Octber 2010 estatements User Guide estatements Service Overview Online Banking fr Business estatements is a service that allws yu t view yur financial dcuments thrugh Online Banking fr Business website. Our mnthly Cmpensatin/Billing Statement will be the first in a series f dcuments t be presented in the estatements frmat. The benefits f estatements: Online access t Cmpensatin/Billing statements Easily view, print r dwnlad in PDF frmat Receive Email ntificatin when the statements are available CSV dwnlading ptin can be assigned Seven years archiving starting after enrlment The fllwing sectin prvides yu with instructins n hw t enrl and setup users within the Online Banking fr Business estatements service. estatements Enrlment The nly statement currently available fr estatements is the Glbal Treasury Management Cmpensatin/Billing Statement. Very Imprtant: T enrl yur cmpany fr this service, yur cmpany must have received at least ne printed cpy f the abve identified statement. The printed statements will nt be distributed until December 12, 2009; yu may enrl after that date. Hw t enrl: 1. Lgn t the Online Banking fr Business Service. Nte: Only a Primary Custmer Administratr r a Custmer Administratr can enrl fr this service. 2. Frm the main menu at the tp, click n the Accunt Infrmatin tab. 3. Select E-Statements frm the sub-menu n the left-side. A screen describing the service and the ptins Enrl nw r I will enrl later will be displayed. 4. If yu wish t cntinue with the enrlment after reading the details n this screen, click n the Enrl nw buttn. The estatements Enrlment Cnfirmatin screen will display with instructins n hw t cntinue with the setup f users fr this service. 5. Octber 2010 estatements User Guide estatements User Set-Up 1. Select the Administratin & Preferences frm the main menu. 2. Select Manage User frm the sub-menu n the left side t either create a new user r search t mdify an existing user fr entitlement t the estatements service. Nte: Yu may want t review yur printed cpy f the statement t ensure the user whse name is n the ATTN: line f the address is either setup t receive the statement r yu can dwnlad the statement and either print it, r internally email it t that persn. 3. Click Create User buttn t create a new user therwise click Search. 4. If yu are creating a new user enter the User infrmatin and then click the Service Entitlements arrw-dwn t see the service details screen, check n the estatements checkbx t enable the user with this service. OR if yu are searching then select User frm the list and click Mdify, and then under the Service Entitlements check n the estatements checkbx t enable the user with this service. 5. Click the Finish buttn. The User Infrmatin screen will display. Click OK. Nte: This user s entitlement infrmatin will be sent t the estatements service. 7. If yur cmpany subscribes t the apprval service n Online Banking fr Business site, apprvals will be required. A user will nt be cmpletely setup until the final apprver has cmpleted the request. 8. Return t the main menu area, and then click n the Accunt Infrmatin t cntinue with the setup f yur users. 9. Select the estatements ptin frm the sub-menu n the left side. A Welcme t Glbal Treasury Management, estatements screen will display. 10. Click the wrd Prceed. The Cmpensatin Statements search screen will display. 11. Select the Administratin tab frm the tp menu. A list f users will be displayed. Select Users frm the drp dwn menu. 12. T display the user prfile f a specific user, click n the wrd Details next t the user s name. Nte: External user is smetimes displayed in the last name when n last name was input int the Online Banking fr Business user prfile. T eliminate this, change the user prfile t include bth a first and last name in the name field. 13. The first step is t assign the Cntracts and Dcument Type the user is entitled t have access t. Nte: It is imprtant that this step is dne first. 14. Click n the Access Grup tab. 15. Open the Dcument Type flder n the left, check the Cmpensatin Statement and click n ADD> t mve the item t the right side f the screen. 16. Open the Available Cntracts flder, check the cntracts yu want the user t have access t, then click n the ADD> buttn t mve it t the right side f the screen. 17. Click OK t save yur setup. This will return yu t the User Details screen. 