Then a welding robot welds the top plate to the base. After the welding is completed, the robot with the PLKE Clamps picks up the completed frame and transfers it to a conveyor for further processing. This leadscrew will not maintain clamp force and with vibration will loosen allowing the pin to move. PHD provides a manual operator on the motor to manually move the pin to release a panel or to allow set up without having power to the controller. See operation instructions below.
