Desktop integration For end users, SecuriSync works directly with the Windows and Mac operating systems. Because it offers an interface that users may already understand, its learning curve can be significantly reduced. Points of integration include: Familiar drag-and-drop functionality for easily moving files into and manipulate files within SecuriSync folders Contextual right-click menu functions for applying SecuriSync features and functions to files throughout the PC s desktop Icons with the Windows system tray and the Mac toolbar for at-a-glance views of SecuriSync status as well as additional access to SecuriSync functions Mouse hover indicators for real-time updates of SecuriSync functions SecuriSync also integrates with Windows and Mac by enabling files on the Desktop and in the My Documents folder to be synced to SecuriSync. On-demand file sharing lets users attach files while composing an email directly from the Outlook ribbon Rules-based file sharing lets users configure Outlook plugin settings to always send file attachments as a SecuriSync link, or only if a file exceeds a certain size By sending links instead of files, users can depend on being able to share files with email, without experiencing any difficulties in delivering messages because of attachment size. Any files that are shared using the Outlook plugin are always copied to the user s SecuriSync account, even if they originated from another location. This way, the user always has access to the shared file without increasing the size of their sent mail folder. Microsoft Office integration for Windows The SecuriSync Office plugin for Windows allows users to save and backup files to SecuriSync and manage SecuriSync settings directly from within Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and more. This integration makes it much easier for users to adapt SecuriSync to their existing workflow.
