How To Set Up Your ISPOR Exhibit/Sponsor Virtual Booth Enter your Comp Registrations for exhibitors / sponsors

1 NEW in ISPOR has created Virtual Booths for exhibitors and sponsors. These Virtual Booths are located in the Exhibitor Directory and Sponsoring Organizations web pages for each event home page, see below. This new enhanced Virtual Booth will give attendees the opportunity to obtain your contact information, visit your company website, send you messages, find out more about your company, and preview your services, products and more all in one place, and just a click away! Plus this information will be rolled over to your mobile app listing. 2 Exhibitor / Sponsor Virtual Booth on ISPOR Website. This virtual booth will be LIVE as soon as exhibit space or sponsorship is booked and eternally available for attendees to refer back to under past events. The website virtual booth will also automatically populate your mobile app virtual booth. The website virtual booth will allow companies to display more than just a 1 page advertisement as offered in the past, you can now include: o a PDF file (file size up to 50 MB) this was your old 1 page ad, now can be any PDF o Company contact information, name, address o Company website address (being programed in profile, for now can use 1 of the 3 web links) o Company logo a PDF file (file size up to 50 MB) o Company Bio (250 characters) this will be constant in all events o Event Bio (250 characters) this is specific to each individual event o Social media links for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn o 3 web links to any outside web page, could be to a YouTube page, a Survey, or a special web page created specifically for highlighting your services Based on feedback from attendees, and as ISPOR goes green toward more digital meeting collateral, the advertisements will no longer be included in the printed Program & Schedule of Events. The PDF that is uploaded to the virtual booth replaces that ad and can be more than just a flyer with your booth number. 4 HOW TO UPDATE YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTH Exhibitors and Sponsors will each have a Virtual Booth on the event website. To upload information to your virtual booth access your account through the Exhibit Account Management Page. Account Login, you will need your and password. Please note that this page offers you a Forgot my password option. Page 4 of 9

5 To access an existing purchase, click on either My Account History or Edit Account Information Page 5 of 9

6 Under the Edit Account Information, My Account are the following general options that will be displayed for all booths for all events. o Main Contact Information o o Company Bio (up to 250 characters with spacing) this will show up as the 1 st bio listed under the booth information. Example form ISPOR Student Booth: ISPOR is developing and building the future workforce for the multiple disciplines of pharmacoeconomics (health economics) and outcomes research through its ISPOR Student Chapters and access to the ISPOR ejobs Employment Center. Social Media web links for LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. When a link is added the social media icon will appear in your booth Page 6 of 9

7 Under Event Space Booked is where you upload the following information for each individual event. o Upload Advertisement: PDF file up to 50 MB o Upload Logo: PDF file up to 50 MB o An event specific bio (up to 250 characters with spacing) this will show up as the 2 nd bio listed under the booth information. Join us in DC at the Student Research Competition, Student and Faculty Icebreaker Reception, Student Research Showcase, Student Forum, and Student Mock Interviews all highly attended events! o Upload up to 3 Web Links: any website of your choice, your company website, to a YouTube page, a survey, or a web page about your services. If you create an event specific web page this will allow you to track visitors and request information. When a web link is added the following icons will appear. Page 7 of 9

8 Complimentary Registration with exhibit space and sponsorships. 1 comp registration is included with each exhibit space purchased. ie. If you purchased 4 booths you would receive 4 comp registrations, 1 table top would be 1 comp registration. comp registration sponsorships vary by levels This is a two step process which requires the individual to complete the process. Step One: The admin enters the name and address for the comp registration in the account management page under each event, see sample below. Page 8 of 9

Step Two: When the account admin enters the names/ s under the comp registration section, that does not actually register that individual, it generates an sent to individual to COMPLETE the registration which has a comp code, see sample below. This was set up so the individual could verify their contact information as well as add a short course or social event ticket with payment. If you had entered their name then please ask the individual to search their for subject Complimentary Exhibitor Registration: Action Required to Complete ISPOR Registration where they will find the link in the to complete the comp registration. The would be sent from the account admin s address, again see in sample below. If that individual has already registered the comp code will override the fee. Please note the comp code is unique to the individual s and cannot be used for other names. This code will be added automatically to the registration form during the online registration process, if the link shown below is used. The complimentary registration credit will be applied on the payment page. Please note that if you opt to add registration for short courses or the social event there will be a balance due, and you will be prompted to enter payment information.
