Calendar We have a Team Up Calendar. If you do not have access to the calendar, or need help getting it working on your device, send us an email and we will get you connected. Website Our website is www.tfhprophetic.org. From there you can access information relative to the team. There are links to Evaluation forms if you re a Foundations facilitator. Additionally, there are various links to get you to the team calendar, the TFH main website, and to info PDFs. Information Sharing While we have no formal policy regulating the sharing of personal information (email, phone number, home address) for the TFH Prophetic team, it has always been my policy to not share. When requests have been submitted for an address or phone number, I have contacted the team member and passed the request along. I ve implemented a function in the database to allow each member to opt in or opt out of the sharing of personal information with other members. I will never share information with anyone outside of the team. In those cases, I will continue to pass on the request and let each team member deal with it as they see fit. When a ministry team is assigned, we will always provide the team with phone number and email address information for each member assigned to the team. When blast emails are sent out, they are always sent out as Bcc to all members as another way to keep your information private. What the options mean: o o o OPT IN ALL Indicates we may share your information with other team members at their request. OPT OUT ALL Means we will share NO information for any reason (except for the contact info provided with ministry assignments). OPT IN EMAIL, PHONE, ADDRESS Means we will share only what you have specified. For example OPT IN EMAIL, PHONE Means we will only share email and phone info, but not address info. OPT IN EMAIL Means we will only share email info, but not address or phone info. Etc. We would ask that any information you receive from us regarding other members be kept private and not disseminated in any way without permission from that team member.
Facebook We have a Private Members-Only Facebook page. It is a good forum for posting prayer requests, or general info related to the prophetic team. If you re on the team and would like to access the Facebook page, send us an email to tfhprophetic@yahoo.com with your Facebook profile name and we ll send you an invite. General Information We recognize that within any group of people, there are going to be differences in philosophy, mannerisms and doctrine. As a team, our approach is always to bring honor to the Lord and to operate within the parameters established by our leadership. Our mission is to equip, encourage and edify the body of Christ. Our pathway is always love. If our doctrine differs with The Father s House, we will keep it to ourselves or defer to The Father s House stated doctrinal position. While it is rare that doctrinal positions show up in prophetic ministry, they can sometimes influence the way we deliver what the Lord is giving us. We should be careful to temper those instances with grace and strive to ensure that confusion is not the result of our ministry time. We are admonished in Scripture to do everything decently and in order. We will strive to be decent, and we will engage in ministry with respect for the team and for the group over whom we are providing ministry. We are committed to honoring our God, our church, our team and our leadership. Disputes are inevitable within any group. We encourage you to deal with issues with another team member on your own. If you can t resolve it, invite a mutual friend into the conversation. If you still can t resolve it, then you may involve leadership. As a prophetic team, we encourage you to be quick to forgive and to not be easily offended. We are a very close-knit group and it is through love that we serve each other. Questions We ve Been Asked Q: I m on the Prophetic Team and my small group is receiving ministry. What should I do? A: There are no Biblical exclusions over who we should or should not minister to. At team gatherings, we minister over each other and there is often a strong relationship between the team members. In a small group setting, it would depend on a couple of factors. Is the leader of the group comfortable with you ministering with the team? Are the group members comfortable with you ministering over them? Are you comfortable ministering over your friends and with the potential questions that will arise after the team leaves? Are you confident that you can filter personal observations and feelings and minister only what the Lord gives you?
If the answer to any of these questions is a no, then it would be best to stay within your group and quietly support the team in prayer during the ministry time. If you have a prophetic word for someone in your group, you can always share that in the context of your small group and under the leadership of the group without the team there.
