You will be able to: Maintain a list of accounts you use for A2A transfers Perform one-time or recurring A2A transfers View A2A transfer status and history Set up reoccurring A2A transfers for 12 calendar months. Set up email reminder that reoccurring A2A transfer is ending and need to set up for next year for the number of years you need the funds transferred with your personalized message. The total time for an A2A transfer to complete is 4-6 business days. At least one side of the transfer must use an account here at The People s Federal Credit Union).

This page will include information about any fees that The People s Federal Credit Union will charge as well as standard instructions on how to add and confirm accounts and perform transfers (Figure 4). Click on the Manage Accounts (Figure 4) to add accounts you want to transfer funds to or from that are not at The People s Federal Credit Union s C.U@Round (all financial accounts available via Virtual Branch will automatically be available to use with A2A Transfers) (Figure 5). All existing accounts outside The People s Federal Credit Union will be listed on the Manage Accounts screen along with their status (Figure 5). From this screen, you can add new accounts, delete accounts, and confirm accounts. When no accounts have been set up the message, No bank account found will be displayed. Add New Account Figure 5

To add a new account to your transfers list, click on Add New Account link (Figure 5) and enter the Routing and Transit Number of the financial institution (RTN) directly (Figure 6) or search for it by entering the financial institution name, click on OK and select the correct financial institute from the resulting list (Figure 7). After selecting the financial institution, enter the Account Number, Name on Account, Account Nickname and select Account Type then click on OK button (Figure 8). Figure 8 8. A Confirmation screen will be displayed (Figure 9) and an email will be sent to the email account(s) listed for the account on C.U@Round to confirm the account was added. Figure 9

CU@Round will then create two small deposits (random amounts of a few cents) and one withdrawal transaction to that account the total amount of the deposits and the withdrawal will net to zero. This could take up to 10 days. The member must look up the amounts of these transactions from whatever external source normally used to access the account. To confirm the amounts transferred click on the Confirm link (Figure 10) and the then enter the correct amounts of deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Confirm New Account screen (Figure 11), then clicking on the Ok button. The transfer confirmation screen will display (Figure 12). NOTE: The confirm link will appear once the account has been added and doesn t indicate that the two small deposits have occurred. To make or schedule an A2A transfer click on the Schedule Transfer link (Figure12) to go to the Schedule Transfers screen (Figure 13). Confirmed accounts will appear in the To/From drop-down lists along with the list of accounts from The People s Federal Credit Union that funds can be transferred to or from. Users can schedule transfers to occur the following ways: Only Once Weekly Every 2 Weeks Twice a Month Monthly Every 2 Months Quarterly Every 4 Months Twice a Year. Users will see a transfer confirmation screen after clicking the OK button (Figure 13). Note: Scheduled transfers can only be schedule for up to 12 calendar months in the future from todays date. An email reminder can be set up to alert members to set up the A2A transfer again for the next year.

For In Process transfers, users can click the Details link to see a detailed status of the transaction. For Scheduled transfers, users can either see details about the scheduled transaction or they can delete the transfer by clicking the Delete link. Figure 14

Click on the Details link to see detailed information about the transaction. Figure 15 Set up email reminder 1. To set up an email reminder to set up schedule transfers for more than 12 months in the future click on the Self Service tab (Figure 16). Select the email address have reminder sent to, the subject of the reminder, the text you want the email message to say, the date the email will be sent to you, the frequency and the number of times you would like the email to be sent. The example below is a reminder to be sent to Jane Doe for her auto loan which is for 5 years (Figure 18). Send to: janedoe@yahoo.com, Subject: Schedule A2A Trans Auto Loan. Text: This is your yearly reminder to set up the monthly A2A transfer for the auto loan with the People s Federal Credit Union from Access account. Date: 10/31/2010 Number: 4
