Annual Report for HVAC Excellence Accredited Programs HVAC Excellence requires all accredited programs to submit an annual accreditation report with the exception of the year they are accredited. The report validates that any changes made to the program are within the established standards. Review changes that you have made to the HVACR program over the last year against the established standards. If you do not have a copy of the current standards, visit www.escogroup.org and click on accreditation to view or download the accreditation manual. To request a copy of the accreditation manual to be mailed to your school, please call us at 1-800-394-5268. The annual accreditation report and fee, must be received on or before December 1st of each year to keep Accreditation in good standing. Instructions for Submitting Annual Reports by Mail Submit the following to: HVAC Excellence PO Box 491 Mount Prospect Il 60056 Your completed annual report. A copy of the Minutes from your recent program advisory committee meeting. Documentation on any substantive changes to the program. Documentation of all continuing education hours (professional development) completed by each instructor in accordance with Standard 9: Instructor Qualifications. The $175.00 annual report fee. Instructions for Submitting Annual Reports Electronically Submit your annual report electronically: Visit www.escogroup.org and click proctor login on the top of the page. (If you do not have a login and password, contact HVAC Excellence at 1-800-394-5268). Click on Reports, Invoices to pay your discounted $150.00 annual report fee online. Advise us that you will be submitting your report by e-mail so we can adjust your invoice. Click on Resource Center to download a fillable PDF annual report.
