Login 1. Go to the GCA website www.gca.edu.au 2. Click on Agent t( (upper right iht corner). 3. Enter your user name and password.

Home Page This will be your Agent Home Page. You will be able to manage your agent information, student details, request CoEs and much more. To enrol a student please select Enrol Student.
Enrol Student Fill out the information requested. Fields with a red asterisk MUST be filled in. Press the NEXT button when finished. Now your student information is permanently recorded in MyGCA. You can stop your application and resume anytime by accessing Agent Students from your Home Page.
Enrol Student Further information will be requested. td Please input as much information as possible. Some important documents need to be uploaded as requested (education details and English language proficiency). Enrol Student Select a College: Metro English College Central College UIC Sydney Select a course and an intake date. Don t forget to Add/Update.
Enrol Student Select OSHC Cover type. If the student doesn t require OSHC select Pre arranged. Select the minimum duration. Don t forget to Add OSHC details.
Generate Offer Letter Select the preferred course. Select the payment amount. Include comments if needed (e.g. conditional offer letter). Click on the Generate Offer Letter button. The offer letter is generated in a.pdf format for you to save or print.
Generate Offer Letter An alternative way to Generate the Offer Letter or viewing a previous Offer Letter after inputting the student details is: Go to Student Homepage. Click on Student Services Online. Click on Generate Offer Letter. Display offer or Generate Offer Letter as needed.
Request CoE To obtain a CoE you will need to do 2 things: 1. Scan Signed Offer Letter (every page as indicated). 2. Complete payment by Credit card online or by supplying a payment receipt (jpg, (.jpg,.pdf). These will need to be uploaded in the following steps.
Request CoE Once you have both the Signed Offer Letter andthe payment receipt, locate your student by selecting Agent Students.

Request CoE Select the Request CoE button for the relevant course.
Request CoE Complete the information and/or document upload din the items where an is shown by selecting Go. Once the checklist has no fffff, type your email address in the fields below and click on the COE Request button.
Payment Credit Card: GCA s preferred payment method. Credit card payments qualify for the GCA Agent Bonus Scheme. By paying by credit card you will receive the agent bonus detailed in your agency agreement. Benefits of participating in the GCA bonus scheme: Bonus commissions for credit card payments You student is instantly financial and able to access MyGCA. Your student receives an SMS confirmation of payment from GCA. Others Telegraphic Transfer *Please allow $20.00 for Telegraphic Transfer fees.
Payment To make the first payment*, select the preferred payment option and input the requested information and/or upload the relevant receipts. * You are able able to make net payments for your students.
CoE Once you have completed the Request CoE step, your CoE will start processing. When Coe is ready, a notice will be sent to the email supplied, advising you to retrieve the Coe from MyGCA. To retrieve it please enter your account and: Click on Agent Students Locate your student and click on View On the Student Homepage click on Student Services Online Click on Journal. Find student Coe and click on the attachment to download or print.

Change Course details To change course details please enter your account and: Click on Agent Students Locate your student and click on View On the Student Homepage click on Student Details Click on Course Selection Click on Edit (if changing intake) and select new intake and Add/Update Click on Delete (if changing course), select new course and intake and Add/Update Now click on Medical (OSHC) and click on Edit to arrange a new suitable OSHC for your student. Select the new Start Date and click on Adjust OSHC details. Now you can Generate a new Offer Letter by going to Student Homepage>Student Services Online>Generate Offer Letter
Deferrals To defer a course please enter your account and: Click on Agent Students Locate your student and click on View On the Student Homepage click on Student Details Click on Course Selection Click on Edit (if changing intake) and select new intake and Add/Update Now click on Medical (OSHC) and click on Edit to arrange a new suitable OSHC for your student. Select the new Start Date and click on Adjust OSHC details. Now you can Generate a new Offer Letter by going to Student Homepage>Student Services Online>Generate Offer Letter In order to process a deferral request and obtain a new coe in MyGCA, please send your account coordinator: new coe fee payment receipt, and new offer letter signed.
RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) To apply for RPL for your student please enter your account and: Click on Agent Students Locate your student and click on View On the Student Homepage click on Student Services Online Click on Subject Exemption Request Supply the information requested and click on Submit Request
Refunds To apply for a student refund, please enter your account and: Click on Agent Students Locate your student and click on View On the Student Homepage click on Student Services Online Click on Refund Request Follow instructions and attach supporting documentation.
