This job aid is designed to assist with ordering business cards through Corporate Graphics website. The job aid is broken down by three scenarios: 1- Creating a New User Profile and customizing a new business card for the first time. 2- Re-ordering a business card if you already have a New User Profile. 3- Uploading an existing business card from Hampton Sales and Marketing Online toolkit (HSMOT) to Corporate Graphics site. Step 1: Access to the site: Users may access Corporate Graphics directly on the site at http://hampton.cgconverge.com or through a link on Hampton Sales and Marketing Online Toolkit (HSMOT). The link on HSMOT is accessible by signing in to OnQ Insider>My Applications>Hampton Sales and Marketing Online Toolkit (HSMOT)>USA-Canada>Stationery 1- If you are a New User, click on click here to register your property. 2- Returning Users, enter the hotel s generic email address and password to enter the site. Click Log in. 3- Returning Users who have forgotten password, click on click here to reset.
Step 2: Enter your property inn code. Click Submit. Step 3: Manage My Account. Step 4: Click on +Add New.
Step 5: Complete your user profile. You will enter your personal contact information and hotel information that you would like to prepopulate on your business card. You will have the ability to edit this information once you begin building your business card. Click Save Changes. Step 6: Confirm your user profile is listed under Stored Text Profiles. You can edit this information at any time by clicki ng on the Stored Text Prompts link located by your Display name. You can also store your shipping address and requestor informati on so they pre-populate during the check-out process.
Step 7: Click on Browse Products. Step 8: Click on Business Cards. Step 9: Choose your business card template and click on Order this Item. The options are Standard Business Card and Business Card-Two locations.
Step 10: Select your quantity of 500 or 1,000. Click Continue. Step 11: Select the display name you created from the drop-down menu to pre-populate the business card with your information. You can type over any text fields should you need to edit any of the information. Select your logo. Proof your card on the right hand side of the screen. Make sure you are satisfied with all the information as stationery does not require brand review, so the cards will be printed exactly as shown. Check the box at the bottom of the screen and click continue/add to basket.
Step 12: The business card has been added to your basket. You can Go to Basket Page to checkout, Browse for a different product to customize another piece of stationery, or Duplicate this item to create another version of the same stationery (i.e. another business card for a different team member). Step 13: Shopping Basket & Checkout: Confirm the quantity, select your shipping method, confirm or edit your shipping details and/ or requestor. Enter a credit card number if you have one or leave the PO Number field blank and Corporate Graphics will invoice the property. Place check mark that you have read the above the information and approve the order. Click Place Order.

The options are Standard Business Card, Dual Location Business Card, Custom Back, QR code. Select the template that matches the version you customized on HSMOT.
Step 6: Select your quantity of 500 or 1,000. Click Continue. Step 7: Click on Browse to find the file you saved from HSMOT. Check the box at the bottom of the screen and click Continue/Add to Basket. Please note the sample image will not change to show your customized piece as this is just an example of the business card template.

Frequently Asked Questions How do I track my order once it's entered the system? For your convenience, an estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of checkout before your order is placed. You will also receive an email confirmation which contains the estimated ship date. After you have received your initial order confirmation, you also have the option of logging into the site at any time to check the status using the Order History/Status tab. Once your order has shipped from our facility, you will receive an email shipping confirmation which contains the carrier and tracking number. How do I contact you if I have questions or concerns? How do I change "My Account" password? Once logged into the site, click on the button labeled "Manage My Account" click on the Change Password link on the lower left side of the screen and update your password as desired. Where can I view past order history? Order History Status conveniently stores your historical data for ease of look-up and order tracking.
How do I update my stored account profile? Manage My Account features will allow you to modify your information. Click on Stored Text next to your name and a window will appear showing stored text prompts. Be sure to save your changes once complete. How do I place orders on behalf of other people that work in my department? Click on the Manage My Account tab. This feature will allow you to order on behalf of others by selecting + Add New. Enter a Display Name for how this stored text profile should appear in the drop down list. Create as many stored text profiles as you need to make ordering more convenient. There will be an area located at the top of the screen labeled Stored Text Profile For. Once you have created more than one profile, you can select which stored text profile you would like to use for your order.
