Ticket, add Another Print Order to the project or Log Out. Part IV: Ordering Ready Made Items To order Ready Made Items or items available in the Store, click the Ready Made Items button on the Print Shop homepage. (https://flourbluffschools.webdeskprint.com/psp/app/psp_start.asp) Step 1: Select Item from the All Categories section or the Featured Categories section. Click on the category of the item the user is ordering. (The how to steps below are to order a form.) Click Forms
Step 2: Select the area the form is located Click Districtwide. HELPFUL TIP: Use the Search box to type in the form number as another way to locate the form.
Step 3: Find the Form Example: Look for Form FB37101 01.6/11 or the FBISD Health Room Pass Step 4: Add Item to Cart Click the Add to Cart button
Step 5: Shopping Cart Input the number of reams in the Qty box. Click Update Quantity to see the new cost. Click Checkout when order is complete. Step 6: Check Out/Submit Order Review Order. Input Purchase Order number or pick Purchase Order number from drop down menu. Add any special instructions in the Notes box. Once order is ready to be submitted, click Submit Order.
HELPFUL TIP: When placing a Store Order, notify the campus/department secretary via email a store order has been placed. The campus/department secretary will approve the order.
