Advantage Pro for Agents This guide booklet for Advantage pro for Agents is designed to assist you with your new realtor.com Dashboard. Every feature that is available to you with Advantage Pro is laid out, step-by-step, to simplify putting you on the fast track to gaining more exposure for yourself and your listings.

5. Select the location of your MLS from the dropdown menu, select your MLS name from the dropdown menu, enter your MLS Agent ID and Your Name into the provided fields. Access and log in to your realtor.com Dashboard The first page you see is the login page, which makes it easy to navigate the Agent Dashboard to update your profile, enhance or view your listings, learn about solutions you can purchase, and get access to free education. Signing up for an Agent account 1. Visit www.realtor.com and click the Sign Up link in the upper-right hand corner of the page. 2. Click the Sign Up button on the right-hand side of the pop-up window under the real estate professional headline. 3. Enter the requested information into the form that appears. 6. Click 7. Your account has now been created. Click the Dashboard for professionals button to access your new agent dashboard. Logging into an existing account 1. Visit www.realtor.com and click on the Log In link from the upper-right hand corner of the page. 2. Click the Log in button from the real estate professional side of the pop-up window. 4. Click

3. Enter your existing Username and Password in the fields provided. Account Settings From the account settings page, you will be able to indicate where leads are to be delivered, change your account password, update your login email address and control additional account related settings. Accessing your general account settings 1. Click the profile image link from the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard. 3. Click Agent Dashboard The Agent Dashboard is where you will be taken once you create your account or log into your existing account. Here, you can access your listings, Agent profile, account settings, performance reporting and manage your contacts. The Dashboard layout helps to simplify navigating your account and provide easy access to the information you need, utilizing quick links within the left-hand navigation panel. 2. Click the Settings link from the dropdown menu that appears. 3. Click the switch icons to activate or deactivate the feature. Indicates that the feature has been activated. Indicates that the feature has been deactivated. This setting, when enabled, will allow your MLS to supply realtor.com with open house information that will display on your listings.* This setting, when enabled, will allow third party sources to supply realtor.com with foreclosure information that will display on your listings.* This setting, when enabled, will allow realtor.com to send an agent performance reports to your main account email. *Not available in all areas

1. Click the profile image link from the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard. 4. You can indicate a time range when you would like to be notified about new leads via text messaging by clicking into the Start Time & End Time fields to set the range. 2. Click Settings link from the dropdown menu that appears. 5. If you would like to receive SMS text message notifications on weekends as well as weekdays, enable the I want to receive SMS notifications on weekends box. Accessing your lead settings 6. Click 3. Click Lead Settings to configure how your leads are delivered. Email Lead Delivery Setup To ensure timely lead delivery, you will want to set up your email address to receive Advantage SM Pro leads, Agent Profile leads as well as Courtesy leads. Advantage SM Pro leads: Leads received from your listings when consumers fill out the listing lead form. Agent Profile leads: These are leads received when consumers find your Agent profile and click on the Ask a question button. Courtesy leads: These are free buyer leads you can choose to receive for listings other than your own. Text messaging setup (SMS) You can choose to receive a notification via text messaging on your mobile phone, alerting you that a lead was just received. 1. Once on the Lead Settings page, you can activate text notifications by clicking the Switch icon from the SMS setup section. Once you have activated text notifications, click the Change link to customize settings. 1. To add your email for each lead type, click the Change link within each section. 2. Once the form appears, choose a label for the email from the dropdown menu then enter the email address where you would like that lead type to be delivered. 3. Select the format you would like to receive; either HTML or Plain Text formatting. 2. Enter your mobile phone number in the field provided. 3. To verify that your mobile phone can receive lead alert text messages, click the Send test link. 4. Choose if you would like to receive SMS text notifications for this lead type by enabling the Receive SMS notifications for these leads box. 5. Click

Top Producer Lead Activation Your Agent dashboard also integrates with your Top Producer product for lead management. 1. To integrate your Top Producer Account, click the Change link in the Top Producer lead activation section of the settings page. Adding Contacts 1. Once on the Contacts page, click the button. 2. Enter your contact s information into the Add Contact form. 2. Enter your Top Producer Username in the provided field. 3. Enter your Top Producer password in the provided field. 4. Click Contacts You can maintain a list of common contacts including Sellers, Buyers and Associates, right within your realtor.com Agent account. Note: All leads received through realtor.com will automatically be added as contacts. Accessing your Contacts 1. Click the Contacts link from the left-hand navigation panel. 3. Click Adding a note to an existing contact 1. Select a contact that you would like to add a contact to. 2. Click 3. Enter your note into the Add your note here field. 4. Click Downloading a list of your contacts 1. Once on the Contacts page, click the button. 2. A file browser window will appear. Choose a location for the contact file and click Save.

