REGISTRATION FOR MYADP/NAVIGATION The ADP Portal allows you to perform such functions as: Enroll in or change benefits information; Make changes related to life events such as marriage, moving, and birth of a child; View pay statements and W-2 information; Change W-4 tax information; Set up direct deposit; Manage your 401(K) and retirement accounts; Update your contact information. ADP Self Service Portal contains various navigation options to help you manage your recruiting process. Click on a subtopic to navigate to it directly. Registration for the ADP Portal. Step 1 Access your Internet browser. Note: Although ADP Self Service Portal can be accessed using any web browser, Mozilla Firefox delivers the best experience. 2 Go to MAPCO MyADP Dashboard URL and click Register Here. 3 Type mapcoexp mapco for the registration code, and click Go. 4 Type your name, the last 4 digits of your social security number (and retype), your birth month and day, and click Next. 5 Confirm your name and click REGISTER NOW. 6 Verify your correct email address and type in your phone number. 7 Create a user ID by typing your first name, followed by a period (.), followed by your last name. Click Check Availability. If the user ID is already in use, type 1 at the end (and continue with 2, 3, 4 etc.). Example: john.smith1 4

8 Select security questions and type in security question answers. 9 Scroll to review Terms and Conditions, and click REGISTER NOW. 10 After registering, verify email address immediately on smartphone, if possible; or, within 24 hours. 5

Log In to ADP Self Service Portal To log in to ADP Self Service Portal, perform the following steps. Step 1 Access your Internet browser. Note: Although ADP Self Service Portal can be accessed using any web browser, Mozilla Firefox delivers the best experience. 2 In the web browser, enter the URL provided by your organization. 3 On the USER ID tab, enter your assigned USER ID and PASSWORD. 4 Click LOGIN. If you Forget Your Password To get your password sent to you, perform the following steps. Step 1 Click Forgot your ID/Password? 6

2 Fill out the Forgot your ID/Password section. You will need to enter either your Email address or your mobile phone number. 3 The MyADP portal will send you your login ID or password to either your Email address or your mobile phone via text. 4 Use the security code to reset your password. 5 Log in with the new password. 7

To Change Your Password. To change your password perform the following steps. Step 1 Access the Home menu and select SETTINGS. 2 Select the PASSWORD tile. 3 A Change Password postcard is displayed. In the Enter Old Password field, enter your previous password. 4 In the Enter New Password and Enter Password Again fields, enter your new password. 5 Click SAVE. Note: To be secure, passwords must be a minimum of eight characters long, using a mixture of digits and letters and cannot have four or more repeating characters. 8

Navigation Options Now that you have logged in, you can get around in the MyADP portal. The Portal has different sections that can be accessed by clicking on one of the Tabs. Within Each tab, you will see Tiles that allow you to quickly go to an important part of the section you are in. Tabs Tiles Navigation Option Tabs Tiles & Sections Description Dashboard: This is a quick view of important areas of the MyADP portal. This section is the default/opening view that you will see when you open MyADP. Pay: This section is dedicated to your pay, deductions, tax information and printing pay statements. Benefits: This section allows you to review and change your benefits and beneficiaries. You can also report qualifying changes (like getting married or having a child) that will affect your benefits. Company: This tab gives you access to important documents put out by Addus. (Things like on-boarding materials and HR requirements) Once you have selected your tab, you can explore further by selecting a tile. Each tile will have a clickable button that allows you to continue to where you need to go. The COMPANY tab has two sections for different functions (Directory and ORG 9

Navigation Option Description Chart). These sections allow you to quickly get contact information (office) for other Addus employees. Quick Search The Quick Search box allows users to quickly search for a candidate or requisition. Quick Search is available regardless of which page you access. For your convenience, ADP Self Service Portal remembers the last entry that you entered in the tabs. When you return to that tab, the data will remain until you remove it or change the search criteria entered. To use Quick Search function, simply type the key words of the topic you are searching for into the box with the magnifying glass. (It appears in the upper right hand corner, next to your name.) As you type, the topics you are searching for will auto-populate. You can also use the Quick Search function to find people within Addus by typing their first or last name into the Quick Search box. W-4 CHANGES This topic will cover making changes to your W-4 withholdings. Tax withholding is the amount of income tax your employer withholds from your regular pay for Federal, State, and Local taxes as applicable 10

Note: Before you can enter tax withholding information, your initial tax information must be set up by your company administrator. Also, if you have not been given edit access for updating your tax withholding information by your company, the fields are read-only. Complete Changes to your W-4 To initiate changes to your W-4 withholdings follow these steps. Step 1 Navigate to the Pay tab. 2 Click on the Tax Withholding tile. 3 Select FEDERAL. If the state you live in does not have payroll taxes, you will not see a tab for your state taxes. 11

4 Verify that your address is correct. Make updates if necessary by clicking Click to Update. If your name does not match the name on your Social Security card, select the check box. 5 Designate your marital status. 6 If you are a nonresident alien, select the check box. 12

7 Answer the question about being tax exempt. If you have questions, consult the W-4 form by clicking on the link. (Highlighted with a red box) 8 Enter the number of allowances you want to claim and any additional amount or percent you want withheld from each paycheck. 9 You must complete a new Form W-4 by February 15 each year to continue your exemption. If your state charges a state income tax, make sure you repeat this process for your state. 13

