RIMS 2018 Exhibitor Registration Exhibitor Badge Non-Compliance Policy Non-Compliance with RIMS Badge Policies, as stated in this policy and RIMS Exhibitor Service Manual, will result in the exhibiting company being fined $1,000 for each occurrence, and the loss of one seniority point. Non-payment of the fine(s) will result in the forfeiture of exhibit space for the upcoming year. Badge Allotment Each exhibiting company is entitled to three booth personnel badges and one (ECOMP) Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Registration for every 10 x 10 booth space. Booth Personnel Badges and ECOMP allotment are according to the total size of the booth. Exhibitor Registration Fees and Deadlines
RIMS 2018 Exhibitor Registration RIMS 2018 Exhibitor Service Center / Exhibitor Registration Procedure Badge Entitlements ECOMP (Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Registration)s Entitlements: ECOMP badge must be assigned to exhibiting company staff and may not be assigned to a client. ECOMPs are considered full conference registrants and are eligible to attend sessions, food functions, keynotes, networking events and access the exhibit hall. Tickets are not needed to attend any of these event. Badges are required for admittance to all events. Booth Personnel Entitlements: Booth Personnel badges can access the exhibit hall for staff, attend the Opening Reception, Luncheon, and Networking Events in the exhibit hall and the Conference Finale (badge is required). Booth Personnel badges and are not eligible to attend Educational Sessions, the General Session and Opening Keynote and Award Luncheon.
RIMS 2018 Exhibitor Registration RIMS 2018 Exhibitor Service Center / Exhibitor Registration Procedure To gain access to your company s dedicated and secure registration page, follow the simple instruction below. 1. Visit www.rims.org/exreg for important information and link the online system 2. Click on the Exhibitor Service Center button to login to access the exhibitor registration console 3. Login using your company s login: [Booth Number] / Password: [Exhibitor Company Password] * If you don t know your company credential, please send an email to ExhibitorServices@RIMS.org 4. Once you login to the exhibitor service center, go to Booth Staff Registration/Roster for your booth personnel badge and ECOMP Registration for your Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference badge on the left navigation menu. 5. Follow the steps to register your staff IMPORTANT: You MUST assign your badge allotment to your staff in order to retrieve booth staff badges.
1. Visit www.rims.org/exreg for important information and link to the online system 2. Click on the Exhibitor Service Center button to login to access the exhibitor registration console

4. Once you login to exhibitor service center, go to Booth Staff Registration/Roster for your booth personnel badge -> Click START to register your booth staff Click once you login to exhibitor service center Click START to register your booth staff Available booth staff badge allotments
4-1. If you see a staff roster name below, you can click the icon to register the individual. It is just a list from previous year s conference. They might not need to be registered for RIMS 2018. If you don t see the name and want to register a new registrant, click on the new individual button below.
4-2. Please fill the blue required fields. *New this year: The system no longer allows you to have duplicate email addresses. Please add an unique email address for each badge. The RIMS mobile app download requires a unique email address login to download the RIMS 2018 mobile app. Company name is locked for editing. All booth staff badges must have the exhibiting company s name
4-3. Check the first box if you have any available allotment. If not, please check the second box if you only need additional booth badges.
4-4. Please review the registrant information below and click on the Continue button. If you would like to add another booth staff, please click the icon and it will direct you to the step 4-1. Follow the steps again.
4-5. Once you review the registrant information, select your payment option (if there is any balance due). If no balance is due, please check the 2 boxes and click CLICK HERE to open the exhibitor registration policies and procedures screen. The individual won t receive the confirmation email. This individual will receive only Know Before You Go email prior to the conference. As the main contact, you can put your email or any other individual who needs to track the registrants.
4-6. Once you click CLICK HERE (from 4-5), the below screen will appear. Please review the polices and procedures and click I Accept, After that, go back to the screen 4-5.
4-7. Once you accept Exhibitor Registration Policies & Procedures, click Complete Submission to complete your registration. The individual won t receive the confirmation email. This individual will receive only Know Before You Go email prior to the conference. As the main contact, you can put your email or any other individual who need to track the registrants.
ECOMP (Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Badge) Registration Steps 5. Exhibitor Service Center: Login using your company s login: [Booth Number] / Password: [Exhibitor Company Password] * If you don t know your company credentials, please an send email to ExhibitorServices@RIMS.org
5-1. Go to ECOMP Registration on the left menu (below Booth Staff Registration/Roster) -> Click the START button. * No additional ECOMPs are sold. If you reached your maximum allotment (below available), you must register additional personnel as an attendee at www.rims.org/register.
5-2. Enter registrant s email address and then click the Search button.
5-3. If your record is found in the RIMS database, your profile will be pre-filled in the Attendee information page of the registration form as seen below. Your name and company names are locked from the RIMS database. If you need to add a subsidiary company name to the main exhibitor company, please download the subsidiary listing form and submit the completed form and payment to ExhibitorServices@RIMS.org. You can t change your company name on your end. If you need to change the company name to one of your subsidiary company names, please finish the registration steps first and send an email to ExhibitorServices@RIMS.org
5-4. If your record isn t found, your information is not in the RIMS database. Please click New Registration to create your profile. If you are interested in receiving RIMS 2018 sponsor product or service mailings, please DO NOT check the box.
