AUDIENCE DESIGNER The Audience Designer is now generally available to all Oracle Responsys customers that would like to enable it for their account. Audience Designer is a graphical audience segmentation feature that uses filters for defining audiences. The Audience Designer enhances usability and encourages simple, modular logic for defining audiences. INTERACTIVE DASHBOARDS ORG PERFORMANCE DASHBOARD The new Org Performance dashboard lets you analyze campaign performance broken down by the organization unit of recipients that respond to your campaigns. MULTI-CHANNEL DASHBOARD The new Multi-Channel dashboard provides an overview of the performance of the Email, SMS, and Mobile Apps campaigns, and helps you compare performance of the channels against each other. You can also use this dashboard to analyze performance of multi-channel programs. MOBILE APPS DASHBOARD ENHANCEMENTS We made the following updates to the Mobile Apps Dashboard: A new Push Performance dashboard helps analyze the performance of Push notifications by recipients notification actions, such as Launch App, Open Rich Message, and Open URL. The prompts on the Mobile Apps dashboard now include Mobile App, Platform Type, and Sent Date Range. The Campaign prompt now shows only Mobile Apps campaigns. The key performance metrics now show rates, including the Response Rate. The Performance Trend chart now plots Active, a new metric that indicates the number of times the mobile app is running in the foreground or background when the Push notification is sent. The Notification Split by Operating System chart is renamed to Performance by Platform Type and is updated from a pie chart to a bar chart. The Hourly Summary dashboard is renamed to Last 48 Hours and now includes a table with the performance metrics broken down by the hour. OTHER ENHANCEMENTS We adopted the new UI standard for Oracle cloud applications (ALTA) to provide a better user experience and more overall platform stability. 4
Users with the Email Analytics Manager, SMS Analytics Manager, or Mobile Apps Analytics Manager role can now email reports. We added Week and Day of Week to the Sent Date folder for Interactive Dashboards Plus to help you analyze performance at a weekly level. We added more date range values to the Sent Date range. MOBILE MOBILE APP DEVELOPER CONSOLE Users can now use Oracle Responsys directly to co-ordinate all marketing and app development activities. Using the new Mobile App Developer Console, app developers can define and maintain their app and platform configuration directly in Oracle Responsys without using the PushIO Manager Console. App developers can also test app setup, platform configuration, and SDK integration. This feature is available to all new Mobile Push customers and existing customers migrating from Push IO to Oracle Responsys. UNINSTALL PROCESSING Users can now identify Push recipients who uninstalled an app. Using this feature, users can filter devices from which an app was uninstalled, and send them a win-back campaign. NEAR REAL-TIME DEVICE REGISTRATIONS When a user installs an app on a mobile device, the device record becomes available in the Oracle Responsys database in near real time. Users no longer have to schedule a Connect job to store user and device information for apps. PUSH BEHAVIORAL FILTERS Users can now create Simple and Classic Filters based on Recency and Interaction attributes for Push Sent, Push Opened, and Push Converted events. This functionality gives users more cross-channel targeting options for a truly personalized and orchestrated customer experience. 5
ADDITIONAL APP CHANNEL LIST ATTRIBUTES FOR TARGETING Users can now build filters for targeting using additional App Channel List attributes, including: Device screen size, manufacturer, and OS version Deliverability Status App Id/Mobile App Identifier of an installed app Last known device location APP CHANNEL LIST PROFILE EXTENSION TABLE (PET) Users can now run a Connect job to import additional data about devices into an App Channel list PET. For example, users can load device analytics data into a PET and use it for audience segmentation and targeting. PROGRAM EVENT SWITCH SUPPORT ENHANCEMENTS To dramatically speed up orchestration, Program Event switches now support Opens, Clicks, Conversions, and Rapid Retargeter events that pertain to email campaigns. ORGANIZATIONAL ACCESS CONTROL IN DATA SWITCHES Users can now select only filters that belong to a user s organizational units and its sub-organizational units. TIMER ENHANCEMENTS Users can now set recurring weekly schedules for Timers. For Target timers, we added new timing options and updated the UI. CAMPAIGN REPORTING SUPPORT FOR LIVE REPORT, OVERLAY REPORT, AND CAMPAIGN MONITORING In this release, users can view live and overlay reports for the email campaigns to which they have access. 6
CONNECT EXPORT AUDIENCE Users can now export a specific audience to a text file so that it can be imported into third-party systems. NEW EVENTS FOR KEYWORD FORWARDING EVENTS The new MO Forward Sent and MO Forward Failed CED feeds provide data you can use to identify messages that were forwarded to you, along with the success/failure status of those messages. SUPPORT FOR GZIP Files can now be compressed in.gz format for Connect Export jobs. MULTIVARIATE TEST (MVT) CED FEED The new Multivariate Test CED feed provides data that users can use to identify winning versions for a specific test run. ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION LEVEL MANAGEMENT Users can now add and edit Organization Levels using the Organization Management page. COLLABORATION LINKS IN COLLABORATION REGIONS When adding content to a Distributed campaign, users can now specify links in collaboration regions. FILTERS REQUIRED FILTER DESCRIPTIONS To make it easier to understand a filter in the future, Filter Descriptions are now mandatory. 7
CAMPAIGNS TARGETING BY ORGANIZATIONS Targeting by organizations gives users the ability to target specific organizations based on the recipient's organization assignment without changing your filter definitions. This functionality has been added to Filters and Audiences within Campaign Workbook. GENERATE CAMPAIGN CONTENT AND SETTINGS IN WEB FORMAT Users can now create a web report of an email campaign from the Campaign Workbook. The report includes the campaign content and all configuration settings, providing a single view of the campaign. Users can print the web report or save it as PDF. ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION PROVIDE OMNITURE GENESIS INTEGRATION PARAMETERS The Account Administrator can now provide configuration parameters for the Omniture Genesis integration, eliminating the need to rely on Oracle Responsys to enable it. CONVERT TO BRANDED DOMAIN AND MANAGE SSL CERTIFICATES The Account Administrator can now convert to a branded domain from non-branded for single domain that has already been delegated. After the conversion to a branded domain is complete, the Account Administrator can add and manage SSL certificates. MANAGE SSH2 KEYS The Account Administrator can now install and delete SSH2 keys that are required for accessing the SCP user account on the Oracle Responsys file server. CONFIGURE NOTIFICATIONS FOR UNDELIVERED TRANSACTIONAL EMAILS The Account Administrator can now set up and configure notifications for undelivered transactional emails. Configure the AFTM (Oracle Responsys Automatic Failover for Transactional Messages Cloud Service) Secondary Account. After the secondary account is created, the Account Administrator can now create a branded domain and manage SSL certificates for the secondary account, and dedupe the profile list based on a specified field. 8
CONFIGURE RAPID RETARGETER The Account Administrator can now configure the information required to set up Rapid Retargeter. RAPID RETARGETER SEARCH RETARGETING A new Program entry stage enters visitors who have conducted website searches, but have not initiated any additional web events for a certain period of time. ADDITIONAL DATA We added parameters for capturing additional data when the tags are fired. MULTI-WEB SUPPORT Users can now associate the Rapid Retargeter feature to multiple profile lists within an account. CONFIGURATION New options to Manage the profile list(s), browse timeout, and cart timeout have been added to the Account Administration section. --- 9
