Return Offline Processing 1. Open Login page by typing the URL to Internet explorer Browser Address bar. The login page will appear like image-1. Image-1 2. Login to the system using user Id (TIN No.) and password in the login panel at the right side of the page, and after login you will see the main page as image-2. Image-2 3. To file return offline click on the e-return button from the bottom panel of logged in page, you will see the Return & Statement page as shown in image-3. Note-After clicking on the e-return button, just before the Return & Statement page appears, one message will pop as Do not press back or refresh button, because on refreshing or pressing back button the page will not work properly. So wait till the Return & Statement page will appear. 3

Image-3 4. Click on the Download Excel File link in the menu bar and it will show the Download Excel Sheet page as image-4 to find the excel sheet of different forms of different acts. Image-4 5. The Download Excel Sheet page shows the download links for corresponding Act and Form. Click on the download link of corresponding form. 6. After downloading the form, open the form and give the required details in the Form sheet and the Annexure sheet. 7. After filling the form at the bottom of the Form Sheet you can see three buttons are available as image-5. i) Click to Validate ii) Print iii) Click to generate XML 4

Image-5 8. Here first you have to click on the Click to Validate button. If there is any error in the Form or Annexure Sheet then all the error will view in the Error Sheet. If there is no error then a message will appear as Validation Completed Successfully. 9. After the validation successful message appears, press the Click to generate XML button, it will generate a XML file on your form location and will show a message as XML file generated successfully. Note-If you press Click to generate XML button without validation then a message will appear as The Sheet was not validated, Please validate it as shown in image-6. Image-6 10. To file Return, click on the File Return (off-line) link from the menu bar, then you the Return & Statement page appears as in image-7. 5

Image-7 11. Through the Return & Statement page you can see or file return statement by selecting the financial year from the Assessment Year drop down box and selecting the Act type from the Act Type drop down box. After selecting the Act Type and Assessment Year click on the Search button, which will show the corresponding return statements if already filed. If not filed then the page will look like image-8. Image-8 12. To file return quarterly click on the Upload XML link of corresponding Quarter. To file return annually click on the Upload XML link of the Annual Statement Return Period. On clicking the link, the Upload your XML file page would appear as shown in image-9. Image-9 6

13. Click on the Browse button and select the generated XML file as discussed in step-9. Then click on the Upload XML button. A message as File uploaded successfully appears. 14. Click on Back button to go to the previous page as in Image -8. 15. To revise or modify the return already filed, click on the link under the Revise column of corresponding return period. 16. To finalize the return already filed Click on the link under the Finalize column of corresponding return period. Note-Once you finalized the filed return you cannot revise again. 7

To register for the first time Click on New User and Select Apply for New Tin from the drop down list as shown in image-2. Image-2 3. Fill all the mandatory fields in Registration form and click Submit button as in Image -3. Note: In ACT Type select Luxury Tax Please give a valid e-mail id since password is sent to e-mail id provided. 8

Image-3 4. After clicking on Submit button, a password generate message page will appear as in image-4 Image-4 5. On clicking the Generate button a pop-up window will appear with the User Id and Password as in image-5. Image-5 6. Click on the Click here to Login link to go the login page. By using the generated User Id and Password sign in the application. After sign in the main page will appear as in image-6. Image-6 7. To apply for Registration Certificate, Click on the e-registration link and the next page will appear with two panels as 1] My Profile and 2] Application Status as shown in image-7. 9

Image-7 8. Click on the Apply Now button in the right panel (Application Status Panel), which will open the application form to apply for Registration Certificate of Luxury Tax. Image-8 9. Fill all the Mandatory fields in the Partner and Location Details tab and click on the Go to Next Step button to proceed in the application process and the Enclosure Details page appears as in image-9. Image-9 Note: If the Dealer s organization is not under any Company s act then select the Not under Company Act Check Box and it will show a form to Add the Partner list as shown in image-10. Fill the Mandatory fields and click on the Add to List button. 10

If the Dealer has business in additional location, then click on the Additional Location of Business check box, which will show a panel to add the location list as shown in image-10. Image-10 10. Select the Document type to enclose and select the file by clicking on the Browse button. Then on clicking the Upload Document button, the uploaded document details will be shown in the table as in image-11. Image-11 11. Click on the Go to Next Step button as in Image -11 to provide the accommodation details as in image-12. Provide the mandatory field details and click on the Add to List button. After adding the accommodation details, the table would be populated as shown in Image -12. 11

