Welcome to the new USOMC registration site. If this is your first time register with USOMC, this site (being hosted by a commercial marketing provider) should make registration at ease. It operates like any other shopping site that most people are familiar with today. The following key points to note: 1. All new participants will have to register if you have never registered before with USOMC at this website www.usomcregistration.com. If you were here last year with us, you do not need to register again. All you need is your login email address and the password. 2. If you are parent or teacher that register for your child/student (refer to as contestant), please note when you create the account: The name on the account must be the contestant name even though the email address that you use for creating the account is yours If you register for more than one contestant, each contestant must have his/her own account. You will need to use a different email address to create the account for the second contestant, and another different email address to create the account for the third contestant, etc.; however, you can set up a one primary email address for each of the contestant account for all communication from USOMC to go to this primary email. This can be enter in the option: Email you want to receive USOMC Correspondences 3. For returning contestants, at Login page, enter your username (the email address that you used during account creation from last year), and enter your password. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot your password? Link right below the Password box. An email will be sent to your email address for resetting the password. Make sure that the name on the account is the contestant name. 4. For ALL contestants: Two pieces of account information are important to both you and the USOMC: (1) your contact phone number and (2) your current, updated email address which will be used by the USOMC to reach you if there are questions about your entry and to let you know of any changes. If we cannot reach you at all after calling and emailing you, your participation in the competition may be dropped with only partial registration fee be refunded. 5. Each contestant must include ONE application fee besides the entry fee of each event. Note: there are two types of application fees: one for U.S. contestants and one for International contestants. Choose the appropriate application fee to complete the payment during registration. 6. For multi-players events such as Duo, Duet, ensemble etc., only one contestant will need to register and pay for the event fee. The rest of the contestants will be added to the events by USOMC. However, valid email address of all contestants used at account creation must be entered when register for the competition event(s). It s important that each contestant in the group must register to pay the application fee even though he/she doesn t need to register for the event, otherwise your registration will be delayed.
