Product Enhancement Notes May 30, 2018 Release Syndication Channels in Matrix Because some Syndication channels do not support the display of every property type, we have updated the syndication selection page on each input form to only display channels that support that property type. Changes to Water Rights Based on customer feedback and to improve the accuracy of water-source data, the "Water Rights Available" option in 'Water Source' has been retired and removed from Matrix. Availability of water rights should be indicated by selecting Water Rights in Water/Mineral Rights. "Water Rights Available" is no longer available for input or search, and will not show on displays.
May 30, 2018 Release 2 Listings that previously had "Water Rights Available" selected in 'Water Source' have been updated to now have "Water Rights" selected in the 'Water/Mineral Rights' field. Saved Searches and Auto Emails that previously had "Water Rights Available" selected as criteria have been updated to have "Water Rights" selected as criteria. Changes for Price Type In the Price Type field, the value of Auction was changed to Auction Price to be consistent with other values.
May 30, 2018 Release 3 On Input Forms, the field Auction Price was relabeled to Auction Condition, to more accurately describe the intent of the field. On Commercial-For Lease properties, the price now displays as 'Lease Price', rather than 'List Price', to be more accurate. "Price Type" is available as an addable search field for all property types.
May 30, 2018 Release 4 Other Input Updates To improve the accuracy of listing data, a new validation rule will link the three Fireplace-related fields together. For Attached Single Family or Detached Single Family listing input, agents will need to complete all, or none, of the fireplace information. Based on customer feedback, a new No Street Parking option is available in Restrictions & Covenants. Other Matrix Updates When a listing moves from Under Contract status back to Active status, Accepting Backup Offers will now be cleared automatically.
May 30, 2018 Release 5 The Sources of Buyers chart in CMAs has been updated to use more recent NAR data. CMA pages now include the agent s header (selected under My Matrix My Information Header & Footer), allowing agents to have a more customized look on Matrix CMAs. New CMA Page Header Using Agent Photo & Header New CMA Footer o The agent header is included on all pages except the default cover page ( Cover Sheet w/a Photo ). o The secondary cover page ( Cover Sheet ) can be selected if an agent would like their header also applied on the cover page. o The footer layout has been modified to be consistent with the new header layout.
May 30, 2018 Release 6 o If an agent has selected a system header or uploaded a custom header, this change will automatically be applied to existing and new CMAs. o If an agent has not selected a header image, the original blue header and footer will be used. SSO to SSBR.org SSBR subscribers will now have single-sign-on access to SSBR.org, where they can enter Buyer Tour information, send REALTOR-to-REALTOR communication, and access other SSBR-specific information. New FastStats Reports Three new FastStats reports have been created for Steamboat Springs that exclude Partial Ownership listings.