Adding Tasks Tasks allows you to keep track of important items on your to-do list. 1. Click the Task Manager link from the left-hand navigation panel. Then click on Tasks. 5. You can associate existing contacts to any task by clicking the Add link under the Associated contacts label. Note: You must have already added contacts into your account. See the section entitled Contacts for more information. Once you are finished, click Save. 2. Click on the Add Task button from the top of the screen. Listings 3. You can set up a due date for any task to assist you in keeping on-schedule. Click the Due Date link towards the right hand side of the Tasks page. Then click into the calendar dropdown to choose a due date. There are also options to set a start time and an end date to further configure your tasks. From the Listings page, you can view your current listing inventory, modify property photos, add upcoming open houses, add property descriptions, add virtual tour and website links to your listings. Accessing your listings 1. Click the Listings link from the left-hand navigation panel. Listing Photos 1. Click the listing address that you would like to view photos for. 4. Next, enter a task name and a brief description in the available fields. 2. Click the Photos link under the Listing Enhancements header.

Adding Listing Photos Although realtor.com will typically receive all available listing photos directly from your MLS, you are enabled to add additional images to reach a total of 100 maximum. 1. Once on the listing photos page, click the Add Photos link in the Listing photos section. 2. Customizing your listing photos, requires you to turn off the automatic listing photo feed coming from the MLS. All existing photos will remain when doing this. To proceed and customize your listing photos, click the Add photos button. 3. Your listing photo feed will then be converted to a custom photo feed. Please allow a moment to process. 4. Click the Select images to upload button and locate the photo from your computer that you would like to upload to the listing and select them by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard and clicking each photo or by pressing CTRL + A to select all photos within the folder. 5. Once you have chosen the new listing photos, click Changing the order of the listing photos Note: The photo indicated as the Feature Image, will be the first image consumers view for your listing. 1. Click & Hold the icon in the upper-right hand corner of the photo you would like to move and drag the photo to the position you would like, then release the mouse button. Deleting a photo from a listing 1. Hover your mouse cursor over the photo you would like to remove and click the Delete button. Editing a photo 1. Hover your mouse cursor over the photo you would like to edit and click the Change button. Rotate a photo 1. Once you have clicked the Edit link, either click to rotate the photo left by 90 degrees or click to rotate the photo right by 90 degrees. 2. Click to finalize your changes. 3. Click Crop a photo 1. Once you have clicked the Edit link, click 2. Click and drag a border around the portion of the photo that you would like to keep. Everything outside of the border you create will be deleted. 3. Once you have created the crop selection, click either to confirm your crop or click to cancel your selection 4. Click to finalize your changes.

5. Click Open Houses If your local MLS does not supply realtor.com with open house information, you can manually add up to five (5) open house events to each of your listings. Accessing Open House Events 1. Once you have selected the listing you would like to add an open house event to, click the Open houses link under the Listing Enhancements header. Listing Descriptions Although in many cases realtor.com will retrieve a description for your listings directly from your local MLS, you will have the ability to add up to 2500 characters of information to display in place of, or in addition to, the MLS description. Accessing Listing Descriptions 1. To update the listing description for a particular listing, click the Description link under the Listing Enhancements header. Adding Open House Events 1. Click the Change link. Viewing an MLS Listing Description 1. Click the View MLS description link. 2. Click on the Add open house link. Adding a Listing Description 1. Click the Change link. 3. Add details about your open house into the form and click the Save button. 2. Enter your description in the field provided. 3. Click the checkboxes to indicate which description you would like to display on your listing. realtor.com description, MLS description or both. 4. Click

