Rental of Multifunctional Photocopying and Printing System: PART A Appendix 1. Vendor provides Multifunctional Photocopying and Printing System according to our requirements. 2. Vendor should fill in PART D for the specification of the offering system. The offering system MUST fulfill the basic requirements. 3. Ensure the system can be synchronized with our system and hardware. 4. We provide designated locations for storing the system. Vendor should provide on-site measure and ensure the system function properly at the designated locations. 5. General requirement i. Printing resolution of all items: At least 1200 x 1200 dpi. ii. Scan resolution of all items: At least 600 x 600 dpi. iii. Support Windows and Mac. iv. Support Network Printers. v. Automatic Document Feeder with capacity. vi. Include setup and installation (hardware and software). vii. Provide free training to our staff. viii. Include removal cost when contract ended. ix. User Panel Interface: Traditional Chinese + English x. Humidity Protection xi. Provide free maintenance service within the contract period. xii. Include software, hardware, labor, all spare parts and consumable but not limited to toner, developers fusing rollers, fusing oil or any item required to make the system run. 6. Provide free software maintenance, including but not limited to re-install and setup after the server crashed. 7. Within 4 hours Service Response Time. 8. Contract period from 1 st August 2016 to 31 st July 2019 (total 36 months). 9. Rental including free printing volume (230,000 B/W and 4,500 color copies per month) and excess meter charge. Free printing volume can be accumulated within a year (1 st August - 31 st July).

PART B Performance Pledge If the performance of the system or service is not satisfied within the contract period, an identical model of the system with comparable features and capabilities would be swapped. If the performance is still not satisfied, we will terminate the contract with the Vendor with one month notice at NO additional charges, including but not limited to the remaining monthly rental charges and removal charges. To submit a tender, each vendor MUST agree to the performance pledge.
