Getting Started / Site Login Welcome to the SSOE efulfillment Center. This online site will allow you to place orders for customized business cards, pre-printed materials, and brochures. To get started, login to the SSOE Intranet and select Tools > More Tools > Online Ordering > Print Fulfillment You will automatically be logged into your account on the SSOE efulfillment Center. Print Fulfillment Click this link on the SSOE Intranet to login to your account on the SSOE efulfillment Center. 1
Getting Help The efulfillment Center offers several ways to get assistance right from the site. (Note: Help functions will open up in a new window so your order remains active in the background.) 1. User Guide The latest version of this User Guide is available anytime by clicking here. 2. Metzgers Contacts You can email or contact customer service or technical support at Metzgers Printing. 3. efulfillment Center Functionality Help Specific help is available on any page in the efulfillment Center. Click the Help icon for assistance in using a specific function of the website. 2
Ordering Business Cards To start customizing Business Cards, make sure you are at the product listing. You can get here at any time by clicking Home. 1. Select Category Start by selecting the Business Card tab to view available templates. 2. Select Template Click on the type of business card that you want to start customizing. (Most likely, you will want to select Business Cards.) 3
Customizing Business Cards First, start customizing your business card by entering your name, certifications (if any), title, office location, and phone numbers. Personalize Information Enter your information to customize your business card. On Screen Preview You can view an on-screen preview of your customized business card at any time by clicking the Update button. Licensure Legalities Pay special attention to the licensure legalities of a job title. Tips: If you don t see an option appropriate for you, select User Defined. 4
Customizing Business Cards Once you have entered your name and title information select your office location. The address and phones will populate with the office location defaults. You may add an extension and/or edit the fields after they populate if you have alternate numbers. Select Office Location This will prepopulate. Phone Phone 1 and 2 will populate with office default. You may edit these fields after they populate if you have alternative numbers. Email First initial and last name is SSOE standard 5
Customizing Business Cards Once you have entered your name and title information select your office location. The address and phones will populate with the office location defaults. Add your LinkedIn Account, please customize the URL There is a link with instructions from the website Office Location Select the office location for approval 6
Proofing & Finalizing Customization Finally, click the PDF Preview button to view a PDF of your business card. Once you have proofed your business card, check the box that says that you approve it. Proof Approval Once you have looked over your proof, check this box. PDF Preview Click the button to open a new window with a preview of your final business card. Site Tip: To properly see your PDF Proof, you may have to disable the pop-up blocker in your Internet browser. From Internet Explorer: Select Internet Options under Tools. Select the the Privacy tab. 7
Add to Shopping Cart, Item Description Now, you can add your business cards to your shopping cart. Next Step Sends you to shopping cart A confirmation screen will come up, which will allow you to change the item description. (Note: This description is referenced in your shopping cart and order history screens.) Item Description Your name will automatically be filled in. You can change the description to whatever you want. Confirm Add to Cart Adds the item to your shopping cart. 8
Shopping Cart The SSOE efulfillment Center Shopping Cart has additional functionality that helps you manage your orders and finalize your order. For instance, if you aren t ready to place an order for an item, you can put it on hold until you are ready, and order the other items in your cart. Proceed to Checkout Takes you to the checkout screen to finalize your order. Continue Shopping Click here to return to the product selection page to order additional items. Item Options: Edit: Edits your item (such as quantity, personalization, etc.) PDF Preview: View a PDF of your item Delete: Removes the item from your cart Hold: Moves the item to the hold bin. Duplicate: Copies order. 9
Ordering Brochures, Preprint, Stationery The process of ordering pre-printed materials and brochures are similar to ordering business cards. In fact, you can order business cards and preprinted materials together on the same order. Select Menu Select menu item for what you wish to order Brochures includes all digital and printed brochures Note: Many pre-printed items may already be stocked in your office. You may want to check with a PMA or Central Services within your office location. 10

Envelops, Labels Preprinted Materials Graph Pads, Notecards, Spec Covers & Backs, Measurement Pocket Cards 11 Presentation Items Proposal Covers, Backs, Tabs Stationery Generic Logo Letterhead, Generic Notecards, Generic Env, Blank Paper Stock
Ordering Brochures, Preprint, Stationery Once you select an item, you can view details about the product. You will also select the quantity and add the item to your cart. Brochures Only: You can download and save a low-resolution PDF of the brochure for electronic use. In addition, you will need to select a charge number to apply the shipping charges to before you can order. Charge Number (Brochures Only) Select the charge number for shipping. Add to Shopping Cart Adds the item to your shopping cart. 12
Checkout Shipping Details Once you click the Proceed to Checkout button, you will see the shipping screen. Fill in all requested information and select the delivery method. Office Location Select the office location that you want your order delivered to. You can select User Defined to enter a different address. Special Instructions Special circumstances, rush deadline or any other special notes approver or printer needs to know. Delivery Method Select the method of delivery. (Use Next Day for Rush Orders) Continue Checkout Click here to continue to a confirmation screen. 13
Checkout Confirmation / Approval Process Before finalizing your order, you have the opportunity to confirm the items in your cart. Once you are sure that your order appears as you want it, click the Place Order button to send your order. Place Order Click this button to finalize your order. Approval Process Your order will now enter the final approval process. Emails will be sent to corporate for approval of the items in your order. If there are questions you will be contacted to make any updates. Business Cards: Approval: Email sent to Central Services Kristen Long. Pre-Printed Materials: Approval from Toledo Central Services. Brochures: Approval from Katherine Jenkins. When your order is approved, you will receive email notification confirming that your order has been sent to Metzgers Printing for production. If your order is declined, you will receive an email detailing this. You can log back in and edit your denied order by selecting reorder from the order summary. 14
Order History In your order history, you can see the status of orders and view details about the order. Pending Review: Your order is still awaiting corporate approval. In Process: Your order has been approved and is in production. Declined: Your order has been declined by the approval process. Complete: Your order has been shipped. Order Details Reorder: Clicking on this will add this item into your shopping cart, where you can edit it (if necessary) and checkout. 15