Home tour & Brokerage firm links If you have a Brokerage firm website link or have purchased a virtual tour for your listings, realtor. com provides you the ability to increase exposure and make a lasting impression with potential buyers by adding these links to your listings for consumers to click on and get more information about your properties. Accessing Home tour & Brokerage firm links 1. Once you have selected the listing you would like to add a Home tour or Brokerage firm link to, click the Links link under the Listing Enhancements header. Adding a Home tour link to a listing 1. Click the Change link. 2. Enter the virtual tour link in the field provided. Agent Profile The all new Agent Profile will display on the Find a REALTOR search of realtor.com, providing additional exposure for yourself to gain clientele, further promote yourself on realtor.com, and increase your web credibility. Accessing your Agent Profile 1. Click the Profile dropdown menu from the left-hand navigation bar, then click Manage profile from the list. Adding a profile photo Your profile photo does more than just show potential clients that visit your profile who you are, but also displays at the top of all of your listings in the form of branding. 1. Once on the Agent profile page, click the Add Your Photo link. If you would like to change your existing profile photo, simply click on it. 3. Click Adding a Brokerage firm link to a listing 1. Click the Change link. 2. Enter the Home tour link in the field provided. 3. Click 2. Click 3. Navigate to the folder on your computer s hard drive where you store your images and double-click on the photo that you would like to use. 4. Click Adding a background photo 1. Once on the Agent profile page, click the Add cover photo button. If you would like to change your existing cover photo, simply click on it. Note:2520px by 800px is recommended.

Click Adding profile information - About Me 1. Click on the Edit link in the upper-right hand corner of the About Me section. 2. Enter your name, contact phone numbers, contact email address and additional information in the provided fields as indicated on the form. Expertise - Listing Display Options Listing Display Options allow you to indicate how your listings display to consumers on your Agent profile. 1. At the bottom of the Manage Profile page in the expertise area, click the Edit link next to the Listing display options headline. 2. There are 3 listing options for you to choose from. A. Show your price range: Selecting this option will display a price range from low to high, of the current and sold listings in your inventory. B. Show your listings: Selecting this option will enable your current listings to display on your Find a REALTOR profile. C. Show your sold listings: Selecting this option will enable your sold listings to display on your Find a REALTOR profile*. *Not available in all areas 3. Make your selection(s) then click Expertise - Your Designations & Certification Badges Designations & Certifications are automatically provided to realtor.com from the NAR several times weekly. 3. Click Note: Requires NRDS ID. See Your NAR Information section of this booklet for more information.

Expertise - Languages Spoken Languages you speak are automatically provided to realtor. com from the NAR several times weekly. Note: If you are unsure what your NRDS ID is, it can be located on your NAR membership card, on the mailing label of the REALTOR magazine sent to you every two months or by clicking the link from the form. (See below) Note: Requires NRDS ID. See Your NAR Information section of this booklet for more information. MLS Information The MLS Information section of the Manage profile page, displays information that you used to create your realtor.com Agent dashboard. If you have additional MLS to add, please Brokerage information contact our customer care department at 1(800)878-4166 1. To add or modify your brokerage information, click the Configure your brokerage firm info link in the Brokerage information section to the right side of the manage profile page. Your NAR Information 1. To add your NRDS ID, click the Change link in the Your NAR Information section to the right side of the Manage profile page. Note: If a padlock icon appears in this section, it may not be modified and will be updated automatically. 2. Enter your brokerage firm name into the provided field. 2. Enter your NRDS ID in the field provided then click Save at the bottom of the form.

3. To choose a Brand accent color, click the default color tile and a dropdown menu will appear. You can pick one of the preset brokerage colors from the list or if you do not see your brokerage, click Custom at the bottom of the list. 5. Once you have entered your brokerage firm name and have chosen the appropriate brand accent color, click Save. Office information 1. To add or modify your Office information, click the Change link in the Office information section to the right side of the manage profile page. Note: If a padlock icon appears in this section, it may not be modified and will be updated automatically. 4. If you chose the custom brand color option, a color picker tool will appear. Click into the palette to choose a custom color or enter the color Hex code into the field at the bottom of the form. 2. Enter your office name, address and phone number into the provided fields and click Save when finished.

Blogs & Socials In the Blogs & Socials Section, you can link up your Blog, Facebook Business account as well as your Twitter account and display posts you make to your Find a REALTOR profile. Blogs & Socials - Blogs 1. To link your Blog to your Agent profile, click the Setup your blog account link in the Blogs and socials section to the right side of the Manage profile page. 3. To configure your Facebook account, click the Change link under Facebook in the Blogs and socials section after logging in. 4. Enable the checkbox next to the appropriate Facebook business page you would like to display on your Agent profile. 2. Enter the web address (URL) where your blog can be found in the field provided and click Save. Note: Any blog capable of an RSS feed required. Blogs & Socials - Facebook 1. To link up your Facebook Business account, click the Setup your Facebook account link in the Blogs and socials section to the right side of the Manage profile page. 2. Enter your Facebook Login Credentials in the fields provided and click Log In. 5. You can choose to display a link that consumers can use to directly view your Facebook business page, by clicking into the dropdown in the display options area and by selecting the appropriate page title from the list. 6. If you would also like to display your Facebook check-ins to consumers that visit your Agent profile, enable the checkbox. 7. If you need to remove your Facebook account from your Agent profile, click the trashcan icon in the accounts area.

8. Once you have finished configuring your Facebook page, click Adding profile information - Recommendations Save at the bottom of the pop-up window. You can receive recommendations or testimonials from clients, business associates, friends or family members that will display on your realtor.com agent profile. Blogs & Socials - Twitter 1. To link up your Twitter Business account, click the Setup your Twitter account link. 1. To access recommendations, Click the Profile dropdown menu from the left navigation bar, then click Recommendations from the list. 2. Enter your Twitter login credentials in the fields provided. 3. Click Recommendations - Manually Adding Recommendations Opting out of Broker Profile Updates 1. Click Agents can choose if they would like to allow their broker 2. Enter requested information about your recommendation to update their profile. If you choose to allow your broker as indicated in the fields provided. to update your profile for you, click the switch icon in the Profile settings area of the manage profile page and ensure that the switch is green in color. 3. Click

Recommendations - Email past clients You can send an email to past clients asking them to leave you a recommendation right from your realtor.com account. 1. Click the Send Email link in the Email past clients section. Recommendations - Importing RealSatisfied You can import recommendations that you have received through your RealSatisfied account to display on your Find a REALTOR profile. 1. Click the Connect link in the Import recommendations section. 2. Enter the recipient email address or addresses into the Email addresses field. If you enter multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma. 3. You can either use the default message in the message box or enter a custom message of your own. 2. Enter your RealSatisfied vanity key in the field provided and click Connect. 4. Click Recommendations - Ask Social Networks You can create a post requesting your social networking followers to leave a recommendation for you directly on Facebook or Twitter. 1. Click the Compose a post link in the Ask Social Networks section. 2. Select the social networking platform you would like to post to from the Post on section of the form. 3. You can either use the default message in the message box or enter a custom message of your own. If you customize the post, make certain to leave the default web address (URL) intact. 4. Click Recommendations - Rated Agent/QSC You can import recommendations that you have received through your Rated Agent account to display on your Find a REALTOR profile. 1. Click the Connect link in the Import recommendations section.

2. Enter your Rated Agent QSC key in the field provided and click Connect. 2. You can begin the process of sending a review request to your past client by clicking the Request a new review button at the top of the page. 3. Once on the Request a review page, begin by entering the MLS Identifier of the property from the transaction, the transaction date or the date of closing and the address of the property into the provided fields. Recommendations - Preferences 1. You can choose to receive an email reminding you to approve new recommendation left by visitors to your Find a REALTOR profile by clicking the switch in the Email me to approve new recommendations section. 2. You can choose to receive an email reminding you to ask clients for a recommendation after your listings close by clicking the switch in the Email me a reminder upon closing to get a recommendation section. Ratings & Reviews realtor.com Ratings & Reviews allows your past clients to score you on several key metrics that are important to future potential clients that view your Agent profile. These surveys can be sent out to your clients via email, where they will rate you one through five stars for each metric, with the ability to provide a written review as well. 1. To access Ratings & reviews, Click the Profile dropdown menu from the left navigation bar, then click Ratings & reviews from the list. 4. Click 5. The Client information page will display next. Choose if you represented the Buyer or the Seller, enter the name of the client, your client s email address, your client s phone number and customize a message that will be sent to your client along with the rating and review request.