ADDRESS CHANGES Make a Change to Your Address. Whenever you move, it is important to make sure we have access to your correct address. Addus uses this information for employee census and making important decisions. Also, we will from time to time, send information to your home via mail. Making changes to your address and other personal information is quick and easy to do. Step 1 Go to the HOME MENU and select Profile. 2 Go to the Personal Info tile and select VIEW 14

3 Use the EDIT button to make changes where necessary. 4 Enter your new address in the window that pops up. 5 Click Save. 6 The same procedure can be used to update email addresses, phone numbers and other personal information. 15

VIEW AND PRINT PAY STATEMENTS If you need to view or print pay statements, the MyADP portal has a quick and easy solution for your needs. This area of the portal will allow you to see pay statements going back to your start date so you can view or print any old records required by credit agencies or government bodies. Step 1 Navigate to the PAY tab and click the VIEW ALL PAY STATEMENTS button. 2 Select the Year your desired pay statement is from and then click either the View or Download Icon. 16

3 Clicking the VIEW option will load that pay statement into the graph view that appears on the opening page of the PAY section. The date of the pay statement you have selected will be highlighted on the left side of the screen. You can use the carrots to hide or reveal a breakdown of a section (Take Home or Taxes) 4 Clicking the Download Icon will give you a PDF of a particular pay statement. From here, you can print or save the statement to your computer. 17

SET UP AND CHANGE DIRECT DEPOSIT Setting up direct deposit is quick and easy with the MyADP portal. With direct deposit, you will have your paycheck directly deposited into your savings or checking account as soon as it is available. This is a time-saving option that is preferred by most employees. Set Up Direct Deposit Step 1 Navigate to the Pay Tab and find the DIRECT DEPOSIT tile. Click UPDATE DIRECT DEPOSIT 2 Click UPDATE DIRECT DEPOSIT 3 Frome this screen you can enter a new account or make updates to an account you have on file. 18

4 You will need two pieces of information, Your banks routing number and your checking or savings account number. You can find the routing number for your bank on the front of your checks. If you do not have checks, you can search the internet for your banks routing number or call the bank and ask their customer service center. Enter the bank s routing number Re-Enter the routing number 5 Enter your account number Re-enter your account number. 19

6 You must now designate whether you want a specified amount deposited or the entire amount of your check. If you are splitting your pay between two accounts, set up one account and enter a specified amount to be deposited, then set up the second account and deposit the remainder of your pay into it. Any pay not designated to be deposited into an account will be paid by check. 7 Choose the type of account. 20

8 Use the sliders to confirm that you have double-checked your account information and click DONE. Make a Change to Your Direct Deposit Account Step 1 Navigate to the Pay Tab and find the DIRECT DEPOSIT tile. Click UPDATE DIRECT DEPOSIT 2 Click UPDATE DIRECT DEPOSIT 3 Select the EDIT button on an account that you have previously entered. 21

4 Make the changes necessary in the boxes provided. 5 Click DONE. VIEW BENEFITS Benefits Benefits refer to any service provided to the employee by the company. Things like health insurance and short term disability are considered benefits. Viewing your benefits is easy to do with the MyADP portal. To view your current benefits, follow the following steps. Step 1 Navigate to the BENEFITS tab. 2 Click on the VIEW BENEFITS BUTTON in the CURRENT BEFITS TAB 3 Review Benefit and beneficiary information. 22

4 To get a download of your benefits, click DOWNLOAD THIS STATEMENT 5 Changes to benefits must be made during open enrollment periods. SUBMITTING A LIFE EVENT Life Events A life event is any important event that effects your beneficiaries or dependents. An example of a life event is getting married or having a baby. These events must be documented so your coverage is complete and accurate. The MyADP portal allows you to add/remove a dependent or report any event that allows you to make changes outside of the yearly enrollment period. To report a qualifying life event change, follow these steps. 23

1 Navigate to the Benefits tab and locate the REPORT A QUALIFYING CHANGE tile. 2 Click DECLARE AN EVENT 3 Choose from the list of qualifying changes. We will use BIRTH OF A CHILD as an example. 24

4 Chose the date of your event. 5 Fill out the information that is asked by the system. In this example, we need things like name, address and date of birth. Other events may ask for other information. Fill out the forms completely and hit the SAVE button. VIEW JOB OPENINGS If you are interested in seeing what employment opportunities Addus is offering, you can search the open positions in your area with the MyADP portal. The steps for looking at these jobs are included below. Step 1 Navigate to the DASHBOARD tab. The dashboard is the default start area of your MyADP portal. 25

2 Click on the TALENT tab. 3 You will be directed to the company s recruiting website. Use the FILTERS on the left side to narrow your job search. You could also, type key words into the SEARCH BOX to find the position you are looking for. 4 The recruiting website is separate from the MyADP portal so make sure you end your MyADP session and log off when you are done with your job search. 26

SET UP AND UPDATE EMERGENCY CONTACTS It is important that you designate an emergency contact and keep that information current. This information will be used if something happens to you while you are at work. Make sure the person you designate would be able to provide important information about you in case of emergency. (Allergies, blood type, next of kin, etc.) Step 1 Navigate to the HOME menu and select PROFILE. 2 Locate the EMERGENCY CONTACT tile and click on ADD 3 Click on ADD ANOTHER CONTACT. 27

4 Enter the contact s first and last name. Then select their relationship to you from the drop down menu. Click NEXT 5 Enter the contact s address. 28

6 Enter the contact s phone number and an alternate phone number if you know one. 7 Choose whether or not to make this new contact your primary emergency contact. 8 Click on SAVE. 29
