Patented QuadAlign in-process alignment technology is integrated with a field-proven three-spindle placement system. The result is an assembly system that manufacturers count on to place chips and ICs at placement rates up to 13,300 CPH. The QSA-30V model comes standard with, and the QSA-30A model is upgradeable in the field to include an upward vision system. The upward vision system expands the component processing range to include 20, 15 and 12 mil lead pitch components, enhances placement accuracy and enables full BGA ball inspection.
