Submit Training page 16-17 These instructions apply to both Android tablets and smartphones. However, please note, the screen shots used in these instructions were taken from an Android tablet and may appear slightly different on your smartphone. 2
1. Download App Go to Google Play Store and search Safety Training App. Look for our green icon Select it and download the app. Open the app by selecting the icon from your home screen on the device. 3
2. Create Account The first thing you need to do when you open the app is to select Create Account. Complete the required fields and select the green Create Account button at the bottom of the screen. 4

Upon selecting the Verification Link, you ll receive an email with your login credentials. Congratulations, your Training Account has been created! 5
3. Log into App janedoe1963@cox.net From the Account Login page in the app, enter your username and password. You ll be immediately notified that a passcode is required to access the app. Click OK and a passcode will be emailed to you. 6
3. Log into App (continued) Check your email account for your Training Account Access Code. Note, the code is only needed for the first time you login to the app on your device. Enter your Training Account Access Code and select the green Login button to finish the login process. 7
4. Create Attendees One of the first things you ll need to do is to create or add Attendees to the app, Begin by selecting the Hamburger button in top left corner of app and then select Manage Users from the menu options. Next, select Add New User button near the bottom of the page. 8
4. Create Attendees (continued) Enter First and Last Name for each Attendee (employee) and select Safe User. When finished adding Attendees, select the Hamburger button and then select Toolbox Talks to create a Training Event. 9
5. Create Training Event Create a Training Event by selecting the green New Meeting button. Select one of the four (4) Sources to view training topics. Note: More Sources will be added in the future. 10
5. Create Training Event (continued) Choose from the available list of Categories to view our Toolbox Training Talks. Then, click on a Toolbox Talk topic of your choice. 11
5. Create Training Event (continued) Select View PDF File to preview the Toolbox Talk. After reviewing the topic, select the Back key on your device and then select the Create Meeting button (or hit the back key again and select a different topic). 12
5. Create Training Event (continued) Enter Location (required) and other option fields and the select Confirm Meeting. To view the Toolbox Talk in Full Screen view, tap on the grey bar in lower left corner of screen and then select the green View PDF File button. 13
6. Document Training Choose Attendees by selecting the People icon in the menu bar. Tap on the box next to the name of each Attendee and select Save Attendance when finished. 14
6. Document Training (continued) There are two (2) options to verify attendance. One option is to take a photo of the attendees and upload it to your training report. The other option is to require all attendees to sign the attendance roster. Have each attendee click on their name to enter their signature. 15
7. Submit Training Use the Edit button to make any changes (as needed) before submitting your report. Use the Submit icon to email your training report. 16
7. Submit Training (continued) Check your email for your Training Report. Your Training Report is provided as a PDF file and includes relevant training information for your records. 17
