Gilbarco Passport Instructions for Sinclair Green Card Rollback - pg 1 Looking at the Passport Screen, click on the arrow to see additional menu options. Again click on the arrow to move to the third screen.

Gilbarco Passport Instructions for Sinclair Green Card Rollback - pg 4 Tap the button that indicates Fuel Discount Maintenance. There is a file folder called Fuel Discounts by Card Type. You will need to tap that to move to the screen.

I used Sinclair Green Card. 3. You have a drop down option and in it is Sinclair that is the Sinclair Green Card. Choose it from the menu. 4. You now select each product and put in the discount by product. The list may be longer depending on the number of products that you sell and it will include the diesel option. Once you have put all of the discounts in then you save it. You then exit and go outside to test the discount at the dispenser.

If you are not able to perform any of the following commands listed below it is because you are not logged in with a high enough security. 1. Select the radio button Card Type 2. Mark the box to Enable 3. From the drop down menu select Sinclair Retail. 4. Mark the box to Apply Discount To All Grades. 5. In the box enter the discount amount. 6. Click on the Apply button.

Click the OK button and it will close the screen. You can now go outside and test the green card to make sure that the pumps show the discount.

Verifone Sapphire Instructions for Sinclair Green Card Rollback ***WARNING*** If you have older pumps/pam and do not have the correct software/chip, this could cause issues at the pump with error messages and the pumps could stop working. You may need to get your Ruby/Pump Service Tech or VeriFone/Ruby Helpdesk (1-800-519-7225) involved to get the Rollback to work at the pump. A site needs 32.1 PAM version of software or higher to have the Rollback work between the Ruby and Gilbarco pumps. The only way a site knows what software it has in the PAM is to 1) power down the system, 2) pull the board from the PAM, and 3) look at the white labels on the board. New PAM's, the PAM 5000 model are shaped different than the old ones. The 5000 is long in shape. See pictures on the next page. Instructions: (continued on next page) 1. Go to Fuel Manager, Enter. 2. Enter ID and Password, Enter. 3. Go to #16 POP Discount, Enter. 4. Choose the discount item you want, def01, def02 (10 total), choose one not being used, Enter. 5. Add discount to which fuels you want discount on,.050 (.050 is 5 cents) cent discount, Enter. 6. Exit. 7. Go to Manager, Enter. 8. Enter ID and Password, Enter. 9. Go to #28 POP Transaction File, Enter. 10. Enter Description, Sinclair, Enter. 11. Schedule Type, select #1 By Date, Enter. 12. Enter beginning date, should be today s date, Enter. 13. Enter beginning time, should be 1 minute after midnight, 0001, Enter. 14. Enter end date of Discount, Enter. 15. Enter end time, Enter. 16. POP Award Type, #1Discount Only, Enter. 17. POP Discount Definition ID 01, choose which one you are using, def01, def02, (see #4 above) Enter. 18. Discount Type, #3 Card Type, Enter. 19. Select card type, use arrows to scroll through card types, the first SN (Sinclair), Enter. 20. Select Option #2 for Bin Range, Enter. 21. Enter beginning Bin Range, 1707943, Enter. (recommend first 7 digits) 22. Enter ending Bin Range, 1707943, Enter. 23. Go to Manager, Enter. 24. Enter ID and Password (Newbase), Enter. 25. Go to #3 Configuration, Enter. 26. Go to #2 Sales Config, Enter. 27. Arrow forward to 36. POP Discount Enabled; set to Y, Enter. 28. Arrow forward to 44. POP Low Fuel Limit (change to 0.01 for no fuel minimum req.) 29. Exit 30. Go to Fuel Manager, hit enter, go to Site Parameters Hit enter, go to fuel site parameters hit enter, go to # 2 Ignore MOP conflict change to N 31. Exit 32. Go to Fuel Manager Hit enter 33. Go to DCR attributes hit enter 34. Start with DCR # 01 and hit enter until you see Handle Up Calling change to N 35. Exit (continued)

36. In order to do this next step no one can be pumping it takes 5 to 10 minutes 37. You have to run a FULL Initialization# 2 under Initialize Fuel # 11 38. You have to initialize DCR s # 12 under the Fuel Manager Menu 39. Once you do this you can test your card at the pump and if the PAM is the right version or higher and the jumper is set on the pump should automatically change the price on all 3 grades down <.03> cents. You can just hit cancel to cancel the transaction. If the pump does not automatically change price, you will have to have someone service the PAM unit as described below. The Jumper in the PAM unit for JP7 needs to be turned on Also the PAM software has to be version 32.1.60 (Or Higher) The last thing you will need to do is go into Reports and go to # 19 report configuration, then select Daily report and hit enter until you see 31 POP discount Report, hit Y, to print the POP discounts every day on your daily. After doing this on Prepays with gas you must hit the appropriate Cash or Credit or Debit button or you may have an MOP conflict message appear on the screen. PAM 1000 PAM 5000