Image-12 12. Click on the Go to Next Step button as in Image -12 to finalize the application process as in Image -13. In the Finalize page all the given details in previous tabs would be visible. Image-13 13. You can modify your application by clicking on the Review Application button. You can finalize your application by clicking on the Save and confirm button. After saving the form, the next page will appear as in image-14. 12

Image-14 14. If there is any notice sent by the authority then the page will appear as shown in image-15. Image-15 15. You can comply with the notice received by clicking on the Update Application button as shown in image-15. On clicking the button the next page will appear as shown in image-16. Image-16 16. Click on the Comply Now button to comply with the notice so that the original application form re-opens and you can edit the application as per the notice. 13

17. Authority will check complied Application and then Approve this registration. 18. After Approval Dealer will got to e-dealer and can check their download/print their Registration Certificate and Tax Liability Order. See Image-17. Image-17 14

Cancellation 1. Login to the system using user Id (TIN No.) and password in the login panel and after login you will see the main page as shown in image-1. Image-1 2. For cancellation of Registration Certificate click on the e-cancellation button and the cancellation page will appear as shown in image-2. Image-2 3. Click on the Cancellation link to apply for RC cancellation. On clicking the next page will appear as shown in image-3. The page displays the list of applications submitted by the dealer for RC cancellation. If no application was previously submitted then a message appears as No Record Found. 15

Image-3 4. Click on the New Application button to apply for RC cancellation. On clicking the button the Application Status page will appear as shown in image-4. Image-4 5. Click on the Apply Now button to start the application process. On clicking the button the Application For Cancellation of Registration Certificate page will appear as shown in image-5 Image-5 16

6. Enter the mandatory fields and click on the Next button to proceed the application process. On clicking the button the Enclosure Details page will appear as shown in image-6. Note-On selecting the Reason of Cancellation drop down box the current page will act accordingly with the necessary fields. Image-6 7. Select the Document type to enclose and select the file by clicking on the Browse button. Then on clicking the Upload button, the uploaded document details will be shown in the table as in image-7. Image-7 8. Click the Next button to go to the next page in order to finalize the application. On clicking the button the next page will appear as shown in image-8. 17

Image-8 9. As shown in image-8 you can edit your application on clicking the Review Application button or finalize your application by clicking on the Submit Application button. 10. If there is any notice against the application the page will view as shown in image- 9. Image-9 11. To view the notice click on the link under Notice column. On clicking the link the next page will appear showing the notice details as shown in image-10. Image-10 12. To comply with the notice click on the Update Application button. On clicking the button the next page will appear as shown in image-11. Image-11 13. Click on the Comply Now button as shown in Image-11 which will re-open the application form so that the application can be edited as per the notice received. 18

Amendment 1. Login to the system using user Id (TIN No.) and password in the login panel and after login you will see the main page as shown in image-1. Image-1 2. For amendment of Registration Certificate click on the e-cancellation button and the amendment page will appear as shown in image-2. Image-2 3. Click on the amendment link to apply for RC amendment. On clicking the next page will appear as shown in image-3. The page displays the list of applications submitted by the dealer for RC amendment. If no application was previously submitted then a message appears as No Record Found. 19

Image-3 4. Click on the New Application button to apply for RC cancellation. On clicking the button the Amendment List for LT page will appear as shown in image-4. Image-4 5. Select the checkbox of corresponding particular to be amendment and click on the Apply Now button. On clicking the button one confirmation message box will appear with showing the message as Do you want to modify your application as shown in image-5. Image-5 6. Here you can select Ok button to proceed the amendment application. On clicking the Ok button the Particulars to be amended page will appear as shown in image-6. 20

Image-6 7. From this page you can select the Apply button of corresponding detail to amend. On click the Apply button of the particular Business Details then the Amendment for Business Details page will appear as shown in image-7. Image-7 8. Fill the mandatory fields and click on the Apply for Amendment button to amend the particular detail. Note-As shown in image-6 you can amend the other particulars as described in step-7. After applying for amendment the required particulars click on the Finalize button. On clicking the button the application will finalize and the next page will appear as shown in image-8 Image-8 9. If want to view the history of the Amendment applications click on the RC History tab. On clicking the tab the page will appear as shown in image-9. 21

Image-9 10. If there is any notice against the application the page will view as shown in image- 10. Image-10 11. To view the notice click on the link under Notice column. On clicking the link the next page will appear, showing the notice details as shown in image-10. Image-11 12. To comply with the notice click on the Update Application button. On clicking the button the next page will appear as shown in image-12. Image-12 13. Click on the Apply button of corresponding details to comply with the notice as shown in Image-12 which will re-open the application form so that the application can be edited as per the notice received. 14. Finally Click on the Finalize button to complete complies with the notice. 22