5-5. Continue the process on the form. On the conference registration fees page, select Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Registration (ECOMP) as your registration selection. Then click on Continue to go to the next step.
5-7. You have the option to add additional items like pre-and post-conference workshops, continuing education credits or donate to the Spencer Educational Foundation on the Additional Options page or click on the Continue to go to the next step.
5-8. The option to select events and educational sessions is on the Session Selection page. Session selection can also be accessed in the Attendee Service Center (www.rims.org/asc) once you complete your registration.
5-9. Please review the registrant information below and click Continue. If you like to add another ECOMP (if your allotment is still available), please click the icon and it will direct you to the step 5-2 (Search page) and follow the steps again.
5-10. An email confirmation will be automatically be sent to registrants. You will have the option to add an additional email on the payment page if you want to track your record. After that, please check the 2 boxes and click CLICK HERE to open the exhibitor registration policies and procedures screen. As the main contact, you can put your email or any other individual who needs to track registrants.
5-11. Once click CLICK HERE (from 5-10), the below screen will appear. Please review the polices and procedures and click I Accept, return to screen 5-10.
5-12. Once you accept Exhibitor Registration Policies & Procedures, click Complete Submission.
BULK Registration: Register multiple registrants by uploading your booth staff list in an excel file. You can assign your complimentary booth staff allotment and purchase additional badges through this process (NOT for ECOMP). 1. Click Bulk Import to start the bulk registration
2. Please read the instructions and follow the steps. -> Click Get Template to download the bulk registration template.
3. Open the template and fill all column information. *Please DO NOT modify or move the column headers. Otherwise, the import will not function * Click the list of country codes Fee Code: EX- if the registrant is within your booth personnel allotment EP - if the registrant will be an additional booth personnel (over your booth allotment) For example, if your company booth personnel allotment is 15, you put 15 EXs and additional booth badge fee codes (from 16 th ) will be EP 1.. Find your Country Code
4. Once the file is formatted, save it as a.xls file (Excel 97-2003 Workbook). *xlsx files are not compatible.
5. Click Select XLS File and upload your file. Record creation can take a few minutes. The more registrants, the longer the process will take to complete. *If there are any duplicated registrants registered, the system will identify them and you will need to modify your file and re-upload the new one in order to proceed. Once the file is uploaded it, the blue bar will be disappeared. After that, click Continue to review your list.
6. Please review the registrant information below and click Continue to process your payment.
7. Once you review the registrant information and select your payment option (if there is any balance due). If no balance is due, please check the 2 boxes and click CLICK HERE to open the exhibitor registration policies and procedures screen.
8. Once you click CLICK HERE (from 7), the below screen will appear. Please review the polices and procedures and click I Accept. After that, go back to screen 7.
10. Once you accept Exhibitor Registration Policies & Procedures, click Complete Submission to complete registration.
RIMS 2018 Exhibitor Registration Adding Subsidiary Company Listing Subsidiary Order Form Name badge for ECOMPs and booth personnel must display the exhibiting company s name. An exhibiting company s subsidiary s name may be displayed conditional to the advance completion of the Subsidiary Listing form and submission of a US $1,500 per company fee. Submit the completed form to ExhibitorServices@RIMS.org. In the registration form, the company is locked. In order to change to one of your subsidiary companies, please complete the registration as the main exhibiting company name and send the list to ExhibitorServices@RIMS.org.
RIMS 2018 Exhibitor Registration Changes and Substitutions / Cancellation and Refunds Booth personnel badges may be modified online at any time, including onsite throughout the conference. The substitutions process online are at no charge through April 13, 2018. Substitution requests via phone, fax, or email will incur a US $25 fee per badge. Beginning April 14, 2018, a US $65 substitution fee applies. ECOMPs can be added and substituted without a fee through April 13, 2018, by logging in at the Exhibitor Service Center. Any ECOMP transaction and substitution request through fax, phone and email will incur a fee (US $25) per badge. Please refer to the registration rates listed at www.rims.org/exreg. Beginning April 14, 2018, all onsite fees applies and will be charged a US $150 to add or substitute ECOMP. Cancellations/Refunds: There are no refunds for cancellations, unused badges or on-site purchases. All administrative fees and additional registration items (such as the continuing education credit fee and the guest ticket fee[s]) are non-refundable.
1. Login to exhibitor service center, go to Booth Staff Registration/Roster
2. Scroll the screen to review Registration Roster -> Click 2 arrows icon to change or substitute the selected registrant. Step 2-2. Once you click the 2 arrows icon, the top screen box will appear to confirm your substitution. Click OK. Step 2-1. Booth Staff Substitution ECOMP has no substitution button. It must be cancelled and register as new.
3. Proceed to the registration process. It is the same as booth staff registration steps until you complete the registration is completed.
