BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE Welcome to the new and improved Jefferson Bank Online Banking experience, offering an easier and more powerful way for you to conduct your banking business. This Quick Reference Guide has been created to help you begin using our new Online Banking system. We ve outlined some of the new features and benefits as well as letting you know what stays the same. From there, we ve included instructions for your initial login and tips for navigating through the new platform. If you have additional questions or need additional assistance, please contact us right away. Inside the new Jefferson Bank Business Online Banking A new look and feel simplifies how you bank online. Secure Access Code security method adds login security and eliminates the need for challenge questions. New interface is simple, easy to read and clearly displays the information you need. Home page displays account information front and center. Intuitive navigation makes completing your tasks easier. Just a few clicks to access a wide variety of online banking functions. Responsive design adjusts for optimum experience on your desktop, laptop, and with Mobile Banking, on your smartphone and tablet. What stays the same: Nicknames you have established for your accounts will carry over. Authorized users and their entitlements will be carried over to the new system. Accounts on estatements will be automatically converted to the new Online Banking system. Bill Pay payees and recurring payments will be ready for your use on the new Online Banking system. More features: With the same features and functionality available on any desktop or mobile device, Online Banking now offers the ultimate convenience whether you are on the go, at home or in the office. Deposited Checks are available to view on your Online History. Advanced Alert options keep you in the know on balances, transactions and important dates. Business Bill Pay now allows you to add users and entitlements for bill payments. PAGE 1

First-time login instructions Begin by clicking on the Online Banking Login button in the header on the JeffersonBank.com homepage. When logging in, just use your current User ID and Password. Next, you will be asked to select a delivery method to receive a Secure Access Code. Based on what contact information is currently on file for you within online banking, it can be sent to you via email, voice call or text. If you select a text for the secure access code, the text will come from 868-472. Enter this code when prompted. Please note your Secure Access Code will only be valid for a few minutes. If you receive a message that states your code has become invalid, use the back key and re-request a code be sent to you (via email, voice call or text). Next, you will be asked if you would like to register your computer/device. Only register a device when you are the only user for that device. Do NOT register a device that has multiple users or is a publicly used device. Registering your device allows you to bypass entering a Secure Access Code at future logins. You will be asked to create and confirm your password. You can use the same password you have been using as long it adheres to the following criteria: Password must be at least 10 characters long. Password can be no more than 16 characters long. Password must contain a minimum of 1 number. Password must contain a minimum of 1 lower case character. Password must contain a minimum of 1 upper case character. Password must contain a minimum of 1 special character. You will see a Profile Page that includes information about you and your business. Take a moment and verify that the information on this page is accurate and up to date. Please note that viewing this profile page will not be a part of future logins. If you would like to update information on your profile page, please select Update Account Info located on the Navigation Pane to provide any changes. Finally, you will be prompted to review and accept our Online Banking Agreement before access is granted to the Online Banking system. PAGE 2 This is personal to us.

Welcome to the new Jefferson Bank Business Online Banking Home Page Once your login is complete, the first page you ll see is the home page. ON THE LEFT NAVIGATION PANE You can access a variety of online banking functions in just a few clicks by using the left side navigation. Click on menu options to expand (or collapse) additional selections: Message Center Send and receive secure messages to and from Jefferson Bank about your accounts. Transfer Funds Use to transfer funds between your accounts, to other Jefferson Bank accountholders financial institution in the U.S. This can also be used for loan advances/payments. Bill Payment New features include helpful text alerts, payment reminders, calendars and the ability to track check payments quickly and easily. Online Activity Center View account activity that has been initiated online (i.e. transfer funds, update contact information). Services Place Stop Payments Update Contact Information Link to view Jefferson Bank Credit Card Information Settings Manage Home Page, Account, and Security Preferences as well as Alerts and statement delivery options. Help/Resource View Online Help for Online Banking system. Locations View our Banking Center Locations and Contact Information. IN THE CENTER NAVIGATION PANE View a list of your Jefferson Bank accounts with their current and available balances. Accounts display and provide easy access to transaction history. Assets/Debit Summary Financial Wheel Provides you a graphic presentation of your accounts in a single easy view. Click on the previous and next links or on the corresponding slice of the circle to move from one account to another. Available and current balances display for deposit accounts. ON THE RIGHT NAVIGATION PANE Find Quick Action Functions. Transfer Money Now to transfer funds from one Jefferson Bank account to another Search provides easy and fast transaction review Manage Cards to update card status (activate, suspend and report lost/stolen) PAGE 3

Specific Information for Each Account When you click an account icon on the home page, the details for that account will be displayed. Transaction Search Utilize the search box for a quick search on check number or merchant name. Filter your search for advanced location of transactions by dates, amounts and type of transactions. Account Details Displays details on account history as follows: Available and Current Balances Interest Rate Last Deposit Date Accrued Interest Last Deposit Amount YTD Interest Amount Last Statement Date Previous YTD Amount Quick Links Launch Message Center for secure messaging with Jefferson Bank Print out a paper copy of account detail Export to Excel, CSV, Microsoft OFX, Quicken, QuickBooks Account Activity View specific account transactions, check images and deposited checks. Getting to Know Jefferson Bank Business Online Banking Better SETTINGS Options within this section give you the flexibility to set preferences for a variety of settings. Account Preferences Allows you to assign accounts their own nickname to distinguish them more easily. You can also group and sort accounts as they are displayed on the home page. Security Preferences Within this section you can change your password as well as manage the delivery of your Secure Access Code. Remember, when logging into Business Online Banking from an unregistered device, you will be prompted to enter a Secure Access Code. In this section, you can manage how you can receive this code by adding or editing information for your email, phone number to receive text messages. Please note that editing your information here does NOT change it within our system. Alerts You can set and receive alerts for Dates, Account balances or activity, History, and Transactions based on criteria you select. Only Transaction alerts will be real time. Account, History and Date alerts will be sent once a day. Bill Pay Find easy access to online Bill Pay services on the left hand navigation. If you are currently not enrolled in Bill Pay, you may begin the process by clicking on that link and follow the prompts for registering online. Looks the same except for some minor cosmetic changes. Opens in a new window. Payees and payments will appear in the new system. Scheduled payments will be converted over to the new system. You will not need to reschedule them. PAGE 5

Mobile Banking With the upgrade to the new Online Banking, we re delighted to be able to introduce an updated Jefferson Bank Mobile app, too. Use your mobile phone or tablet to bank when and where it s convenient for you: Features a unified look and feel to the desktop version Check balances and transaction history Transfer funds Pay bills Mobile Deposit lets you deposit checks by taking a picture Mobile apps* are available to download: App Store SM for your ipad or iphone Google Play Store for Android smartphone or tablet To activate Touch ID, you must complete the first time login process. Once you are logged in, you can go to Settings>Security Preferences and activate either Touch ID or Passcode. *If you are currently using the Jefferson Bank Mobile app, you only need to update the app. PAGE 6
