About This Guide This guide provides detailed instructions on how to view event-related reports from the Reports page in Strong Bonds. Aggregated event statistics are available across multiple events and states. Benefits of Using Strong Bonds to View Reports With key event data summarized in one central location, the Reports page makes it easy to find, access and view aggregate event data at a glance. Who Should Use This Guide This guide is specifically designed to support those who coordinate and track the management of Strong Bonds events. Generating Reports Navigating to the Reports Page To navigate to the Reports page: 1. Click Reports in the Strong Bonds menu bar. The Reports page appears. Viewing Aggregated Reports User Guide 4

Use one of the following ways to search for a list of events for which to generate your aggregated reports: Select the Quarter radio button if you want to search for events using the annual quarters. Select your filter criteria as shown in the table below: Field Name Fiscal Year Quarter Event Category Event Type Component States Country Action/Input Select the fiscal year from the drop-down. Select the annual quarter from the drop-down. Select category(ies) from the drop-down. Select the event type(s) from the drop-down. Select the appropriate component from the drop-down. After selecting a component, you will be prompted to select a unit/command. This field may be locked depending on your User Role. Select a state from the drop-down. Select the Start Date Range radio button to search for events using a date range. Select your filter criteria as shown in the table below: Field Name From To Event Category Event Type Component States Country Action/Input Select from the Calendar tool. Select from the Calendar tool. Select category(ies) to from the drop-down. Select the type(s) of event from the drop-down. Select the appropriate component from the drop-down. After selecting a component, you will be prompted to select a unit/command. This field may be sealed depending on your User Role. Select a state from the drop-down. 4. The filtered criteria are listed under the number of events as bubbles. You can clear the filters you want to exclude from your report by clicking X in the bubble. Note: Removing a filter may cause the number of events to refresh again. Viewing Aggregated Reports User Guide 8
Generating the Strong Bonds Survey Results Report The Strong Bonds Survey Results Report provides a roll-up of all survey responses in one report. That is, the report will show all survey questions, all possible answers and the number of times registrants picked each answer. The report includes the Pre-Event, Post-Event, Post 6 Month and Post 12 Month survey responses. Preevent surveys are generated the moment a registration is approved for the event. These surveys can be completed at any time until the day of the event. Post-event surveys are generated when the event ends. These surveys can be completed up to 30 days after the event ends. Post 6 Month surveys are generated six months after the event s end. Lastly, Post 12 Month surveys are generated one year after the event s end date. For more information on Event Surveys, see the Strong Bonds Event Surveys Quick Start Guide. To generate the Survey Results Report: 1. After filtering the events, click the Survey Results Report link in the Reports page. Viewing Aggregated Reports User Guide 9
2. Click Generate Now in the pop-up message that appears. 3. Click Save in the pop-up notification to download the Strong Bonds Survey Results Report. 4. Click Open to view the report once it is saved. Notes: You can make changes to the report by enabling the edit option in MS Excel. You can only generate this report for only the following event statuses: Published, Pending AAR and Completed. You cannot filter for more than one Event Category. Viewing the Strong Bonds Survey Summary Report The Strong Bonds Survey Summary Report provides a break-down of the survey questions and the number of times registrants picked an answer in all filtered events. This report provides totals for Preevent, Post-event, Post 6 Month, Post 12 Month, and Demographic. To generate the Survey Summary Report: 1. After filtering the events, click the Survey Summary Report link in the Reports page. Viewing Aggregated Reports User Guide 11
2. Click Generate Now in the pop-up message that appears. 3. Click Save in the pop-up notification to download the Strong Bonds Survey Summary Report. 4. Click Open to view the report once it is saved. Notes: The report comprises of three tabs: Demographics, Pre-Survey, Post-Survey, Post 6 Month Survey, and Post-12 Month Survey. You can only generate this report for only the following event statuses: Published, Pending AAR and Completed. Generating the Event List Report The Event List Report provides a detailed breakdown of events (based on the filter criteria), such as the Component, Category, Start Date, End Date, Projected Budget etc. To generate the Event List Report: 1. After filtering the events, click the Event List Report link in the Reports page. Viewing Aggregated Reports User Guide 13
2. Click Generate Now in the pop-up message that appears. 3. Click Save in the pop-up notification to download the Event List Report. 4. Click Open to view the report once it is saved. Notes: This report does not include events that have been deleted. You can only generate this report for all event statuses except Recalled and Canceled. As part of DACH users being able to adjust the RoS, the Event List Report will display the total values based on both the invoices and the adjustments. Generating the Event Summary Report The Event Summary Report is a two-part report that breaks down the statistics for a series of events (based on the search criteria). The Training Report section provides a summary of the events by component, as well as the breakdown summary of Attendance, Curriculum and the Survey results from the Pre, Post, Post 6-month, and Post 12-month surveys. The Financial Report section provides a summary of the quarterly funding statuses, a breakdown of the program costs, and a breakdown of the invoice reconciliations for an event. To generate the Event Summary Report: 1. After filtering the events, click the Event Summary Report link in the Reports page. Viewing Aggregated Reports User Guide 15
2. Click Generate Now in the pop-up message that appears. 3. Click Save in the pop-up notification to download the Event Summary Report. 4. Click Open to view the report once it is saved. Notes: You can only generate this report for all event statuses. The Funding Status and Invoice Reconciliation sections of the reports show individual component tables only if multiple components were selected in the filter sidebar. Generating the AAR Report The AAR Report provides a summary of the Event Details, the Logistics Report data and the Event Staff Report data entered in the AAR page for all selected events (based on the filter criteria). To generate the aggregated AAR Report: 1. After filtering the events, click the Aggregated AAR link in the Reports page. Viewing Aggregated Reports User Guide 17
2. Click Generate Now in the pop-up message that appears. 3. Click Save in the pop-up notification to download the AAR Report. 4. Click Open to view the report once it is saved. Notes: You can only generate this report for all event statuses except Recalled, Canceled and Rejected. Users can load a printable page populated with the event costs from the event s RoS. Generating Aggregated Profile Sheet The Aggregated Profile Sheet provides a summary of the Event Details and the events Profile Sheet data (based on the filter criteria). To generate the Aggregated Profile Sheet: 1. After filtering the events, click the Aggregated Profile Sheet link in the Reports page. Viewing Aggregated Reports User Guide 19
2. Click Generate Now in the pop-up message that appears. 3. Click Save in the pop-up notification to download the Profile Sheet report. 4. Click Open to view the report once it is saved. Notes: You can only generate this report for only the following event statuses: Resourced, Published, Pending AAR and Completed.
