About the User Environment To use the Biz Storage File Share, you must have an Internet connection (a broadband connection such as ADSL is recommended) and the following operating environment. Note: You can still use the Biz Storage File Share even without the following environment, but some functions might not be available. On the use of Biz Storage File Share In Biz Storage File Share, the maximum uploadable/downloadable file size varies depending on the uploading/downloading method used. The restriction by the system is shown below. (Note that the system uses the web technology and does not have any function to control retransmission etc., and use of the system for the maximum file sizes is not guaranteed.) On the Biz Storage File Share top page, enter your Biz Storage File Share user ID and a temporary password to log in. Note: If the site administrator settings are such that the user agreement is not displayed, the Register an email address section automatically appears. Carefully read the user agreement and click Accept. P.7

Signing up (how to register users) (2) Specify the email address to which group notifications and Biz Storage File Share messages are to be sent. 2 Enter the email address you want to register in Biz Storage File Share. The Typed or selected email address box shows the email address set by the ID issuer when the ID issuer registered the ID. Note: Make sure to enter the email address correctly. 3 Click Confirm Settings. In the registration confirmation window, check the email address and click Register. If a keyword needs to be entered to register the specified email address: You will receive a Keyword for confirming user registration email containing a keyword. 2 3 P.8

Notes: If you accidentally close the keyword entry window while you are checking the confirmation email, click the URL appearing in the email text, and enter the login ID and temporary password to log in. A keyword is used only once to confirm the new email address that is registered. Because keywords are not passwords, passwords are not changed. 4 If you do not receive the confirmation email: Generally, this email is sent immediately. However, transmission can sometimes be delayed. If the email does not arrive at the registered email address after a while, click Reset and Confirm Email Address and specify your email address again. P.9

Click Confirm Settings. 6 Check the information displayed in the registration confirmation window, and click Register to complete the registration for login. P.3. Logging In and Setting Personal Information -4. Home screen The following home screen appears after you log in. - 5 You can check the messages from the site administrator, new items in GroupDisk, new recommended files, and information about usage. When you click a link, you are taken to the relevant page. 6 If you want to upload, download, or send files, click GroupDisk or MyDisk. 6 5 2 Messages from the administrator This section displays messages from the site administrator. Information about usage You can specify or check personal information, create groups, change group settings, check disk usage, and last login. 3 4 New Items in BizDrive You can view the files that have been uploaded to BizDrive. New Items in GroupDisk You can view the files that have been uploaded to GroupDisk and information about members registered in the group. 5 New recommendations This section displays new recommendations from others. You can also check the files you have recommended.

If you are permitted to use this site for a limited time If you are permitted to use this site for a limited time, the expiry date is displayed at the top of every page after logging onto the site. 2If you are permitted to use this site for a limited time, the expiry date is displayed in a pop-up window for a week before the day. After expiry date, the User ID can not be used anymore. Please contact the site administrator, if you would like to know the details. P.4

-6. Changing your password If you want to change your password, on the home screen that appears after login, in the Information section on the left, click Check and Edit Registered Information. Note: If your password has expired or if the site administrator is forcing you to change your password, the Change Password window appears after login. In this case, you will not be able to log in until you change your password. 2 In the Password section, click Change to open the Change Password window. 3 Enter your current password, a new password, and the new password a second time for confirmation. Then click Change. Note: The new password must satisfy the displayed conditions set by the site administrator. You cannot set your current password as your new password. When the Confirm and Edit Personal Information window reappears, your password has been changed. 2 Tip: Characters suitable for passwords Three types of combinations of characters are possible for passwords. Follow the rules set by the site administrator. - Lowercase alphabetic characters, uppercase alphabetic characters, and numbers in any sequence - Lowercase alphabetic characters and numbers in this sequence - Lowercase alphabetic characters, uppercase alphabetic characters, and numbers in this sequence 3 P.5

-7. Changing your user name To change your user name, on the home screen that appears after login, in the Information section on the left, click Check and Edit Registered Information. Note: You cannot change your user ID directly. If you want to change your user ID, first contact the site administrator. You can then delete your current user ID, and register a new user ID. In the Name section, click Change to open the Change User Name window. In the displayed window, enter your user name and click Change. In the registration confirmation window that appears, check the registered information and then click Change. When the Confirm and Edit Personal Information window reappears, your user name has been changed. P.6

Changing your registered email address () To change your email address, on the home screen that appears after login, in the Information section on the left, click Check and Edit Registered Information. Notes: You cannot change your user ID directly. If you want to change your user ID, first contact the site administrator. You can then delete your current user ID, and register a new user ID. The change of the email address will be invalidated if you do not enter the keyword within the validity period. In the Email address section, click Change to open the Change Email Address window. 2 Enter your new email address and click Change. In the registration confirmation window that appears, check the email address and click Change. If a keyword needs to be entered to register the specified email address: You will receive a Keyword for confirming user registration email containing a keyword. 2 P.7

-9. Changing the language setting To change the language setting, on the home screen that appears after login, in the Information section on the left, click Check and Edit Registered Information. In the Language setting section, click Change to open the Change Language Setting window. Select Japanese or English, and click Change. When the Confirm and Edit Personal Information window reappears, the language has been changed. P.9

Unlocking an account If you enter an incorrect password more than the predetermined number of times, a message informing you that your account has been locked and that you should contact the site administrator appears. When this message appears, you can no longer log in, even if you enter the correct password. If your account has been locked, contact the site administrator and ask the administrator to unlock it. P.20
