Smart Sympodium The DT770 Smart Sympodium system is designed to work like the smart boards located in the Education Building. The difference is that you are able to use the full size screen image and are not blocking the image while writing on it. This device allows you to capture your work in Notebook software or save notes directly into several software applications, including Windows versions of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, or into other software. Add even more features and flexibility to your interactive whiteboard session. Customize settings, type with the On-Screen Keyboard, write over digital video and much more. Schedule a training session to learn more!

Student Response System What is a Turning Point Student Response System? Turning Point student response system integrates 100% into Microsoft PowerPoint and allows audiences and students to participate in presentations or lectures by submitting responses to interactive questions using a Response Card keypad or other hand-held/computer devices. Using a Turning Point audience response system, your PowerPoint presentations become powerful data collection and assessment tools that collect real-time audience responses and dramatically improves productivity and results for your business or educational organization. Author, deliver, assess and report without ever leaving PowerPoint. You create the PowerPoint questionnaire and the system tallies your results. Located in West Woods Academic Center 151, 159, 163 & 169

Student Response System The Bag for the Student Response System is located on the bottom shelf of Instructor Podium on the Left Side.

Student Response System Pass out the Response Cards to the Students and plug the USB receiver into the front of the instructor computer. You must use the Turning Point Software to create PowerPoint Slide questions.

Turning Point Software For Student Response System TurningPoint In the Start Menu/Other Applications Open TurningPoint instead of PowerPoint The Turning Point Toolbar will appear at the top of the Power Point Screen. The software can be installed in your office so that you can create slides ahead of time.

When showing your Power Point Slide Show the Turning Point box will appear at the top of the slide to show the number of responses from Students.