18. If yu want t enable the user t receive an email ntificatin when the statement is available fr them t access nline, click n the Email Ntificatin checkbx. Nte: Yu can als update yur wn prfile fr this alert as well. 19. The CSV dwnlad is a chargeable ptin. T entitle a user t this ptin, select Dwnlad frm the Available Rles and User Functinality bx, click n the ADD> buttn t mve it t the right side f the screen. 20. T Enable the user fr this service, uncheck the Disabled checkbx 21. Click n OK r Apply t save yur setup. Nte: When yu use OK, it will return yu t the previus screen. If yu use Apply, yu will remain n the same screen. Disabling User estatement Entitlement 1. Select the Administratin & Preferences frm the main menu. 2. Select Manage User frm the sub-menu n the left side and then click the Search buttn t mdify an existing user fr entitlement t the estatements service. 3. Select the User frm the User list that yu want t remve the estatements entitlement frm and click Mdify buttn. 4. Under the Services Details screen, uncheck the estatements checkbx t disable the user frm this service. 5. Click the Finish buttn. The User Infrmatin screen will display. 6. Click OK t cmplete the request. Nte: This user s un-entitlement infrmatin will be sent t the estatements service. The user will autmatically be disabled n estatements User Details screen. If yur cmpany subscribes t the Apprvals service n Online Banking fr Business site, apprvals will be required. A user will nt be cmpletely disabled until the final apprver has cmpleted the request. estatements Reprts There are several event lgs available that capture the user setup details and the activity f a user when they are accessing the system: User Event Lg: T view the activity f a user, select the Administratin tab n the menu bar, then select User frm the drp dwn list. Frm the list f users displayed, click Details n the line f the user yu wish t view, then select the Events tab. A reprt pp-up windw will display. Click n Back t clse the windw. Access Reprt: This reprt displays the details f a user s access n the system. T view this lg, select the Administratin tab n the menu bar, then select Users frm the drp dwn list. Frm the list f users displayed, click n the wrd Details n the line f the user yu wish t view. This displays the user prfile, then select Access Grups tab. Frm the Access Grups screen select the Access Reprts Tab. A reprt pp-up windw will display. Click n Back t clse the windw. Viewing estatements The Search screen is the first page displayed when yu access the estatements service. T view a statement, d the fllwing: 1. If yu have multiple Cmpensatin Statements (Cntracts) displayed, use the paging cntrls at the bttm f the screen. 2. If yu prefer t search fr a cntract enter the details required in the Search criteria sectin and select the wrd Search n the screen. T Search by: Cntract Number enter the 6 digit cntract number n yur statement Accunt Number enter any ne f the accunt numbers listed n the Accunt Listing n yur statement in the fllwing frmat 0001-0000-123. Date click n the Frm: and T: drp dwn selectins t select dates n the calendars. The frmat is: mm/dd/yyyy. Service Grup, Service Family, and Service Name yu can use nly ne f these ptins at a time. In the Service Family field yu can select multiple items t search n. Nte: if yu want t change yur search criteria, click n Clear t remve any infrmatin in the Search criteria sectin. 3. 4. Click n the checkbx next t the cntract yu wuld like t view. Click n the wrd View. Yu can click n mre than ne cntract at a time. Click n the wrds View Selected. A PDF frmat file will display. 5. T view mre items in the Results sectin, click n the drp-dwn bx n the right side f the wrd Results and select an ptin that suits yur needs. 6. T view all statements, click the checkbx t the left f the Cntract Number in the Results Sectin. All the cntracts listed will be check marked. Then, click n the wrds View Selected at the bttm f the screen. All the statements will be displayed in ne large PDF file that can be printed r dwnladed. Nte: If yu want t dwnlad t CSV yu must select nly ne cntract at a time. 7. T dwnlad a statement in CSV frmat, click n the wrds Dwnlad Data in the Results sectin. A screen will display that gives yu the fllwing ptins: Dwnlad all Statement Data Dwnlad a specific sectin f the statement Nte: Each dwnlad is chargeable, whether it is full statement, r just a part f the estatement.
