Step A: Finding Your Products Choose Between Customizing a Toshiba Microsite or Customizing Marketing Materials From the index page, click one of the two action buttons to either begin customizing a microsite or print materials such as postcards, brochures and guides. You can also click the Order Center link in the left-hand navigation to browse product types or to access a search form.
Step B: Add Your Selection/Product to Your Shopping Cart From the list of products, select your quantity from the drop-down. If you are customizing a microsite or a PDF for download, select a quantity of 1. If you are customizing materials to be printed, select the desired quantity. If you would like to see more details about an item, including a larger image, click on either the product thumbnail image or the product code like. Important: please disable your pop-up blocker as this will open a new window. Once you have selected your quantity, click the Add To Order button at the bottom of the product list.
Customizing Your Microsite Start by Clicking Customize This Piece from your Shopping Cart From your shopping cart, click Customize This Piece below the product code of the product microsite product in your cart. Important: please disable your popup blocker as this will open a new window.
Step 1 of 4: Choose a Website Image Select the image you d like appear on your website by clicking the appropriate radio button and then clicking Select Image. Dimensions are listed below each image. You can also click an image to view its actual size. After selecting your image, click Go To Step 2 to proceed with the customization process.
Step 2 of 4: Verify Your Contact Data Your Company Name, Phone Number and E-mail address are pre-populated into your microsite from your profile. If you need to make changes to any of these values, locate the appropriate field, edit and click the Submit button at the top of the form. When you are satisfied with these values, click Go To Step 3 from the bottom of the page.
Step 3 of 4: Upload Your Logo You can upload a logo image in GIF, JPG or PNG format and it will be displayed in the top right-hand corner of the microsite. The recommended dimensions are 185 pixels wide by 77 pixels high. If you choose not to upload a logo, your company name will appear instead. Click the Choose File button and navigate to the location on your computer where the image is stored. Select the image and click Select Logo. If the upload is successful, your logo will appear under the Current Image text. This logo will be stored with your profile for future use and can be updated by repeating the above process.
Step 4 of 4: Proof Your Microsite & Get Your Code A live preview of your microsite is at the bottom of the customization screen. You can proof it from there or you can click the button you selected in step one (see page 5) to open the microsite in a new window. Once you are satisfied with appearance of your microsite, click the button Get My Code. Your HTML code will appear below the button. Copy it in its entirety and paste it to the appropriate place on your site where you want the button to appear. At this point, your microsite is complete and you may close the window and log out of the system.
Customizing Print Products Get started by clicking Customize This Piece From your shopping cart, click Customize This Piece below the product code of the product microsite product in your cart.
Step 1 of 3: Verify Your Contact Data Contact data from your profile will be pre-populated into input fields corresponding to variable areas of the print product (e.g. Dealer Name). You may edit the values as desired within the input field. To view a proof of your product or obtain a PDF to download, make sure the Preview PDF radio button is selected then click Submit. Important: please disable your pop-up blocker as this will open a new window.
Step 2 of 3: Proof Your PDF To preview a live proof of your PDF, click the Click here now button. At this point, if you wish to simply save the PDF to have it printed at a later date, you can save the PDF to your computer by clicking the Save icon or File and Save As from the toolbar in the window displaying the PDF. Please note, the PDF is a low-res file. If you wish to continue with ordering printed materials, close this window to return to the customization step.
Step 3 of 3: Approve PDF To proceed with the checkout process, verify the Approve PDF and Order radio button is selected and click the Submit button. You will be asked to confirm your customizations on the subsequent page. Click Submit again to submit your customizations and return to your shopping cart.
Step 1 of 4: Begin Checkout Completing Your Order Once all of your products have been customized and proofed (customize links will be replaced by the message This piece has been customized once the customization step is complete), click Checkout to begin the checkout process. If you need to select additional products, click Select Additional Product Codes. If you need to edit the quantity of the products in your shopping cart, select Edit Shopping Cart.
Step 2 of 4: Choose a Shipping Option You have four options for shipping your products. Typically, you will be shipping them to yourself at your office address. If you should need to ship them to an alternate location, you may select one of the other three options. Select an option and click Continue.
Step 3 of 4: Select Shipping Method Choose a Shipping Method. If you need to provide additional instructions for printing or delivery, please add those notes to one of the two available boxes. Then click Continue.
Step 4 of 4: Confirm Selections and Process Order This is the final step before submitting your order to be printed, so please review this page carefully. If you need to make edits you can click Edit Shopping Cart. You can also click Select Additional Product Codes to select and customize additional products. If everything is correct to your satisfaction, click Process Order.
Please note: your credit card information will not be stored in the system. If your credit card is rejected, you will be returned to the page and an appropriate error code will be displayed. Otherwise, the order will be processed and completed and you will receive a transaction ID for your records. You should receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. You should also receive an e-mail when your order ships including a tracking code. Microsite Traffic Reports Real-time stats are available to see how many visitors your microsite is getting. From the left-hand navigation, click Order Center and then click Traffic Reports to view. You can choose to select a specific page or leave the Page Name selection blank to see metrics for all pages of your site. You will also need to select a date range. You will then be able to see how many visits a given IP address (unique visitor) has made to a given page:
