FAQ S Media Center 1. How do I access the Media Center? The Media Center is available exclusively through your irep Office. Log in and click on the Media Center icon in the navigation bar at the top of your overview page. 2. If I change my name in the irep office, will it change my name in my Media Center? Yes. The Media Center automatically populates your profile with your irep information in the system. You have the option of making any adjustments to your Media Center profile. 3. Can I import my contacts into the Media Center? Is there a faster way to add my contacts? Yes, from the dashboard of the media center under quick links click Import contacts then select your excel or csv file to upload. The next step you will confirm the contact details and finish the uploading process. 4. Can we pay for the Media Center 6 months at a time? Once you subscribe, you are automatically charged each month, unless you cancel. 5. Will there be any training calls or webinars of how to use it efficiently? The Media Center is very easy to use. There is a training video available on the Media Center home page, and there will be training at our Regional Success Summits. Any questions can be directed to Customer Support. 6. When I initiate some kind of market info to a prospect, does the Media Center have the capability to send periodic info to that person, or does it only chart what I send? The Media Center allows you to send emails now and schedule future dates and times to send emails. Essentially, you can create a monthly campaign, strategically selecting your messages. 7. What is the turnaround time and cost for us to print the brochures through the Media Center? Turn around time is a few days, then mailed directly to your doorstep. Print-On-Demand is intended to facilitate smaller quantities up to 200. Actual costs are variable, depending upon paper type, etc., and our service is very competitively priced. Should you want to print large quantities, this is not the most cost-effective way to print them. You should download the file and print at a local printer, or find an online offset-printing resource. 8. Can the Media Center s social media posts be used for Facebook paid advertising? The social media posts in the Media Center are designed to be effective with slightly bigger/more text when trying to deliver a message organically amongst your friends and prospects. They were not intended or designed for Facebook paid advertising. Social media posts in the Media Center that contain more than two lines of headline text will most likely not get approved by Facebook s Advertising Guidelines, please keep this in mind when sharing your next campaign. 9. If I want to send out a mailing via email to 100 people using a particular ecard or Newsletter, does the Media Center keep track of who opened it and came back to it? Yes. The Media Center tells you who opened it, how many opened it, and the number of clicks. It is part of the Activity Report for documents sent, which are automatically filed under your Campaigns. 10. Will there be a pdf training document, outlining how to use the media center? Aside from this FAQ document, the Media Center is best explained as a demonstration video, which several videos are available to view: Media Center Overview, Essentials Training, Customizing Content, Library Navigation, Sending an ecard and Sharing Options. 11. Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes. After you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month. 12. Is there a money back guarantee if I don t like the Media Center? We're confident that you're going to see the value of the Media Center, with hundreds of pieces of useful marketing and training documents. It is a tremendous value at only $9.95 / month. There are no refunds, however, you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed for the following month. 13. Can I try it out before I purchase? The Media Center is only $9.95 a month, with hundreds of pieces of useful marketing and training documents that can be shared and/or downloaded. There is a training video on the Media Center home page. This provides a perfect overview. 15. Can I just use my Sponsors account to send emails to save money? One of the key benefits of the Media Center is that every piece of content is personalized for you, with your name and contact information.this requires your own personal subscription. The Media Center is reasonably priced at only $9.95/month. 16. If I don t use all my emails, do they roll over to the next month? Emails do not rollover. 17. When scheduling emails, I can t find my city in the time zone area. How do I add my city? The time zone for scheduling emails is based upon your personal time zone. 18. Will the Media Center be integrated with my Hello Beautiful app? No. The Media Center and the Hello Beautiful App are two different things. However, we do have content in the Media Center that promotes the Hello Beautiful App and the 90 Day Challenge. Page 2 of 5
19. I logged into my friends Media Center on my computer, and now when I try to log in to mine, I can t pull my own Media Center up. How do I fix this issue? If you are switching between two Media Center accounts, be sure to logout of the Media Center first by clicking on the top right where your name is. Then a different irep can login to their irep Office and go into their Media Center from the top icon. 20. Can I add in my own images or video? What if I have an idea for a banner, or I have a before and after image that I want to use? Can I upload that image? The Media Center contains hundreds of pieces of professional Jusuru-branded content. Personal content cannot be added; however, if there is a marketing tool that you'd like to see added, you can forward it to Customer Support for evaluation, and if approved, our Marketing Department will professionally brand it and add it to the Media Center. 21. Can I change my title on my profile from an Independent Representative to something else on my profile page? Per our policies and procedures, a representative must clearly state that they are an "Independent Representative". For more information on our Policies and Procedures, please check in your "IRep Office" under the "Resources" area, in the "Business Basics" section. 22. Can I send the brochures to my own printer for a discount? Absolutely. All materials can be downloaded and printed by a local printer. Can I use this content to create my own website? It is against the Jusuru Policies and Procedures to create personal websites or any other materials. The Media Center is not intended to be used for mass mailings, rather it is a targeted marketing system; however, if a higher email package is necessary, we can look into an additional package. 26. If an irep cancels their account, will their information still be in the Media Center? If an irep cancels their Media Center account, their information and campaigns will still be in the system, but they will not have access to the Media Center unless they subscribe again. Page 3 of 5
Media CenterFAQ s (continued) 27. How can a prospect opt out if they do not want to receive my emails? When a prospect receives an email, they can choose to stop future emails by clicking on the opt-out link at the very bottom of the email. 28. Can I target certain groups of ireps, or can I target a specific region of the country with my e-cards? Currently we have lists in the contacts tab that group your organization by a certain criteria. In the near future, further filters will be available to create more targeted lists. 29. If my credit card does not go through for my subscription, will I be contacted? If your credit card does not go through, someone from Customer Support will reach out to you to let you know. 30. How do I know which videos can be sent as e-cards? In the video library, you can select any video and click on the email icon to send an ecard. You can choose from several different messages to go along with the video you selected before sending. 31. Can I post to multiple sources at once? I want to be able to post to Facebook and Twitter at the same time. Yes. Under a campaign you ve created, just click the share option of your choice, post to Facebook, then click post to Twitter. 32. Will the Media Center be a separate application and replace Builder, or is it going to be integrated as an add on? The Media Center is a completely different tool that is a complete library of marketing and training tools. It is not intended to replace Builder or be integrated into Builder. 33. Can I integrate all my contacts from Jusuru Builder to the Media Center? Yes, you can export your contacts from Jusuru Builder by selecting the export under the contacts tabs. It then downloads an excel file that is already labeled for the Media Center Uploader. From the dashboard of the media center under quick links click Import contacts then select your excel or csv file to upload. The next step you will confirm the contact details and finish the uploading process. 34. Can I send videos and e-card information to other countries? Because product selection, formulations, claims, and government regulations can be different from country to country, you can only use materials from the Media Center that are designed for each specific country. 35. I am Canadian. Can I use the US Media Center if I have US ireps? Yes, once you find something you want to send, select the template and click the region dropdown to change the template to the US version and vice versa. 36. Will these materials be translated into other languages, such as Spanish and/or French? Yes. Currently we have Spanish versions, and in the near future we will have French versions of our documents.