6. Click 7. Once your past client has filled out the rating & review for you and the transaction, it can take up to 2 weeks for your score to be visible in your agent dashboard. To display your current ratings & reviews publicly on your Agent profile, enable the switch in the Preferences section on the right side of the ratings and reviews page. 1. Click the Contacts link from the left-hand navigation panel. Note: A green switch indicates that your cumulative score and your rating & reviews can be seen by the public. 2. Select the contact you would like to send a Home seller report to from the contacts list. 3. Click Reports from the contact navigation bar. 4. Click Subscribe button from the Reports section. 5. Select the property address from the Select Property dropdown menu. Reports With the all new user experience, there are a multitude of reports available at your fingertips to assist you in visualizing your performance. Home Seller Reports The Home Seller Report is designed to keep the home seller in the loop as to how well their home is performing on realtor.com. The report is designed in an easy to understand format and can be emailed out to the home seller on a time scheduled basis. Seller Reports will even compare your listing against other properties in the area for asking price, days on realtor. com, search results displays and listing detail views. 6. Select the recipient email address from the Email Address dropdown menu. 7. Choose the frequency of the report delivery from the Send Reports section. Once, weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly reports. 8. We have placed a default message that you can use to accompany the report or you can enter your own into the Message section. 9. Click

Performance Reports There are 3 main types of reports for you to track your performance on realtor.com. These include Lead, Listing & Profile performance. Accessing Performance Reports 1. Click the Performance link from the left-hand navigation panel. Reports - Print Report If you would like to print the current report displayed, click from the upper-right corner of the report page. Reports - Save Report If you would like to save the current report displayed, click from the upper-right corner of the report page. Reports - Summary The summary is a great way to see how you are performing in a glance. It will provide a quick look overview of the 3 main reports including leads, your listings and profile performance. 1. Once clicking on Performance from the left hand navigation bar, Click Summary in the Performance sub-section. 2. Clicking the Details link at the bottom of each tile, directly accesses the expanded corresponding report. Reports - Leads The Leads Performance Report will provide agents with a detailed, in-depth look at leads that they have received from their listings, leads received from visitors to their agent profiles as well as additional products purchased, such as Connections SM For Buyers and Connections SM For Sellers. Accessing your leads report 1. Once clicking on Performance from the left hand navigation bar, Click Lead performance in the Performance sub-section. 2. Once on the Total Leads page, you can view a list of all leads received, including Date/Time received, how the lead was received, who sent the lead, phone number, address the lead is interested in (if applicable) as well as if a message was left for you, at the bottom of the section. 3. Leads specifics will display for the time range indicated under the graphic chart, including who the lead came from, contact information, the listing address inquired about, and additional information included in the inquiry.

Reports - Listings The Listings Performance Report will provide agents with a detailed, in-depth graph, to visualize how many times your listings have shown up in search results, how many times your listings were viewed, Activities, Branding Impressions, Leads received and profile views. Accessing your listings report 1. Once clicking on Performance from the left hand navigation bar, Click Listings in the Performance sub-section. 4. Individual listing performance, can be viewed for a designated time range, in the Your Listings section at the bottom of the report. Here you can see how a single listing is performing for days on market, search results, listing detail views, leads and activities. Reports - Profile The Profile Performance Report will provide information about your agent profile exposure to include profile leads, phone leads, email leads, impressions as well as total views from visitors to your profile page. 1. Once clicking on Performance, Click Profile in the Performance sub-section. 2. You can view archived reports by clicking the date dropdown menu from the top of the Overview section and by selecting the date range that you would like to view reporting for. 3. Each graph will display a current 30 day comparison against the last 30 days of performance. To view the different available charts, click the Listing Detail Views, Listing Leads, Branding Impressions, Activities, Clicks to Websites/agent profiles links from the list. 2. You can view archived reports by clicking the date dropdown menu from the top of the page and by selecting the date range that you would like to view reporting for. 3. The first chart that displays is Profile Impressions. To view graphs for Profile Views and Profile Leads, select the appropriate links from the page. 3. Detailed Listing activity can be viewed by clicking the Details link from the top-right corner of the Overview section of the page.

4. Detailed profile activity displays on a daily basis in the Daily Summary section of the Profile Performance page. 3. Enter your team information into the provided form. Enter your team name, team photo and cover photo, team phone number, website address, biography, physical address and other details about your team. My Team Profile If you work on a team, you can create a team specific profile that will appear and be searchable through our Find a REALTOR search. 1. To create your team profile, Click My Team from the navigation bar to the left of your dashboard. 4. Click 5.
