Getting Started. Visit.. In the Online Banking Center, select the Personal tab. If you were enrolled in Online Banking by a Fidelity Bank associate in a branch, follow steps -5, and 8:. Enter the temporary Customer ID that was emailed to you and select Go. 4. Enter the temporary Password that was emailed to you and select Submit. 5. Create a new Customer ID and Password and answer the Password Help questions. If you completed an online form at to enroll in Online Banking, follow steps 6, 7, and 8: 6. Enter the Customer ID you created when you completed the online enrollment form and select Go. 7. Account Summary After you have logged in to Fidelity Bank Online Banking, this is the first screen you will see. The Account Summary (Home) screen is your financial overview enabling you to view all of your current account balances on one screen. 4

Navigation Tools The most important tools you will use to navigate in Fidelity Bank Online Banking are the quick links section located on the left of your screen under I d like to and the main navigation menu. 5 a b c d e f g 4 4. Click on Home or the Fidelity Bank logo to go back to the Account Summary screen from any page in Online Banking.. The quick links sections provides easy access to the items you use most. View transaction history (a), review statements (b), pay bills (c), transfer funds (d), search for a branch location (e), order checks (f), and balance your checkbook (g) with one click of your mouse.. Click on the Go Green Go Paperless image to sign up for E-Statements a convenient and secure way to view bank statements. 4. Click on the account number or balance to view transaction history for a specific account. 5. Click on logout at the end of every online banking session to sign out of your account. 5

Hover your mouse over the navigation menu to view submenu options available within each main tab. 8. Pay your bills or sign up for bill pay online. 9. Access numerous service features, such as signing up for E-Statements, placing stop payments on checks, and changing your password and customer ID. 0. Forecast your payments and interest for loans, retirement, savings, and bonds.. View and export reports for activity performed while in online banking.. Send secure messages to Fidelity Bank.. Account History The Account History page shows detailed transaction history for all checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, and loans. This page also allows you to download your transaction history to your personal computer or accounting software. 5 4 6. Use the Account drop down box to select a different account. Once you select the account, the transaction history will automatically change.. To view transactions during a specific time period, enter your dates in the From and To fields and select the View button.. The Transaction Search and Image Search functions allow you to locate a specific check or dollar amount. 4. The Download link allows you to download your transaction history to your personal computer or into accounting software. 5. Your transaction history will be displayed in a list under the Selection section. Pending transactions will be listed first, followed by transactions that have posted to your account. 6. In the description column, click on the word Check to view check images. 7

Quick Reference Guide Available Balance The easiest way to view your available balance is on the Account Summary screen. When you log in to your Online Banking Account, the Account Summary screen is the first screen you will see. The available balances for all accounts will be listed on the right side of your computer screen. Transaction History On the Account Summary screen, locate the Deposit Accounts section, Loans section, etc. Click on the account number or balance of the account you wish to see transaction history for. You will be taken to the Account History Screen. Once you are on the Account History screen, you may view your transaction history for another account.by using the Account drop down box under the Selection section. Your history will automatically update. View E-Statements On the Account Summary screen, locate the quick links section under the heading I d like to... on the left side of your computer screen, click on View Statements. You will be taken to the E-Statements Screen. In the Selection section, select the account you would like to view statements for. In the Account Documents section, select the date you would like to view (a new screen will appear with the statement). Funds Transfer On the Account Summary screen, locate the quick links section under the heading I d like to... on the left side of your computer screen, click on Transfer Funds. You will be taken to the Funds Transfer Screen. In the Set Up Transfer section, select your accounts, enter the amount of the transfer, enter the date you would like the transfer to take place, select the frequency of the transfer, and enter an expiration date if necessary. Click the Submit button. A confirmation box will appear, press OK to submit the transfer. A confirmation page will appear, press Back to return to the Funds Transfer page. Place a Stop Payment From the main navigation menu, go to Customer Service and then select Stop Payment. Fill in the appropriate fields and click the Submit button... 8

Quick Reference Guide General Information on an Account (i.e. Interest Rate, Payment Information) From the main navigation menu, go to Accounts and then select Account Detail. Once you are on the Account Detail screen, you may view the details of another account by selecting the Change Account button. A new page will appear. Select the account from the Account drop down box and click the View button. Change Password From the main navigation menu, go to Customer Service and then select Change Password. Fill in the appropriate fields and click the Change button. Change Customer ID From the main navigation menu, go to Customer Service and then select Update My Profile. Under User Information, locate the User ID field. Highlight your current Customer ID and type in your new one. Click the Submit button. Change Security Questions From the main navigation menu, go to Customer Service and then select Security Maintenance. Fill in the appropriate fields and click the Save button. In the Selection section, click on the Download link. Select your account from the Account drop down box, enter the date range you would like to export, and then select your format (NOTE: if you are exporting your history into an Excel document, use Comma Separated). Click the Download button. How do I make a Fidelity Bank Credit Card payment? 4 5 On the Account Summary screen, click on your credit card account number. A new window will open. Select the Pay Bill Now link. Select payment frequency. Choose one of the following: Pay Now, Monthly, or Specific Date. Select payment amount. Choose one of the following: Minimum Due, Statement Balance, or Other Amount. Click the Continue button. A payment confirmation screen will appear. Select one of the following: Agree, Modify, or Cancel. How do I download my credit card activity? On the Account Summary screen, click on your credit card account number. A new window will open. TO DOWNLOAD FULL STATEMENTS: Click on Account History. Select the Download function and choose the statement activity you wish to download. TO DOWNLOAD CURRENT ACTIVITY (SINCE LAST STATEMENT): Click on Current Activity. Select the Download function and choose the date range you wish to download. Why was I charged for a bill payment? Fidelity Bank Bill Pay is completely free, however there may be a charge to your account if you submitted one of the following payment types (you must agree to the charge before payment is submitted).
